Richard Swilley was awesome in helping navigate the process from end to end. In addition to being very friendly, he was very patient and willing to explain parts of the process that I didn’t quite understand, which I appreciated since this process is not exactly an easy one as a first time buyer. After signing off on paperwork, Richard helped me set up some of the accessories and did a quick tour of how to navigate the center console features, and then made sure I was set to go before leaving. Overall, excellent service and experience, would recommend to anyone on the search for their next car!

Poor experience . I had to drive to Oxnard to pick up my car but it was not ready and service light was on. And they didn’t realize it until I show it to them. Daniel was helpful and extended my loaner with no charge. Sal promised there won’t be any charges for loaner but saw those charges on invoice and had no choice but to pay. Car is still not ready hoping I will get it by this weekend.

These people tell more stories then teddy ruxpin.I asked for a call back to see if a Lexus RX was available.They said they would call back.They did with no voicemail.Andrew seem to be alright.Then Alejandro was talking to my wife as we called back saying we’re on the road driving around.We couldn’t wait with a 3 year old in the car.She was very impatient.Conflicting prices too say the least.The car dealer sticker said 10998 & the Kelly blue book sale had it for 8,988.So what my conclusion was they didn’t want me to pay cash price for the kb sale advertising price.Sad to see them say it was sold.So I drove half way and took there word and flipped back home.Then Mitch calls my wife’s phone n says the car is still available.So we were driving back to check it out.I call Andrew again to check n see what’s really going on.He told me that it was sold conveniently that a little while ago.This place couldn’t tell the truth even they wanted to.I at that point I figured out they were not gonna make any money of it selling cash on the Kelly Kelly blue book sale price.Shady people with lousy communication & customer service skills.I would never come back to a place where they tell so many improv stories with multiple workers.Mitch in the end called back on my wife’s phone n said yes they did sell it.When he was sure they didn’t.I knew they didn’t sell it.If they did they drag you on to come down n waste your time or they fraud there stories n tell u anything if it benefits them.My wife didn’t the 10998 price so I asked for the phone n explained what happened n I had already talked to Andrew.He said so why didn’t you just called Andrew with an attitude.I explained that he was on a phone call n was waiting a long time for his call back.

Team Nissan Sales. Went in today 08/28/2021 to pick my car up from the service department. I stopped a sales Rep “Donald Reyes” because I thought he was someone else. He asked if I was looking to trade in my car? I told him I couldn’t I owed to much. “Donald Reyes” and his team made it happen. I drove off with a brand new 2021 Nissan Versa 35 miles. With all the features, warranty’s, and payment I wanted. The best part about it I was only there for a few hours. I recommend team Nissan “Donald Reyes” listened to what I wanted and made it happen. I had a really unpleasant experience here with the finance manager and sales consultants Donald and Max. While I understand that Team Nissan is a business and needs to make a profit from sales. Consistent efforts were made to try to convince me to pay 30,400 for a 21,840 dollar SUV listed online. I’m aware of the sales tax and we did the calculations ourselves. I have good credit and had a reasonable down payment and a monthly payment request so this was just very dishonest and crooked. Aside from that at the end of the negotiation the finance manager thought that I was being rude for speaking up against their attempt to add more dollars to my monthly payment without my consent which ended up costing me 300 dollars more. I wasn’t shown my APR interest rate like how I requested in the beginning until the end of the negotiation with the finance manager and upon signing the paperwork. In the end i was humiliated and was forced to defend myself. I decided to try out this dealership for the first time upon the good reviews. I’m not buying another car from here again. Donald and Max were nice guys and I understand that we all have a job to do but the finance manager really got under my skin. Absolutely poorcustomer service on his part.

I went to this place about a month ago, for a quick oil change service, they were very kind and friendly, they gave me an estimate on my brakes and tires and I went home. I parked on my garage and went to Ventura that afternoon, finding all the oil on the floor, I called the Nissan shop and they said bring it over I couldnt drive the truck since it didnt have any oil left, and I have to call the towing truck, next day I couldnt go to work until I had my truck back from the shop, I asked for a towing reimbursement because they forgot to remove the old filter gasket and I took them couple days to pay, I was expecting an apology call or email from the manager at least, that never happened. Needless to say that I would never go back since I dont trust their mechanics, if they do thus in a basic task like an oil change, imagine how risky would be to do a more complex job. I am still waiting for a call or email from the manager.

Took my car for an oil change, that comes with a multipoint inspection and they did not perform a multipoint inspection, or they would have seen the engine light on the board, and that I had changed the cabin and air filters. The rep told me that I need them both and nothing about the engine light. How can I trust they did the oil change correctly or at all?

Kevin is one of the best Whole Sale Reps I have ever worked with. The entire Parts sales team is extremely knowledgeable and all of the parts department are great to work with!

We were told we had to give a five star rating or else they lose their job. We were pressured to give a review within a few days.. This dealership works off of ratings. As soon as we did the 5 star rating, our brand-new, one-week old car started breaking down. Richard began to ignore us when we went in to take it for service and ask for help, as did Ivan the finance manager. They said they would replace the car if something went wrong with it, but now they are nowhere to be found and then the manager, Steve Dalba, said they wont do anything about it. It has been taken in for service several times for the same issue and even the service manager Daniel said they cannot fix it and that Nissan should replace the car, but they wont and now we are stuck driving a very unsafe vehicle. Avoid this dealership for your own safety and peace of mind.
