We just remodeled our home so we stopped in at this store to look for some new furniture. They absolutely have the best customer service ever!!! We worked with Victoria and what a delightful lady. She showed us many options and made shopping such a fun and positive experience. There was no pressure to buy anything and her knowledge of how their products were built was so helpful for us. I would give this store a 10 instead of a five if I could. I would absolutely recommend this store if you need any appliances or furniture.💟💟💟💟💟💟

An amazing experience for people who dislike shopping! My husband and I are building a new home and I have very specific ideas of what Im looking for. Wed gone to all the big box chain stores and struck out when we saw Missouri Furniture as we were driving on the highway. From the outside, it doesnt look like much, but from the moment we walked in, it was great! They have a large selection for most budgets, and were two more huge Victoria fans. She spent over 2 hours with us on our first trip and actually asked questions to help me find the unicorn furniture in my head. When we asked about another piece at a competitors store and told her the price, she said to get it; she was honest that she couldnt beat the price. Its apparent she loves what she does, and shes very good at it. I dont leave reviews for every business- when I do, its to express either a really bad experience or a really good one. This was excellent, and Ive told many family and friends that they need to shop here. In response to negative reviews about delayed deliveries, get over it already. These are unprecedented times and some things are out of our and the businesses control. We dont mind being patient and showing grace. Well be happy when our new furniture arrives, whenever that might be. Thank you, Victoria!

We recently purchased a sofa and love seat from Missouri Furniture from Roy Waddell. We had a slight issue getting the love seat and Roy took his day off to drive and get and it and deliver it to us. We will definitely use Missouri Furniture as long as we can have Roy as a sales person! He went over and above which is very rare in this world today.

Rhonda was a great salesperson! She gave us plenty of info then left us alone to shop & was very knowledgeable & easy to work with! We bought several pieces from Mo Furniture. Rhonda made it a smooth process!

Unless they have the item there in store I highly discourage anyone from ordering furniture from here. My husband and I purchased a sectional at the beginning of April. We were told it would be in by the end of May but it might take up to 3 months to come in. The end of May comes and we call to check on our order, we are then told it would be the middle of July. We just called to see if they had a better ETA then just the middle of July, we were then told it wouldnt be in until the end of August. Needless to say we will be looking into cancelling our order and going elsewhere.

Well. Ozark Missouri Furniture lied to me. BUYER BEWARE!! I told them specifically that I work out of state and I want to make 100% sure if I purchased appliances they would be properly installed and they would make sure everything worked. Well guess what….They set up our brand new dryer and the door to the dryer does not close. I think the hinge is bent. Then as the guys are slamming the dryer door shut 20 times it slides the machine back and rips the dryer vent coil and rips it. So if we can even get the door to shut, hot air now blows all over the place.The new dishwasher…. They did not bring an adaptor that will connect the water line to the actual dishwasher. So they just left it in the middle of our kitchen and the guys left.I work out of state and they just left my wife with two appliances not working.Thanks Missouri Furniture……

Worst experience ever purchased a chair and ottoman on march 8th and waited 2 months to be delivered. When calling about delivery times all I got was excuses blame on covid-19. I also didnt appreciate being talked to in a condescending attitude . Will not shop there again and would not recommend Ozark store to anyone.

Victoria gave us the best customer service possible. Will do business with her again. Weve had our Flexsteel set for 2 weeks and already have it apart trying to fix it! Stitching is also tearing out. Dont buy Flexsteel, its expensive garbage.

This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I just needed a part fixed on the cheaply made sectional that I bought which was still under warranty. After waiting 10 months for the part to come in and after not being called to notify me it was here, they told me there was a $69 delivery charge that I would have to pay just to have them come to my house to change out the part. There have been multiple calls with no answers and unanswered emails from them. I will never make the mistake of shopping here again. The promises they make about warranties and purchasing extra insurance is just bull. Don’t waste your money.

This place is nice and has good selection. However, the prices are SKY HIGH. Omg. My husband and I were walking around laughing at the prices because they were just so ridiculously high. Another couple in there mentioned as we walked by that they were shocked at the prices. Us too.Great furniture but the prices make it unrealistic.

What does it say about a company that profits at other’s expense? I have become aware that Missouri Furniture is offering attractive sales on mattresses while the other mattress stores have cared more about the community than themselves and closed down. When asked, the reason was given that they sell essential items i.e. appliances. I suggest that only these items are sold. Please follow the Ordinance and rope off non- essential items. I guarantee it will be a big step in endearing yourself to the community.

Did not have $1,000 to spend on a chair

I would like to thank Jay Fox for being so helpful. My Ashley sofa recliner had stopped working in the upright position. I asked for the name of a repairman. Mr. Fox said before calling the repair service, to check all of the connections taking them apart. He then went to a recliner in the store and showed me how to to remove the pin to manually lower the foot rest. When I unplugged and replugged it worked perfectly. A few days later the foot position on my adjustable bed would not recline. I removed the pin and dropped the bar. Thank you Mr. Fox. I recommend this store highly, customer service goes way beyond the sale.

Two years ago this store was not very appealing to me. I entered the store yesterday and immediately saw a dozen items that I would love to purchase. Great furniture store as I have been to several looking for beds and appliances. Saleswoman was not very knowledgeable regarding a dishwasher. Due to a time crunch, I ended up buying a floor model. No discount for that folks. She pulled out the manual to find some niose levels and I ended up buying a floor model without the manual inside that she laid on top of the next unit. We installed it ourselves and ended up printing 44 pages from an online manual. Frustrating and lack of consideration for the customer.

Alisha was amazing. She worked with us once we walked through the door all the way to when we decided what we wanted. She was patient with us and fun to talk to. Definitely coming back late when I decide to getting a new matress.

Absolutely FANTASTIC experience!! Went in heartbroken, with extremely low expectations after a terrible let down with another furniture store. Had an empty living room to fill and company on the way. I called weeks later and brought it to his attention that the online price was significantly cheaper than what we were charged in store. Lance was our salesperson! He was very professional and great to work with! He was informative about the products. Purchasing our products were easy, however receiving them and setting them up was not easy. I decided against delivery, but I never received a call when my products arrived to pick up. I called the store and was informed Lance had been let go (sad to hear, and not information a customer should be informed about.)When I arrived to pick up my order, I was asked to assist in loading all the products into my truck. I believe the workers should have been prepared to do this and not ask a customer to load their own items. This was difficult for me to do. When I unpackaged the items at home I realized one item was missing. I called to inform the store and was told it was never on my order. Several hours later I received a call of apology and a statement the item was in fact on my order and I could pick it up at my convenience.While setting up my new bed, I realized the support boards were too tall for the bed frame. At this point I was done contacting the store and took matters into my own hands and cut them to fit myself.I love my bed! And I enjoyed working with Lance, but I will not be a returning customer to Missouri Furniture.

I purchased a dble recliner and two power recliners and 3 tables today with the help of an awesome saleslady named cindy . she was knowledgable, friendly and extremely helpful. i loved her input and she made the purchase so much easier..

Missouri Furniture associates were very nice and very helpful. My husband and I were trying to decide if we should replace our entire living room furniture or repair just the console. We weren’t pressured or even bombarded at the door. Rhonda met us after we got through the door and asked how she could assist us. While we decided replacing the console was the best option for us, Rhonda was very helpful in finding us the right match. Unlike other furniture stores we had been in that day, there were no high pressured sales and she was super pleasant.
