I truly like this store. It is clean, tidy, and most importantly the staff is very helpful and courteous. More than once, I literally spent well over an hour trying different shoes to pick the right fit and style. The store assistants are very patient. They are knowledgeable about the merchandise and genuinely try hard to help customers. The returns are never an issue in this store. Bought my Brooks line and other sneakers here. They even have a nice marked area so you can walk around to try out the shoes for comfort.
Courteney in the bike shop was awesome to work with. She gave me the pros and cons to each style helmet and together we found the perfect fit. Its because of employees like her that I keep going back to REI.
I needed to get walking/hiking sticks and I found the employees from the greeter at the door to the salesman to be very professional, polite and courteous. They made shopping fun.

This is my first time shopping here. Good customer service. Inventory looks a little low but I cannot be certain. The staff members are very knowledgeable and helpful. I specifically went to shop for hiking boots. They didnt have my size in stock but they were able to order them for me. There is a membership program and I would recommend enrolling if you plan to make this your store. To sum things up, check out this location.

This has been the 1st time I have visit REI. Honestly this place is great in customer service. I have a few questions on the door entrance and the guy at the door was lots of help. Went to designated area of what I was looking a young girl helped and answer more questions. Another co-worker helped as well and answer all the questions. Not just that but described the benefits of the merchandise I was buying. What made me happy on buying what I needed not what I was gonna get if I bought the other items. When arriving on the register Jack was help with providing information on being a member and also making sure that I was help properly. All this member of REI taking their time even while being busy with other customers. Thank you REI you will see me more often.
Called asking for bicycle parts to have that department on the line immediately. Didnt have exactly what I needed but they were helpful and considered ording them just to have on hand.

I have been a member since about 1974 (46 years). I’ve purchased products for backpacking (3 season including light mountaineering in snow), day hiking, bicycling and bike touring, casual clothing, and travel) . Always friendly and knowledgeable people who enjoy the outdoors. Long lasting, quality products and they stand behind their products (except for limitations on electrical and digital tech products which have printed limitations, so buy carefully). The rewards program is an extra bonus.
Need more people running registers/ better management. Got here at open for a return and waited 15 minutes because only 1 person was staffing registers while 3 employees roamed the store doing nothing.
REI is the best place to shop for outdoor gear. All the products at REI are great quality. The staff is very friendly, amazingly helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. A must visit for anyone who is an avid outdoor person, or just beginning to explore.

Ive been going to this location for a while and I love this store. Staff is friendly and helpful. During this pandemic, they were able to make a plan to do a one way thing so people have a way to go around with social distancing and checkout was quick.
I had one of their chairs blowout on me. They basically told me, “stuff wears out” (thanks captain obvious) and to throw it away. As an “eco-friendly” company I was kind disturbed there was not a replacement available or a repair option since the framework was still good. They offered no discount towards a new one either. So I ordered from somewhere else and purchased their competitors chair. I encourage you to look at other options as these guys don’t stand behind their products.*UPDATE: The same backpacking chair made by Helinox is far better in pack size, weight and stitching on the corners.

I’ve been a member at REI for about 18 years. The shop is amazing. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The isles are always clean and well organized. It’s not hard to find something and if you need help it’s easy to ask.I go here regularly looking for camping gear and snowboard gear. On the occasion I’ll pop upstairs and find a great deal on some apparel.Keep an eye out for a sale every now and then if you sign up for their email list you’ll get great deals on that.

Pretty bummed they wouldn’t replace the REI sleeping pad I used three times that was leaking in multiple places. It let me down big time when backpacking 8 miles out in 12 degree weather. I’ve spent a lot of money with them every year on a wide variety of items. No more.
The only reason that i gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the price of certain clothing which in my opinion are overpriced. Definitely a good place to find very good quality stuff that you wont find anywhere else. I recently bought a pair of pants for kayaking.Nowhere else to be bought other than online. I hope they see the review and slowly start changing the prices. Love that store

This is a great REI store. 2 levels of outdoor bliss. The staff is helpful and engaging. Bike selection is quaint but high quality. Large clothing selection is located upstairs. Ive been here twice and my wallet knows it.
High price but high quality. If y public but an item for over 100 make sure you sign up for the lifetime membership for 20 because you get 20% off one item and so it then pays for itself.

We went into REI to scope out gear for an upcoming 2-month road trip. Nobody asked if we needed assistance or even spoke to us for the hour we were in the shop poking around. Prices on product seemed non-existent, so I found myself searching through the website while standing in the store. I understand this might be where the future of retail is headed, but I was expecting to at least find prices! I ended up going home and putting in a $600+ order that evening, selecting to have in-store pickup for as many items as possible. I was disappointed to see that my new Yeti cooler was going to take nearly two weeks to get to the store! Hopeful that it would be here sooner I attempted to inquire with an employee while while picking up 3/4 of my order. She informed me the Yetis they have are on the floor and started talking to the next customer before I could even finish my sentence. Seeing REI is the only store of its kind near me, I will definitely give it another chance, however, this experience was disheartening. Note: Maybe just buy your Yeti coolers from Yeti.
This is one of my favorite stores! Every person working there is knowledgeable and happy to help with any needs. I had a worker help fit me for a backpack and helped me find a good one for my needs. She helped me for about an hour and answered every question I had! Youll be able to meet all your outdoor recreation needs at this store.
Had a big camping trip planned with a few buddies of mine. The people at this store were able to help me out quickly and they were all super helpful. Definitely coming back if I need anything for my next outdoor activity.

I really like this place! Friendly, helpful staff. Good selection of outdoor gear. Nice selection of clothes. Good return policy. I also LOVE their #OptOutside philosophy (closed on black friday, encouraging their staff to skip the shopping frenzy and instead spend outside with family & friends). Kudos!!!

Well designed two-story REI with apparel and footwear on the second floor and everything else on the first floor. The staff like most REIs is amazing and very helpful. The only problem is finding parking nearby on the weekends or other busy times.

I have been here a couple of times to look at some outdoor gear, but every time that I have visited this location I have experienced bad service. It might have been due to the fact that they were under staffed, but that does not give them an excuse, Their items are also a lot pricier than other places that sell the same comparable items.

Been there twice. First shopping for a mountain bike. Nobody around to answer questions after 20 minutes of waiting I left. Ended up buying a bike from another store. Second time I was there I was shopping for bicycle shoes and clip ins. The salesman was totally aware how they work. So he left and 5 minutes later he returns and tells me they charge to show me how they work. Totally bad business. I have a membership there, I will never return. Best to shop elswhere..
