I love this gym… I have health issues, I went through heart surgery a few years ago and never thought I would workout again, then I came in to Fitness 19. Not only am I weight training but I have been consistently loosing weight since I joined. My personal trainer Peter is the best!!! He goes above and beyond to help me meet my weight loss goals He is very encouraging and always rooting me on. Angie the manager is great, she has always accommodated my needs and always greets me with a smile.

Im a new member here since June 2021 and honestly, its a great place. The people who work here and trainers are friendly and very helpful. Boot camp, zumba, and boxing classes are awesome. For anyone thats trying to get in shape. I would totally recommend. Great atmosphere.

Fitness 19 is a great place to get your workout in. Great staff great members it feels like home! The manager Angelica is such a hard worker, she always greats you with a smile and is always on top of everything. If you’re looking for a great gym. This is the one!

Even though it is a smaller gym than usual gyms, This gym packs a punch with a well maintained staff, cleaniness, and great management.

Good gym .... however the restrooms have been out of service for some time now, leaving us to use portable restrooms..... I don’t understand how a chain of gyms like this would not be faster to respond on a issue like this .... perhaps it’s because of its location ??? You be the judge, it’s located in Oxnard in a predominantly strong Hispanic community.....now I’m just gonna assume that if the fitness 19 in Camarillo had this issue, it would of been resolved ASAP..... 🤔

I love going to fitness 19 because the service is great and the fitness 19 employees are great and the equipment is great as well I dont have any issues going in and not having anuff space to workout and I dont even have to wait to get into the gym and get my workout on and wait for any equipment that I really love to go in and use and the wait period outside the door isnt long its pretty fast.

I honestly had an amazing experience while I was a member. I got a good deal for a 1yr membership including classes. It get very busy at the time people gets out of work but other than that if you really want to make it happen you just have to organize your schedule. I like the fact its close to the freeway!

Its a small gym but its quite convenient for me and my son Staff are friendly and eager to help you if you need it

The gym is fine...so far. Trainers need to keep a eye on those who sit on machines and busy themselves with their phones and ask them not to conduct themselves in this manner. I have ask quite a few to please finish so that I could use the machine. Ive also told young kids that these are weight machines, not a playground and that they could get seriously hurt playing around and slamming weight stacks, etc. And lastly, I see where the machines rods are finally getting lubricated. Gee, I wonder how thats occurring. Other than that, the gym is great and has everything I use at my other gym elsewhere in California. Keep up the good work ok. Signed up and everytime i go no one is in the front to help me this week i probbly waited about seven minutes to finally find someone and i also wasnt ablr to wipe my equipment down because staff did not put out wipes for us i came from another gym but now i regret my decison

Don’t go, all the workers super lazy just on their phones. Manager doesn’t seem to care no one greats the customer only if it’s a good looking girl. Specially this dude with curly hair just thinks he’s all that and ask for something and always acts like he didn’t hear. All the workers are just lazy. Really small gym and smells bad they don’t clean. Workers just on their phones instead of having the place smell good and clean. Not a good gym.

Naturally friendly staff and more than enough equipment than I will ever need as a moderate user. Temperature is always balanced. Great location. I just wish that they would require people to put a lock on a locker if they use one because I feel very uncomfortable having to open several unlocked lockers before I find an empty one.

Hello!I am Leanne Louise Theriault. I really love Fitness 19 and all the people that go there. I started in the beginning of 2017. I really love all the staff members and all of their support they have shone me. They are friendly and definitely a coll crew to know. Thank you so much for all the help I have found from Fitness 19. My entire life has changed so much. I hope others find fitness 19 as valuable as I do. I hope we all have a wonderful New Year which is coming up in a couple of months.

Small gym but its worth it for the price and since all the other gyms are closed!

Very friendly and helpful staff at Fitness 19. There is plenty of equipment to use when I work out at noon every day. Everything you need to workout at a good price. Hard to beat.

I got a great deal and I like the gym. This is the first gym membership Ive had and it seems worth it.

Wanted to hit the gym while on vacation. This is the place to be! Clean and staff is very friendly. Attended Daniels and Jeffs class. Really enjoyed it. Wish i could stay longer

I used to like it but now i hate it because i hate to smell the body odor and always close my mouth to avoid breathing in. The sweaty air is very gross to breath. I think this gym causes me having health problem. Some idiots just sitting there without even using the machine and others just blocking it when theyre talking. I prefer outdoor fresh air than indoor sweaty people smells just like a crowded bus but my dad love the gym and i dont.

