My brother and sister and I went in to check out mattresses and the adjustable bed frames. My brother had recently purchased both and told us how wonderful his sleep has been. With some health issues he has not been able to sleep in for the last four days he’s had a great sleep. So my sister and I decided to check it out and I and mattress and frame and my sister bought a frame and working with Justin was so delightful. He was so professional in explaining the different mattresses and frames there guarantees. The differences and similarities. Very patient while we try out everything. He was able to answer all of our concerns and questions until we found what we wanted. We can hardly wait to get them delivered and make use of them. Thank you Justin for being so patient with us and helping us come to a Decision. I’ll be back to pick out my pillow when I have a little bit more time.

He answered all my questions as my wife and I had many, many questions. We never felt pressured to hurry up or to buy. We did end up purchasing a mattress after about two hours of questions and mattress testing. I was satisfied with the process and the purchase price.

I wanted to buy one of those bed in a box mattresses online but was a little skeptical not trying before buying so I called around to see if anyone carried them. Luckily mattress warehouse did so I went right over.I was nervous they would be all over me trying to sell but it was the opposite. Erik greeted me at the door and showed me to the bed I was interested in. He left me for a bit and came back and I informed him that I hated the bed I came in to try. He showed me some others and made sure to ask all the necessary questions when it comes to buying a bed. I finally found my perfect bed thanks to the help of Erik! He was so kind and easy to work with, answered all my questions and I never felt pressure to buy. (He is also very patient because I tried about every bed on site to make sure I found the perfect one.)They have a great return policy if you’re unhappy with your bed after trying in home for 30 days. Not only did I find my perfect bed but also the worlds most comfortable pillows, very excited to go to sleep tonight. I do trust the staff here and would definitely recommend! Ask for Erik!

Wanted to give a quick review for Eddie at Mattress Warehouse. Please note, he was not our sales guy who originally sold us our Intellibed, however he deserves a good review for his excellent customer service experience.We purchased the Intellibed Grand, beginning of June. When we made the purchase our sales guy knew we had to turn in our old mattress by a certain date. He promised he’d get our mattress ready before then and if he couldn’t he would give us a loaner while we wait. Our ship date came and went, never heard from our original sales guy. On the date of our mattress return, it was our very last day and we had to return our old mattress, they had to pick it up. So I called in to speak with our SA and to ask for a loaner, he wasn’t there. Luckily Eddie was there, he listened to our situation, learned I was pregnant, and within 30 minutes of the store closing, he arranged for us to have a loaner. Had he not done that, I would have slept on the couch for 2 days until Monday for our original SA to help with the loaner. He definitely deserves a shout out for helping us even though we were NOT his customer and it was Saturday evening!

I do not give recommendations easily, I am very critical of how businesses I support are managed. Went out today looking for a nice new twin sized bed for my mom who lives in a wonderful senior living home, needed to downsize from a full bed but wanted quality, our experience at Mattress Warehouse was amazing, very fine gentleman Mr. Erik Oritz was our salesman, he was very kind, attentive, patient, and really took time to listen and explored options with us. By far the most convenient and accommodating experience I’ve had purchasing a mattress!Led by Eric, the store team is pleasant, knowledgeable and direct!I needed a bed delivered same day— I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes and had the bed delivered 3 hours later!The delivery guys were pleasant and accommodating— from start to finish, my experience was first rate!As a designer, I purchase numerous beds every year for clients etc. There’s no other store I’ll even consider going to in the SLC area!

My husband and I dont like being sold to. We like forming our own opinions. When we first entered the store, we were fully prepared to high-tail it out of there because we just wanted some time to look around. We were pleasantly surprised. The sales people were honest, friendly, and gave us the time we needed to try out mattresses, and we didnt feel pressured into getting something beyond our budget. If youre on the fence about this organization, take it from someone who is very anti being sold to - this place is great!

Looked around the city to a couple different mattress stores but Mattress Warehouse was by far the best. CJ helped us find the best mattress for us, he taught us a lot of stuff about mattresses and he’s super friendly. Dylan helped us get our brand new mattress on the same day, super happy with our purchase!

