Went in to trade in my truck today. I’m moving to Idaho and the location I’m moving to I need a 4x4. I loved my current truck and didn’t want to get rid of it but it was only two wheel drive. The guys here took their time with me and walked the lot for over 30mins and answered all my concerning questions. Ask for Jose he’s fast, efficient and knows his stuff. Also he doesn’t push things on you. Which I truly respected. Thank you Jose! Daniel from the Service department turned a total nightmare for me into a breeze. Very professional, communication was great, he gave me his direct line. Answered every time I called or called me back. He listened, I didnt have to repeat myself. If it wasnt for him I would have sworn off Toyota totally. I went into this location to trade in my 2007 Honda Civic and get myself a new truck that I’ve been needing for a long time. Jesus Santiago was the first person to come out and help me. I was afraid of running into a pushy salesman but that is not what I got. He was patient and willing to listen to what I can actually afford. He and his manager sat down with me and we hammered out some details and we landed on a price that I was very satisfied with. I ended up leaving the lot with a brand new 2021 Toyota Tacoma 4x4. I highly recommend requesting Jesus when you go to this location. It was because of him that I had a pleasant experience there.

Went in looking to trade my vehicle. Made the mistake of telling them they where the first dealer I came to. They inspected truck and came back with a Only today. Right now offer Take offer right now or else you wont find the same deal and we wont honor offer after you leave General sales tactic.Biggest issue though was how pushy the sales people were. How rushed they just wanted to get me behind the desk to sign paper work. How much they kept pushing monthly payment will be the same no matter how much the new vehicle is.Just didnt seem like good business to me. Was more like generic pushy, make sale, and rip you off dealer.They even started pushing a specific truck. When I looked at it, looked great, price was okay. Left for lunch and decided to inspect the truck by myself and noticed huge paint scratches on both doors. That were nicely covered up with wax and polish, of course. Salesman never said anything about it and would have gladly had me sign paper work and not said a word. luckily I took the time to inspect truck and noticed the issues before signing anything. When returning I told salesman and his reaction was, okay so what do you want to do? We have other trucksJust not a good place to do business in my opinion.looking young and being in uniform shouldnt be a situation to pull out every sales tactic in the book. Nor say, why does price matter? You are military. Youre going to get a great interest rate.Yes lets get young dumb Timmy in uniform a 50k loan on his dream car making 700 a month...I went to CarMax the next day. They offered me 1k more and had better pricing with none of the shady sales tactics.

All the staff at this Toyota were more than helpful and accommodating! My salesman Brad was very knowledgeable, courteous, and made sure I got the car I was after. When I got to the finance department, the experience was equally smooth. I was assisted by a man named Marcus who was able to clearly explain everything that I was signing, and made sure I wasn’t uneasy about anything. He did all this without being overly pushy. Overall, I had a great buying experience and will be recommending to friends and family.

I have been a customer of Jasmin Lawson’s for nearly 10 years now and as many times as I’ve taken my car in to be serviced, she has never once let me down. She has impeccable customer service, she knows what she is talking about when it comes to service, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure that the services performed are performed at 110%. I have tried a few times to go to other service reps but they never quite come in comparison to her excellency. I have been in several times to look at new vehicles the last month and I plan on purchasing another Toyota so that I can continue to have Jasmin as a service rep. Cynthia was awesome and the other people at the dealership all seemed mellow. Sometimes high volume dealerships can be a little meh, but I had a great experience and I hope you do too.

I had been shopping for a car for quite some time and stumbled across this dealer. I was very impressed with their selection and the pricing was unbelievable. I called and spoke with Brad. He had a warm disposition, was more than patient and knowledgeable. After speaking with Brad, I knew I had to visit. I immediately decided to drive to the dealer which is 2+ hours away from me. a met with Brad was the same on the phone as in person, even better, I didnt get that pushy car salesman vibe at all. I test drove the vehicle which was in immaculate condition. Although the pricing was a steal, I wanted to negotiate. I was met by Javier the team leader who was even able to get me an unexpected offer. Both Brad and Javier more than met anything I could ever ask for. I felt treated like family. Such an experience is hard to come by, especially at a car dealership. I would never hesitate to recommend this dealer and am looking forward to doing business with them in the near future!

I highly commend Juan A. for his superb professionalism and his high standard of customer care. The car had a completely flat tire on an early Saturday morning on the freeway. He treated my family as he would his family. Went in and looked at a 22k car and the sales associate told us that the actual price with taxes, fees and $3k in dealer provided add-ons would come to 35k but we could probably get it down to 28k. So we left after that.Decided to give them a second chance and called for a quote which was out the door at 25k. Went to test drive/purchase and the car was dead and the new sales rep was brand new and had already had to jump 3 other cars.Sales reps seemed to have no idea what they were talking about and making up numbers. Not sure if I trust the condition of a car that needs to be jumped for a test drive.