Great gym that has everything you need. Great rates. Nice staff always welcoming. Also, the kids club is great!

It all depends on what time you go. If you can make it to the gym before 3pm (preferably closer to 12noon), then its fantastic for its price (or very late, around 9pm). However, Ive given up trying to go in the afternoon. Its just too small for how many people show up. If you go in the afternoon youll spend more time standing around waiting for equipment than working out. From 10am-3pm its 5 stars. In its busy hours, its a waste of your time. Luckily for me, right now I can make it to the gym in the morning when theres only like 20 people there at most, so its 5 stars for me. But if my schedule changes and I cant go at the right times, I would probably cancel my membership.

Very bad business practices. Read the fine print they tacked on a B.S. maintained fee 29.99 when I cancelled my membership. They need to use more air fresheners.

Gim most of the times smell bad they did,t clean enough no and right now air condition not working and is like being in a sauna with this temperatures use to be a good gim but now they are careless don,t do clean up and always smell very bad sweat and pee in the restroom, i ask to replace a bad light in the changing room more then 5 times since 2 months ago and the light bulb still broken hope they get some one to do the fix and cleaning soon

Great trainers and staff very helpful friendly they make it a point to greet u and say bye to everyone they meet very affordable for all the facility and classes offered ...

Overall I really like working out here because its so close to my house.The only minor issue are the TVs.9 TVs on one wall and 7 are on the same Spanish language channel.

Their customer service is terrible had me waiting A bunch of idiots work their they had me on hold for 30 min then offered to call back and waited until the next day and no call back then they charged me double the amount they claimed I would pay monthly I switched to 24 hour fitness wayyyy better then this dump! I would give it no stars if I could

Small gym,but if you come at the right times you get the good machines!

Its an ok gym, very small, not a lot of equipment or room, only two bench presses and one open squat rack. Best bet is coming when they open at 430am

The location is the best thing about Fitness 19. My kids love the day care. They never want to leave!

I really like this gym, nice ppl work there and im always able to get my equipment l, only downside is they down have amenities like a pool and sauna but the location is really convenient

Been there for over 8 months not had a single problem come like around 12am-5pm its ok.

No Zumba classes yet... and they got rid of the best Zumba instructor... Rosario Maldonado...

Machines are constantly being fixed, there are times when you have to make line in order to use the treadmill not a fan especially if Im limited on time.

I only started going because they have punching bags, the people seem koo too. The problems were that it was mostly crowded, only one stall at the restroom, & their termination policy SUCKS!

Theres just a limited amount of machines and while you do 3 other workouts on different machines theres the same person using the one youre waiting to use for more than half an hour.

Its too small of a gym and the trainer daniel is a dushbag and he sucks at training people

I was a member of this gym for 2 months. Isnt open 24 hours and it was always crowned.

Its really close to my house, I just wish it couldnt be open 24/7

The gym area is way to small and the weights are always in use. I have encountered some rude staff as well.

Small, cramped...Rusty barbells, plates are hard to load from the lips being chewed up, floor space can be crowded especially during peak times, cancelled

Mmmm Im using the jimnacio de la roous that is even next to walgreens in oxnard the berdad ay a lot of people subscribed in this gym is very small and the music is very loud and the headphones do not sound as if the music k they put us all we would like deverian to lower bolume and the truth is, I cant even get out until the lost contract is fulfilled, get down to the music

Well here I tell you the bad experience I had in this place I wanted to grab a personal trainer and I dealt with one such bell she gave me a service of the worst she put me in the hours that she wanted according to the one who sold me the classes told me that she would take me a good experience haha ​​this lady showed me the opposite so I went to get my money back because I did not feel good with the attitude of such a bell and they did not want to return the money $ 150 the manager tells me that they can not return the money for the bad service that was given to me then they put me with another coach named Alejandro so as not to return my money because until now I dont know anything about this boy he only called me twice and if anything two little messages total I lost my money. it sucks.

This place is very nice to exercise. Employees and coaches have the best attention for a client, they never deny with one who leaves the weights wherever he wants, he has handitiser all over the area and they have very clean machines and bathrooms. drinking fountain have filtered water and very cold .. an excellent place does not smell like other gym feet I recommend it closed eyes and I do not expect anything in return for my comment from d Gym I just like to speak with sincerity ...

It is a fairly large gym but they keep the pool water cold and although we have already made a report it seems that they are not interested.