Honestly, the best mattress purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Steve was AWESOME! He is so patient and helpful. He listened to what I wanted and showed me multiple options.I was so unsure about making the right choice and actually tested some mattresses twice, in the same day.There was no pressure and he didn’t try to get me to upgrade or buy other products (frame, pillows, sheets etc).Hopefully I won’t need another mattress any time soon, but I would definitely go back. My boyfriend and I werent really planning to buy a mattress today but Larry was an ABSOLUTE gem! We walked in just thinking about looking around and seeing what we could possibly do in the future. I have a lot of lower back pain and neck pain due to genetics, bad judgement and also my work. The mattress we have current didnt cut it and made it seem like I could never actually rest. Tossing and turning, pain in the morning, pain laying down, you get it I am sure...Larry took the time to figure out both my needs as well as make sure my boyfriends needs were taken care of(despite my boyfriend trying to say I was the main person who the mattress was for lol).Larry didnt just look for what mattress worked best, anyone could have done that. You could tell he had the experience and understood our needs because he even figured out that the pillows we had were essentially junk too and explained to us why with logical reasoning and demonstration why one thing worked and the other didnt. He also took into account our financial situation and did his up most to find the financing we need to make it all work together.I hope Larry reads this and knows that we truly appreciated his time and commitment to excellent service! He is a true star in the mattress selling industry, but also just for being all around a wonderful person who truly cares for his customers. I never thought buying a mattress could be not only educational, but also kinda fun and a great experience for my boyfriend and I to enjoy together. Truly awesome! Update: I am now officially 3 months into our perfect tempurpedic mattress...and no surprise, still cant sleep through the night comfortably. Have so much back pain, its impressive.In response to the vendor statement, I get that there are 3 sides to every story, however, I was there at all 3 visits to your store. I was there when we explained very clearly the needs, we were there for over an hour, and then were sold an initial mattress that was the absolute opposite. I was there when the manager stated she didnt know why we would have been sold that mattress after what we asked for. So, either your sales rep didnt listen or was too concerned about getting us out of the store, who knows.And during our 3rd visit, the sales rep stated that the Zero G took her over a year to get used to sleeping on, I am baffled that that is your solution, shouldnt that have been shared initially?We were not provided 3 choices on our last visit, we were pushed over and over to a mattress that was far beyond our budget and told this is the only mattress that will solve our problems. And as a side note, the hubby has had to start using sleeping meds to sleep through the night.I appreciate your offer to take advantage of the exchange program, however, I am far from interested in losing more money to your store by paying the restocking fee, and have absolutely no confidence in being led to a comfortable and affordable mattress choice.*****We visited the store with a few requirements and a budget. The staff was friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable. We were immediately pushed to their adjustable bed frame, which I saw not purpose in, but the hubby loves new gadgets so we ended up purchasing it (1100) and purchased their recommended mattress (1000). Once it was delivered, it was one of the worst mattresses Ive ever slept on. After a few nights we reached out to their manager. She suggested we return and work with her directly. The minute we arrive she took us to their temperpedic line (4000) and just continued to up sell that mattress, stating that the only way we will be comfortable is if we spend that kind of money to buy this specific mattress. She then stated that we were initially sold the exact opposite mattress from our requests, so no wonder we were uncomfortable. She never offered anything in our price range, she never offered our money back without a restocking fee. Basically our only choice to have a decent nights rest is to buy what she was recommending. And to make themselves feel better about pushing people to over spend in the middle of a pandemic, they threw in a couple of pillows, grant you, they are $200 pillows, Im still trying to figure out what makes them worth so much because they are just as uncomfortable. After an additional week delay on the new miracle mattress, and 2 weeks of sleeping on a horrible mattress, the swap was made. I have never had difficulty sleeping, I used to pride myself that I could fall asleep anywhere. I have now been in sleep hell between their 2 mattresses for 2 months. When responding to how horribly uncomfortable the new miracle mattress was to the manager, the statement was, it has to be broken in, just a few more weeks. Well it has been a few more weeks, and a few more after that, my back hurts constantly, if I try to sleep on my side, my shoulder and hip hurt. So, not only were we up sold throughout our entire experience, being told that our budget means nothing if we want a good nights sleep, their mattresses are THE ABSOLUTE WORST mattresses I have slept on in my 40+ years of life. I felt absolutely manipulated, paid $4k more than I ever intended to pay, for who knows how long until I can afford to go to an honest mattress store and replace this nightmare. The lack of sleep and back pain has affected my work, my daily functions, etc. I dont know how these people justify themselves. Im again awake at 3am, back hurting and miserable. Thanks Mattress Warehouse! I hope that others will read this and beware before entering their doors.

Mark provided excellent customer service! We purchased two twin mattresses, but the mattresses had some issues after delivery. I started working with Mark to address the issues. He was professional and provided attention to our concerns. He communicated regularly to give me updates. Overall, despite having some issues with the mattresses themselves, the experience working with Mark was very positive. I would definitely recommend working with Mark!

My recent experience with Mattress Warehouse was outstanding. After 16 years with the same mattress it was time to get a new one. They have really changed since I last bought one so I was out of touch with what new technology was available, options, etc. I first went to the clearance location and spoke with Karen. She gave me some good information to start with but she said the person who would definitely be able to answer all my questions was Larry, at the main office. I went in that afternoon and Larry was able to answer every question I had. When I decided on my purchase, Larry went out of his way to help me with the sale and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase.

We were shopping for a unique pillow because I wake up with a stiff neck and headache daily. The staff was wonderful! They were knowledgeable and were more helpful than I could have imagined! We bought 2 pillows that day. The pillows have worked so wonderfully. I sleep much better and wake refreshed and pain free. We were so excited by our success that we showed the pillow to our friends and family and came back to buy 6 more 2 days later. Again, our experience was great!
