Customer service in the store is what is expected. The guy that works there has a lack of customer service. Bought my items and walking out remembered I needed a pair of glasses. Paid for those but he acted like had other things to do other than accept my money. Here is the kicker. Had to order boots. Was told around 9am they would be in the next day. Called around 3pm the next day and same guy answered. Told me well might be in today or tomorrow the guy is up in Springfield picking orders up so if its in there its in there. When asked if they always wait till the end of the day to pick up orders all I got was an attitude of when they get there they get here. Also pay attention to peoples name if they tell you it twice dont call them the wrong name. Good thing this was a one time purchase probably look else where

I rented a uhaul from these folks to finish moving some odd ball items we left behind in the Kansas City area. These folks helped me find a better method to rent the truck that wound up saving me a few hundred dollars! Theyre obviously not in it solely for the money, and care about their customers. Would definitely recommend!

Manager was extremely lazy and had absolutely no care in the world about helping me find the FR jeans that I wanted. He is a perfect example of what’s wrong with the country today. He is that’s not my job guy!

I’m a return customer, I stopped by again today and wow has the store grown, it seems they have more then doubled in size, great store for all the construction trades, tons of safety gear, nice boots and tools, mostly all made in America products, and best of all a good friendly environment that’s a family owned business.. A+ in my book!!

Rented a U-Haul from here and it was painless. Very easy people to work with. I also called them on the phone to ask about welding supplies, they were very kind. I would do business with them again.
