I had chili spilled in my trunk that got into a bunch of small cracks and my car was smelling, so I brought my car here to get cleaned. Melvin (the owner) was very nice and accommodating and was able to finish cleaning the same day I brought it in. He also walked me through the process of how he was going to clean it, which was very nice. A couple hours after I dropped my car off, Melvin called me and said that mold had started growing where the chili spilled. Cleaning this was going to cost more, so he wanted to make sure I was ok with him cleaning the mold before proceeding with it. He did a very thorough job with the cleaning and Im so happy he found the mold so I could get rid of it as soon as possible! Great experience here, I would definitely come back.

Damp, mildewy smell started to develop in our van after I left the back door open during the rains of Hurricane Ida (I give myself 1 star for that). But Elite Detailing knew exactly what to do. He told us his plan and how long it would take. He then cleaned it and called us when he was done. Our car smelled like a freshly cleaned rental car for a week or two, but no mildew smell. Its now been over a month since it was cleaned and our car smells fresh and normal. I HIGHLY recommend this place and would gladly return.

Mr. Melvin and his team at Elite Mobile Car Wash and Detailing are simply fantastic. Driving back and forth between Jackson and Meridian all of the time, I do not have the time to wash my car and tend to its needs to remove bugs as I would typically like to. After finding Mr. Melvins business on Google, I decided to take my car for an estimate to see how much it would cost to get it thoroughly washed and cleaned inside and outside. Our Toyota 4 Runner was in dire need of an interior cleaning. With 400,000 miles, the leather seats looked like cracked dirt does on a reservoir that’s run dry! Wow! These guys are awesome! I had to go to work before they opened, so they came and got my car for me. Owner was very knowledgeable and was able to get tree mold stains off of my car that has been sitting there for about a year! Went through many car washes and physically tried to do it myself with no success but these guys did it! My car came out looking brand new. Might I say, she looked very sexy as well! Melvin customized the detailing package to best fit our trucks needs. Good price! He was very thorough on the wash, wax and complete interior cleaning. The spray sealant he used was great...truck glistens! He was able to get the stains out of the seats. The no-sling tire dressing is the best! We will definitely be back!!

I was able to get my car totally detailed on short notice; I was also able to bring my car to Melvin a couple of days before he did the detailing and washing to get a price quote. He came out to our house in Batesville, which was so convenient for us. He did an unbelievable job on our daughters car! Its an older car and it was in rough shape, but now it looks GREAT! Melvin worked his butt off from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM this morning and my Jetta looks absolutely fantastic! 7 years ago after my first experience with Melvin and seeing the results of his master craft I knew I would never use another detailer again. He goes above and beyond every time, takes time to explain his process while answering any questions, uses cutting edge products and techniques and has proven himself trustworthy and reliable time and time again.

For $150 I was very very disappointed!The outside looked very nice and clean; With further inspection of the inside of my vehicle I had liquid stains dried to my seats, the console wasnt touched AT ALL which was disgusting, the windows had streaks on them, and the steering dash wasnt cleaned worth hardly. He claims he cleaned everything but I have before and after pics with the dates posted on them. They speak for themselves.. I more than likely wont recommend him for any detailing other than a good outside washing.. I was very disappointed considering I paid $150..
