Bad. It’s bad not knowing where what when and merchandise is disgusting as well. Counters are not clean, full of dust and their fashion sucks as well. Target!

Outstanding service from Victoria. I love Target. Its definitely my Feel Good store. I can always find something there I need or just for fun. But, to have exceptional service from an employee at a name brand store is not all that common. I recently had surgery and informed an employee that I needed help checking out. Since it was early on Sunday morning and only the self-check out was open, Victoria overheard me and jumped into action to take care of my items. She then brought my cart to my car and load up my trunk. Many thanks to Victoria and to Target for that old-fashioned, hands-on customer treatment.

Worst experience ever, I was discriminated against because I had crocs and a bun on. Yes I was dressed relax because I’m grocery shopping not going on a date. The security stood right behind my sister and I .The whole time we did self checkout. I understand that probably I was labeled a suspect in interest due how I was dressed. Then I went to Starbucks the workers were talking about like us like we did something thing wrong. Then as we left the security followed us all the way to our car. He brought so much attention towards us. That everyone thought we were doing something bad. I understand it’s your job but to follow someone to their car knowing we paid for every single item because you where standing right behind us. I was going to go up to him ask him what was his problem but we had to get home to our kids. I was stereotyped and discriminated against by a male security not the cute one that’s usually their with muscles the new one with no muscles.

His name is Rain and he works in the Electronics department of the Target in the Collection, Oxnard. I needed help buying an iPad and transferring data from one iPad to the other. Rain was so kind, patient, and thorough in guiding me through what he was doing. He answered questions and explained it so that I could understand. He is a genius regarding apple products. I highly recommend him if you need help in that department. What a guy! I can’t say enough good things about him. Target….you have a gem!Bonnie Olson….a happy customer!

Why do you have phones if your not going to answer pretty useless staff my girlfriends called about 10 times now for order pick up and nobody answers. If i could give less then 1 star I would.

As a regular Target customer, I feel aggravated that I gave money to a company who treated me with such degradation and disrespect. The Oxnard West Store Manager should be ashamed at the complete and utter lack of customer service at this location. The staff are rude, incompetent, and ganged up against me as I politely inquired about their price matching policies. While I usually make online purchases, sometimes Ill go to Target to pick up an item that I need that day.Target Oxnard West refused to price match with the Target website. Supervisors reasoning: We prefer you to not come in store and just purchase the products through the Target website. I called Target Customer Service and received confirmation that Target stores are permitted to price match products on the Target website.Target Oxnard West also refused to price match any products fulfilled by Amazon Prime. Supervisors Reasoning: We will not price match any Amazon items that have a Prime sticker next to it, even if you are not a Prime member and the Amazon product does not have a Prime exclusive discount. I called Target Customer Service and received confirmation that Target stores are permitted to price match products fulfilled by Amazon Prime, as long as its not a Prime exclusive discount.For 10 years, I never had an issue with price matching at other Target locations. Target Oxnard West might have the foot traffic due to location, but they are a bad seed. I wish I could say that this was my first bad experience at Target Oxnard West. I brushed it off too many times in the past. Todays experience with the staff was my breaking point. I absolutely refuse to ever step foot inside any Target ever again out of sheer principle.Do better, Target.

I came here upset that no one would answer the phone in Customer Service / Pick Up. I tried to select the HR option as well that that also just rang for a while and hung up. At least I see Im not alone. But super disappointing.

Looks like everyone in Oxnard is stocking up! Target shelves are cleared out except for junk food, some coffee and random TV dinners.Usually this is a decent Target, cleanish but always full of people.

I found what I needed. Check out was easy.

This target is the newest on in a 25 mile radius it has its own parking garage just like the one in the Valley with both elevators and escalators including escalators for the carts! this is a larger than most store and has a lot of check out stands.They have a Starbucks as most do now, the Eye doctor here is Great, and Samantha Z. runs the optics dept flawlessly.This last time we were in was just before Christmas and the store was ran sacked lots of stuff on the floor from rude people not controlling their animals (Unruly children)The staff was on point for the most part trying in vain to clean up and restock the shelves and in all this holiday hubbub.The ones we asked questions to regarding where to find a particular item were very nice and helpful even with all the people there.Even with all the registers open the lines were long with last minute Christmas shoppers.Fortunately or unfortunately, they didnt have what we were looking for so we didnt have to wait in the long checkout lines but had to find our items else where.For everyday stuff this is the place to get it.

Just want to update my review from 2-3years ago. 3 years ago, I left a comment saying Target made a bad move by accross the freeway and bulding an understand parking. Because that construction attracted a lot of unsupervised teenagers tjat when over to just play around and act out.Now I see less teens playing around. inside and outside the store. Hope it is not just do to COVID-19. If iso, then I will go back to doy shoping at Camarillo.Howevwe,Target customer service is a lot more helpful and polite then Walmart. Where you get an I dont know this is not my department, or they walk right by your face without saying excuse me. So keep that up, I wish you had a small Target in midd or south Oxnard this way I would not be forced to go to the other store

The Pizza Hut inside this Target store... Has the laziest employee... Its almost noon... And this person working said that no pizza will be available until after 2-ish PM (Its probably when his shift is over). Theres no one else in line except me.

