I rented my truck from a man named Todd today. Todd was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Any question I had, Todd had an answer for. Having moved many times while in the military I can tell you sometimes renting equipment or storage can really be a hassle, but Todd made the process quick and easy. I would recommend this facility to anyone one needing storage or equipment to help moving.

This place is great but Todd makes it amazing!!! It was my last day of needing the unit, my only day off the office was closes. Todd came down on his day off and took all of my information so he could close out my account the following morning. The automatic monthly payments are also a great time saver! Todd went above and beyond my expectations! Best storage experience ever!!! Todd is definitely managment material. I highly recommend this place for all your storage needs!!!

Our uhaul trailer blew out a tire. Todd stayed late and waited till we could get there after hours to pick up a new trailer! Thanks Todd!

Todd was a HUGE help! He really went above and beyond to help us figure out the issues that we were having with renting a U-HAUL. After numerous frustrating calls with U-HAUL reps that ended in disappointment, Tod was there to save the day! I’ve never experienced customer service that was so top notch. Thanks Todd!

Would like to just say that Todd Davis was able to help me access my unit because of some things that went on back in April Ive had good service down there and never had a problem Travis was supposed to take the lock off my unit on Friday but he forgot but Todd took care of the problem for me

Noone in office for almost a week. Poor phone skills.

They claim they are under new management, not so, they may have a new owner, but the same lady with no people skills, who never answers the phone and is never in the office is still running the show. So if I were you, I would take my buisness elsewhere!!
