Called ahead of time and was told they fill small propane tanks, when we got there was told they didnt buy a very rude woman, wont use them for anything ever again

While moving a gas tank a water line was cut. I understand that those situations are often unavoidable. But the fact that they called to ask if there was a waterline in that area and we informed that we did not think so. But they asked where to cut it off anyway. Well the reason they wanted to cut it off is because they cut a waterline. As I said before that is often unavoidable. But to leave it uncovered and cut without informing the owners is unacceptable. Poor Customer Service. And the managers response was they are not responsible for repairing the water line. Poor customer service and work ethic