Target is my go to store, I only buy my daughters clothes at Target . I have never one bad experience, all the employees at the store I always go to are always very nice . The store is always clean .

It was fast and easy! First time I tried the car pickup option and it was phenomenal! So fast and easy. I will definitely be doing this everytime I shop in the future. It keeps you extra safe from covid.

Found exactly what I was looking for very quickly. This Target was more organized than other ones that I previously visited. It was very clean and the self checkout was being clean every time a new customer was ready to pay.

One stop shop, employees are always helpful no matter how busy and torn up it gets.

So disappointing, i always buy my bts albums here and Its been 2 months and I see no bts albums stocked in album aisles.

Employees are great, wish they had management and owners that actually cared. You know the masks they gave to their essential employees, are nothing but cut up red shirts held up by a hair tie. If you do see an employee with an actual mask, its one that they personally own. Whats worse is that other Targets are giving their employees masks, so is management here pocketing them?

Terrible safety standards and messy. I saw workers wearing wearing masks beneath their noses and the cash registers weren’t wiped down after every transaction. Not to mention that the workers seemed very confused about how to organize the lines for the cash register. Two workers told people conflicting information about where to go in line for self-checkout.

We love Target!!! Clean store, friendly staff.

There have been 4 employees at here that have been tested positive for COVID in the last 3-4 months

I just left am appalled by the lack of precautions taken to ensure cleanliness and social distancing. Equipment isn’t being wiped out between each clients especially with the self- checkout. I spoke to the manager who was super nice. She was coughing non-stop!!!

Staff are the best! Very nice and helpful! RE: this service, I think you need to have options on when customers plan to pickup so that employees dont have to freak out when trying to find an item in under 30 minutes. It is just undo stress on someone and I dont like to use this service knowing that someone will have to find an item in 30 minutes when I dont plan on picking it up for hours.

Very messy, they have products all over the floor. Their selling used crib mattresses, as if anybody is going to buy them (especially during a pandemic). Very long line at the register and rude service. They make a ghetto Walmart in Compton look good.

The workers are super friendly. Target always has what I need. I am always satisfied when I shop there. 100% recommended anyone to go.

It was easy to order online. The next day my things were ready for pick up. The price was great. The service was very quick in giving me the order when I got there.

This was the first time that I drove to my destination via Google maps and I absolutely loved it. How exciting for me. I am barely acclimated to all that my fabulous phone allows me to do. Thanks for proving Google Maps can be a genie in a bottle.

The check out experience was a total disaster - took me over 20 minutes to check out with a 2 year old! They might open other lanes, but management will not help ensure that customers waiting get to the newest lane. Also, new cashiers are unequipped to handle Cartwheel and gift cards. Be cautious if you are in a hurry and definitely dont try to get a Starbucks drink to shop with because this will take 15 minutes, as they only employ 1 person! Yikes.

General merchandise side is kept neatly for the most part. The food side is sparse and doesn’t have a good selection. This store is always busy, I would avoid going here on the weekend.

Employee by the name of Susie showed the worst customer service today by far Ive ever seen at any target. Her presence even was repulsive with her box dyed colored hair full of patches. Please someone help her and get her out of customer service because she has none.

This is one of my favorite target store. It is big but not too grandiose. I always hate those 2 floor targets and those large super targets. In this target i can walk around easily and the workers are always helpful and friendly.

I found the products I wanted to purchase. The signage around the store helped me to find the products I wanted to purchase. The prices were very reasonable. The service was professional and efficient, warm and friendly. I enjoyed receiving the discounts and savings I received by using my REDcard. I was in and out of the store in very little time.

Standard Target store, maybe a little larger than typical for this chain. Fairly clean; well stocked. Checkout speed not overly slow (not speedy either).

The best Target in the area, since it is extremely big and has a bigger variety of items compared to the other Targets in the area. At first glance you would think that this is a two story store, but the store is only located on the second floor. There is ample parking available all the time, since there is an one story parking structure and a big parking lot. There is a Starbucks inside the store, as well as a Target Cafe that serves Pizza Hut pizza. Additionally, this Target has an optometrist and a pharmacy so you can drop-off your medicine prescriptions while you shop. Lastly, this Target sells alcohol so you can buy your beer, wine, or hard liquor without having to go to another store.

I love target. Everything is simply categorized and easy to find.

Targets great for most things youll need because they have so many different things like movies, video games, food, starbucks, icees, etc. Its sorta like Walmart but maybe more colorful. I dunno but its GREAT. A if youve never been definitely check it out its pretty cool.

I have always loved target :) it is usually organized (except during holiday shopping; however, it is still better than most other stores)Customer service is acceptable, and they always have cool merchandise. I am even guilty of coming here just to explore! Target has done exceptionally well in not only surviving in an era where we have Amazon and EBay, but it has managed to THRIVE!

This Target is very clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help you. I enjoy coming here for my grocery shopping in particular.

