We have been doing business with Central Cost filters for at least 10 years now and we have always been treated with the greatest of respect. My sales rep Ann is awesome and she always shares the seasonal specials with us. I am reading some of these other reviews and this is definitely not the experience that we have had, makes me wonder if there is some sort of mix up with a different company.

I came to this business based on a recommendation from a friend. I was painting parts of my car on a Saturday and was about to run out of paint when he recommended Central Coast. They match paint and will mix the paint so it is fresh just for you. Customer service is great, very professional, and they are open on Saturdays too! Highly highly recommend this business for all your paint needs.

Very Cool and Helpful

I received a phone call to my shop this morning, when I informed them I wasnt interested in filters at this time Alicia abruptly hung up the phone. I called back and politely asked why she hung up I would be happy to take down their information and call them in the future. Instead of being kind and polite and trying to earn my business she hung up again. Unfortunately this is not the way I conduct business and I am shocked that this is the type of customer service they believe will drive sales. Based upon my encounter with them this morning I do not know why anyone would purchase their merchandise. If this is the type of treatment I gave to my prospective clients I would be out of business!

Just got a letter from them informing me their rates are going up 35%. With a $425 minimum 1-hour charge. My lawyer with a college degree doesnt charge this much! They also say I have to be within a 2-hour radius - is that 2-hours in 7am traffic or 2-hours in 10am traffic? What moron came up with that metric? ....and no, you wont be getting my continued support!

I recieved a call from a Greg asking for our body shop. When I asked for a call back#, he very abrubtly says nope, and hangs up. If I WAS ever going to order filters, it would NOT be from a so-called company that trains their employees as such. Also, Greg....if youre going to be so rude, try blocking your # out, dumb-dumb. I will be calling your manager. ;)

This people are crooks becareful the promised me a 30 day credit app and when i ask them for a application and place a order the claim that they dont have any more and i trying to get filters for and these people were after me for a few months

Funny, I just received a nasty call from them today. They called asking for my employer and when I said they were out on appointments I get the Now hes out of the office, why because Im calling about filters. Needless to say, their not getting our business.

This company calls my shop every day, hangs up on voicemail after I have informed their callers on several occasions we are not interested in their product.