The service department was great. Patty worked directly with Toyota to assess what needed to be done to my truck, and she was diligent about keeping me informed of the progress. My hats off to her. Bob set me up with the shuttle service, to get me to my golf game on time, and the driver even put my clubs in the van! Very professional and friendly service by all.

So this review is to sing the praises of Simon Hernandez. I came in looking at a used Miata MX5. While I did not purchase the vehicle due to a Carfax accident report, Simon did a great job. He was friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, and courteous. He obviously sells cars by listening to his customers and not aggressively pressuring them into buying. Look him up if you are in the market for a vehicle at DCH Toyota. You will not be disappointed. I wish I could say the same for the entire sales staff--I cannot. But Simon is one of the good ones.

I have a 2018 Tundra that had an issue related to the battery and the team at DCH solved the problem and I couldnt be happier. Ceaser Padilla has always been great and was very helpful. My 3 year warranty is almost up, but Ill continue to take my truck in for service as needed.

Terrible customer service! False facts given about the 2020 Honda Civic we purchased. Never received the key fob that was told came with it. Purchased the car at night not realizing the major scratches in the back. Really sad when they sell it like new. They said it was never smoked in. Smelled good but the next day the shampoo smell was gone and it smelled terrible. Will never go again or recommend!

I only gave 1 star because it will not allow 0. The customer service (after purchase) at this location is by far the worst that I have ever seen. I live out of state and purchased a Toyota Camry from this location. I had a few questions after my purchase and was told to contact the finance department. I reach out to Johnny and Jacqueline in the finance department several times via phone, text and email. Absolutely no response or feedback. After several calls to the sales department, I was transferred to a Marcus Martin. He was completely dismissive and spoke in a very rude, condescending tone. He told me that he could not help me and I would have to deal with the person that handled my account, but two days later (and multiple phone calls) he sent me the information that I needed. I love my new car but the poor morale and customer service skills makes me regret doing business at this location.

Our experience buying used car from this dealership was pleasant. We had to drive 80 miles to get the car we liked and we werent disappointed. We were treated with respect and dignity. We did trade in and used their financing so it took a while for the entire process, but we were happy at the end and are enjoying our new car.

Edit 3/1/21: Nothing wrong with the *beautiful* Camry, but I decided on a whim to upgrade to the Avalon Hybrid but was worried about the anticipated complicated exchange! Well, shouldn’t have worried because Brad Pratt took great care of me and put me into the ride I really wanted with minimum hassle. Oscar Gutierrez, you are THE MAN, and made sure I got through the process with a reasonable deal. Johnny Flores in finance—what a pleasant guy! Really nice and totally understanding of my “virus paranoia”! Felt very safe with all the precautions they took. Go see these guys—you won’t be disappointed. (Below is my original review after last week’s lease).Just got a new Camry LE Hybrid from these guys and want to give them a big thumbs-up! Sam was more than patient as we tried to narrow down my choices, and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, for example by letting me do a test drive by myself. There was a little tree-sap on the car, and Sam personally detailed it, pouring on the elbow-grease until the pearly-white vehicle was pristine. We had a nice chat about life and human nature while I was waiting for the paperwork.Oscar, the sales manager, was very nice and accommodating and gave me what I think is a fair deal. Paul in finance was a peach of a guy—all business in the most positive sense, but somehow pleasant and relaxed at the same time. Almost everything was done outside, per my request.Overall, Toyota of Oxnard did a great job getting me in and out in a reasonable time frame with efficiency, honesty, and a smile on their faces.

DCH Toyota of Oxnard is a wonderful place to purchase a car, especially when dealing with Chris Perez, our sales team member, and Javier, a sales manager!! Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted by Chris. He took the time to show us the car we came to see while answering all of our questions in detail. If he did not know the answer to a question, he would quickly find out for us so that we knew everything we needed and wanted to know about the car. Chris was Covid-19 safe and respectful and lead us on a test drive (from a separate car) so that we could test drive the vehicle and feel safe while keeping a distance. He stopped halfway so that we were able to both drive, and we really appreciated his time and efforts throughout the whole process. He was so very kind and we felt like we were friends when we left! He invited Javier into the process when we were discussing final details and pricing to make sure we got the best deal we could, and we all agreed on a price that we felt comfortable with, leading us to purchasing our first family car and we are so excited and grateful. They had the car filled with gas, washed inside and out, and throughout the whole process we felt taken care of and so grateful for their kindness, especially that of Chris.
