THE OWNER MOLLY IS A VERY NICE PERSON WHO REALLY APPRECIATES EACH AND EVERYONE OF HER CUSTOMERS. HER CUSTERED FILLED CHOCOLATE BAR, APPLE FRITTERS, CINNAMON ROLLS, CROISSANTS, DONUTS AND MANY OTHER PASTRIES ARE MADE FRESHLY EVERY DAY. I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS. TRY IT YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.

I rate master donuts a 1 star. I had a very bad experience today 8/25/2021. I ordered a Thai tea boba . I usually like my tea on the sweeter side I asked if they could make it sweeter and they said no. I asked the manager why? She told me she couldnt tell me why . She said she couldnt make it sweeter because that was the way they served it . I was like not even to try to accommodate a customer or anything like we are paying for this . Why can you make it sweeter she said they could no longer keep making it sweeter as of today. Well that sucks I really liked the Thai tea here never had a issue until today . They always made my tea sweeter .The employees seem really friendly but apparently the manager wasnt so friendly today . It wasnt the money the issue it was the managers attitude I even tipped them and they didnt want to re make my drink . Like clearly if the manager can even give asimple explanation to a customer than what business is she even trying to run. It seems like her employees now better than her. Really embarrassing like I ask a simple question? Like I ordered a drink I payed for it and I think that as customer courtesy I deserve a answer. Her attitude was truly disgusting .

The donuts are very fluffy and soft. The selection is ok, but I assume earlier in the day is better. They didnt have any jelly filled but when I asked for one they offered to put jelly in another donut for me which was so cool!

I only go to 5 star, small gem places like this.Asian lady so sweet .I have to ask her name .all this time been going there never asked her name. And the young mexican girl great service always smiling and wiping down counters at the same time.The place is always clean and shiney.I only stop in for coffee .aaaaaaaaaaah

My Grandkids love coming here so I always take them whenever they come visit. Secretly I thin I am the one that likes coming here. Their chocolate donuts are amazing.

So glad to finally make my way over to this donut shop. Plenty of choices, affordable, and friendly service. I got 2 donuts, 2 donut holes, and medium coffee for $5! Minimum $5 for debit/credit use. I got a custard filled donut and it was deliciously filled.

Nice selection of donuts. I stop by that place before i go to work almost every day. I have seen more donut selection in different shops but it had enough for you to find one that you like. I wish they made fresh juices to offset the guilt of eating a donut.

Idk about this place I was just in their and they didnt have a lot of selection and no fresh donuts at all. I got the maple bar donut for me and my mom and tasted old. There coffee tasted nasty tap water and smelled like sweage. I like the donut shop by Lowes and they use filter water to make coffee and freshly made donuts. I get very sick when it is tap water and my stomach is hurting. When you talk to the employee she is not nice at all and very bad attitude.
