I took some shoes there today to return by fedex and the employee was super helpful. I didn’t know what I was doing. He even boxed them up for me.I didn’t have to do anything. It was so easy. I really appreciate good customer service. Thank you!

The worst--fedx in general--my envelope containing check for 51,000 was left in rain out by the garage which is across the way from the house--found by accident after driving over it a couple days later..complained!! the next two checks never made it or blew away. those checks were re-issued, found today blowing around the driveway! cant walk over and put it inside the gate? we explained that the garage is not close to the house at all and one bay we do not use, so to throw mail over there is? weird . we have 25 acres and should not have to try to chase mail all over the field! and plastic bag for rain! please.

This store is pretty average for a third party mailing location. It was very clean and well stocked. The man who was working, I believe, was the owner, based on his demeanor. I really took issue with the fact that neither he, the USPS pick up driver, nor any other customers were wearing masks- I was the only one. I would have given 4 stars, because I received friendly service. But I choose to support businesses that take their responsibility in society seriously, we all have to do our small part.

I had a horrible experience here today. I normally dont write reviews that are negative because I know the stress of being in customer service. However, there were a few complaints that I had.Everything was fine at first, I was being helped and was waiting for the woman at the counter to enter the information into her system, she was friendly as I answered the questions that she had for me.... I was unaware of what the man behind the counter was doing (he was on the phone) so I paid no mind. Apparently, they were having issues with their credit card machine (understandable) but did not tell me this until the entire process was done (which took about 15 minutes, I figured it wouldve been faster... it was not.) After everything was said and done, I handed the woman my card for payment.... she walks over to ask the man behind the counter what she should do, and he exclaims that they cannot take credit cards at this time (which I was unaware) he was frantically trying to explain to me that they could just put them on hold and charge me later when it was working, since I had no other form of payment. I explained that I wouldnt have time to come back in today- as I have to go to work. He was frustrated, obviously, and said well I dont know what you want me to do, and turned around. I asked if I could just take the packages back and would go elsewhere since I didnt have an appropriate form of payment. I was explaining this to the woman when he turns and says what???? In a very hateful tone, and proceeds to take the packages of mine, slam them on the counter and say fine.I had never been to this location before, and this was a VERY unpleasant experience.

The gentleman behind the counter was just fantastic!! And thats putting it mildly. I was mailing few things for the wife and went to pay and card didnt work. Embarrassing was it but the guy was very patient. I had to run home and get cash because accidentally I locked my card come to find out. We could both see I had money in acct but card wouldnt take. I cant say enough about his humor and patience. No matter what I have to mail in the future, hands down in going to this place

Careful out here. I was talking on a business call while walking during a break. It started raining so I moved under the covered walkway and continued to walk. A gentleman came out and stood with the door open and stared at me for a few minutes and then interrupted my conversation while I was speaking to ask if I was on the phone. Nope, just talking to myself with a phone in my hand (heres your sign). He proceeded to tell me, well go talk down there, and pointed away from his store. Apparently in his eyes, people dont like to ship packages if someone is outside the store talking on a cell phone.
