I love target :) Store in Oxford Alabama location is always super clean. The staff is super friendly. And they always have what Im looking for

I ordered a couple of items because I was at work during the purchase and the Target website told me I would get a confirmation when my items were ready to be picked up. I got the email after I got off work and drove by later that evening to get a few groceries as well. The lady was very helpful in getting the items I ordered as well as telling me to have a good evening along with another co-worker telling to have a good evening. Its the little things that goes a long way! I dont shop here a lot or anywhere else but please be reassured that Ill be back.

The store has good products but the staff was hard to located in many areas of the store.

Target is one of my favorite places to shop and you have the best pickup system. Hardly any wait at all.

I was in th store and a group of young girls who work there were doing nothing but talking about customers and other employees that were new and right where I could hear it. It was so disgusting that i left. HIRE GOOD PEOPLE, pathetic they aint got NO RESPECT

Friendly service upon entering the store, with an option to use hand sanitizer and pick up a complimentary face mask during pandemic times. Store was clean and signs were posted showing what popular items were sold out. I found this very informative and helpful! The in-store Starbucks employees were very friendly!

Great experience at the Oxford Target. Was able to find what I needed in an efficient manner. Store was clean and organized. Impressed and thankful that employees were wearing masks as I believe everyone should be wearing masks. There were no checkout lines in a store that was fairly busy.

Ordered few items online, they had everything ready within hour and a half. Drove up used the app, they were out with my purchased item(s) within minutes. Good and fast quality service, especially during times we are in now.

Pickup was such an easy process. The employee was friendly and pleasant and there was no wait time once we pulled into our spot. This was my 1st time using this service but it will definitely not be my last.

I went looking for womens clothes. When you walk in it looks like womens clothes are on the right. First there were mens sweaters, then childrens clothes along with someChristmas stuff. All I saw were winter coats, sweaters, and jeans etc. Across the isle womens exercise and sport clothes. Behind by the Christmas stuff here was a sale sign on a display of nice heavy tees. Part of the sign could not be seen, anyway, the sign showedic tees $12.99 under that was $8 darker and larger, on the right bottom $4.99 off. On display table were all 17.99 tees. NOW how much are the tees? They were nice tees but not knowing the price I didnt buy any. I never did find any nice clothes, was I looking in the wrong place? Your signing needs to be improved.I do like that you have self checkout, you probably could use more.

I liked that you had to show your identification to pick up your order and the young lady was so nice and friendly that gave me my order thats why i will shop at the store

I like shopping at Target because of the prices; the associates are friendly, and willing to help you find something or to listen to what you have to say. The store is clean and attractive. Prices are good as well.

Most every store is clean and friendly. My mostly nonverbal son is familiar with Target so even when we travel, it feels comfortable and safe to him. This store is just a little over halfway between our home in South Carolina and our family farm in Alabama. It is a great place to stretch our legs, grab a snack, and have access to clean well-stocked restrooms. Also the Dollar Spot is always irresistible.

I went online and found what I wanted and it was ready for pickup the next day and that’s very important to me.

Every time we are in Oxford I enjoy going in to Target and looking around. We actually came here for a specific item and they had plenty in stock for a great price. I even found some really cute stationary on clearance. The employees were very friendly and kept asking us if we needed help.

I have a 2 month old and decided to use Target drive up because I thought it would help with my time management. I ordered 2 southcrest wicker chairs and 3 other items that was placed in my car by two nice associates. I was so impressed by how fast I received my items. As I started uploading my items at home I noticed my wicker chair were extremely damaged. I was highly disappointed and upset to receive damaged goods and long story short I had to beg for a refund!

The store was clean and the employees were well mannered. Target offers everything you can get from Walmart, but better brands and quality in my opinion. They offer groceries, clothing, daily living care products and are handicap accessible.

Convenient location good coffee

I was greeted as soon as I went over to the Service Desk, they answered my question about where to pick up and looked at my license and order info quickly and then proceeded to get my box. All handled in less than 5 minutes from the time I arrived. So perfect for me as I had another stop to make that same evening.

Lost my Ipad while shopping. Two employees were very instrumental in helping me to locate it. Staff was very kind, considerate and helpful.

They always follow me around like I’m stealing. It rains here so much that I buy clothing while I’m there and put it on to walk around in, so I don’t blame them. I just walk around the entire store and smile at the swarm when they watch me pay for it at checkout. Y’all are some good sports and I love target 🤣 I can always find everything I need.

Quick and easy. Definitely 100x times better than Walmart online ordering. Order my items at 9:43am and in less than 10 minutes I received an email letting me know it was ready to be picked up.

The restrooms are in disrepair and in need of serious attention.

Love this places little dollar bins. You can get some extraordinary finds for a dollar to three dollars and they are ever changing. This is centrally located in the exchange. Great location.

Store is clean, employees are kind and helpful. Hours are good during these trying times.

I called the Oxford store tonight asking about a particular item and I spoke to a woman named Lynn (I think that was her name I know that she was Scottish) she was the nicest person that I have ever spoken to in any retail store in my life. She was amazing. She deserves a raise a medal or at least a pat on the back.

Love this target! It is so clean and the employees are so friendly! I didnt really find what I was looking for, but the experience I had will make me go back.

They are so many helpful people that are willing and able to get the things that you are in need of an they are always trying to find a way to help you out with finding the best price for what you are looking for even more than that If they for some reason do not have what you are looking for theyre always happy to help you find out where you can get it from an who has the best price for the item! The treatment and care from the Target at the exchange is the best way for your shopping needs and I love the cartwheel and the rewards are awesome thanks!

What can I say, I love Target. This store is clean and comfortable. Has a Starbucks inside. Just a regular Target though. No groceries.

I never go to Target because I never find anything. I tried again. Clothes etc dropped on floor. Jewelry dept devoid of jewelry, empty hooks everywhere. Merchandise a mess on shelves. Disgusting. Shoe boxes open. Shoes on floor. I give up.

I love the selection, the price, the over all attitude and atmosphere of the store. Its like if a high class Walmart, some boutique stores, TJMaxx, Home Goods and Dillards all added some genes into a mixing bowl stirred it all up and then poured it out and baked it into a store.

I am very disappointed in a price match policy the company apparently holds. If an item is marked on clearance for $17.99 (Fisher Price Code-A-Pillar) on Target’s website with no shipping available, the local store should match the price. Period. I don’t think anyone would willingly pay the store’s “clearance” price of $24.99 when the online price is $6 less. I will stick to Amazon in the future.
