Oxnard, Ca. store was amazing! I came in 30 minutes to closing (yes, That customer) and they kept helping me with selections and fitment options, with no pressure to complete the transaction: even 20 minutes after closing. Honest, knowledgeable feedback, and they saved me money with alternative options of equal quality. Give that man with the (former) guaged ears a Raise! Definitely recommend!

Great Service. I wish I could remember the young lady that helped me that morning but she quickly was able to find me the locks for my helmet visor when other stores couldn’t find them.

Typical Cycle gear store, Ive been to several across the us in my travels. Its small, actually the smallest one Ive been to up to posting this review. They didnt have what i needed, but they were friendly and offered to order it and have it shipped to my destination. I like friendly sales people, everyone has an attitude now days so its nice when someone is friendly. Definitely recommended

I Purchased a helmet at the store a couple of weeks ago it did not perform well. I went in to return it and Megan tried to repair it but determined that it was not repairable. She listen to my needs for a replacement helmet and fitted the helmet to me properly and it suggested the proper Bluetooth unit to go with the helmet. Megan is an outstanding employee. As an employer myself I recognize how valuable (and rare) someone like Megan is to the success of a business

Absolutely the best motorcycle gear store you can go to even the Internet cant beat em they will price match! If they dont have it they will order what you need and it will show up faster than if you ordered it yourself, hold on not done on top of that they size you up for what you need finally if it gets there and it still doesnt fit cycle gear will return it and get you the next size up or down until you get what you want. Dont waste your time shopping online, if its online its in their catalog. Above all this place has the absolute best costumer service I wish every place I shop at was at their level, the staff (never thought Id get along so well with a Harley guy named Eric) really goes above and beyond to get you what you need for the best price (yes Im cheap).

Went in with a visor 2-3 years old and asked for a replacement. Turns out the helmet it belonged to is far too outdated (sevenzeroseven vendetta 3). Megan immediately and out of sheer kindness helped me find a decent visor somehow, and even got around a problem where the retaining brackets for the helmet visor locks were broken. She fixed it all in front of me, and I walked out paying way less than I ever thought possible. She was helpful, kind, and very skilled and knowledgeable. If she is a representative of the others there, this is the place to be. Thanks again for all your help!