Love it here. Buy everything I need. Of course there are times (every once in a long time) an item isnt in stock but thats typical for all stores with popular items. 4 stars because they can open more registers when the lines get long.

With Covid still active I like having this option to grab items on my way home with no shopping/looking around. I am outside only as long as absolutely necessary.

It was nice until I got to the back of the store and there was some kind of store employee meeting blocking up the entire back walkway. I also tried to get some pacifiers that were directly behind a couple if employees, and no one so much as said an excuse me (which I did but it seemed to go unheard since they were in the middle of a discussion) or anything while I practically bumped into a few employees trying to grab things off the shelf. This place has some rude employees, its not the first time Ive had issues with a worker at this Target.

The cashier was very polite and very patient with me and my grandkids. Wish all cashiers were like him we need more.

Went to these specific Target couple days ago and my experience couldn’t of been better, do to a gentleman who’s name I believe is Carlos (Long black curly hair) gave outstanding customer service and went out of his way to help myself and to others as well just going back and forth. Great employee .

Worst Target Experience....First.... The store itself is a hot mess! Clothes, hangers, items all over the floor and just lying every where. Second, they route you to the very back corner of the store for Back to School, which would be okay if it wasnt so overwhelming with things in aisle ways. Third, lots of item areas empty of the product. And lastly.... As Im putting items on the conveyor belt to check out, the girl looks at me and says that shes closed! They literally only have half the check stands open! So in another long line to wait to check out!!!

Overall I really enjoy shopping at target. Its convenient to where I live, I like the convenience of odering and picking up in the store and its always CLEAN!!! Cashiers and department help are always WOUNDERFUL!!! But the customer service department is a little rough around the edges and that is hard to say only because I thought I could EXPECT a little more than that from Target

Disorganized, dysfunctional, constantly out of stock on whatever the one thing was that I came for. Always a long, slow line even for self-checkout.Its usually faster to drive to Walmart for the same terrible experience.

Came to buy some shoes only to discover that they only have a little tiny shelf of one brand. Yet they have several aisles of women’s shoes to choose from. Men, don’t bother coming here to look for any shoes.

I just got into town to celebrate a special occasion. I was in line before the store closed and someone who worked there began to question why I wanted to buy alcohol and MADE me step out of line. Due to this, I was not able to purchase these beverage for an occasion because by the time I got up to the register for the second time it was past close.

I love this target store! Its well lit with great parking. They have a nice selection of womens wear and womens under garments. They have the body shapers that we women look for.

The target here at the collection is one of the more modern ones you will find. The target itself is one of the largest stores at the collection and sits over a parking lot below it, so their is always ample parking. The target itself is also what you would expect form a normal target. The employees are pretty nice but hard to find.

Bigger sizes would definitely make me give you guys a 5 for sure

Customer service is non-existent. Next to impossible to get any help at this Target. If you are able to corral a customer sales associate. they dont know what they have and are not willing to try to find items.

The order and pick up service is very convenient. The young man who brought me my order was very organized and polite.

Awful customer service- bought a digital game code in the self checkout line, and it did not actually contain the game code. Apparently the cashier is supposed to get it for you. Now Im supposed to drive back to get the code and there was a no assurance it will actually still be there.Moral of the story is that target clearly doesnt understand self checkout yet( or technology in general since they get hacked all the time). Dont waste your time here

A very nice Target in a great part of town. Sadly this is not a Super Target so the food selection is rather limited. Because this is the only Target in all of Oxnard, the clearance sections are pretty picked over. Avoid coming here in the afternoons and evening as it becomes a local hangout for the teens in the area.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE STARBUCKS INSIDE THE TARGET IN THE COLLECTIONThis Starbucks is bad. Ive been several times at different times of the day. They NEVER have enough staff. ONE person to take your order and that person also makes your coffee. If you like to wait and like coffee that isnt good then go here if not there is another Starbucks located in the collection that is much better. Sad Starbucks inside Target cant get it together. Ive been here 4 months and no change. The staff is not friendly. Grouchy. Floors and tables are dirty.

THE FRIENDLINESS OF EMPLOYEES AND THEM GOING OUT OF THERE WAY TO HELP THE CUSTOMER.

After completing our expensive purchase with some heavy items, we took the shopping cart down to the parking level. Once the cart was off the sidewalk and still hundreds of feet from the car the carts wheels locked and it could not be pushed any further. We were stuck in the middle of the road at this time with these heavy items. We found out that Target has an electronic system that prevents their shopping carts from moving out to the parking lot. This is totally dangerous and really abusive of their customers. I would never go to Target again if they place more value on their carts than their customers.

Went in to the guest counter and pick up my item no waiting. Perfect.

Nice and new moved into the collection. On top of parking garage. Got here early one morning and was amazed the choice parking was taken. Thought oh well at least they are open early. But no they would not be open for more than an hour. So the employees park close and make customers walk really? What is with stores these days? Same as one in Ventura Target policy shine the customer?

Big, clean, nice. Cant argue with a solid Target -- though Id avoid weekends if you at all can. That being said, early morning Saturday or Sunday isnt too shabby.
