Sent in a email to their service to get information, it was ignored... Gave them a call and left a voicemail, no response... Went in to find that the service department could have cared less that I came in... Not engaging at all, and made me feel like it was a bother to try to get information about a repair. Just got told not to bring the bike in at 4 (when they close). Completely wasted my time... It used to be that you meet the nicest people on a Honda, apparently not this Honda dealership.

Never bring a bike to get fixed here. This was a completely awful experience. Mybike was in there for 6 months. The part I needed was on back order for 5 months an, they never tried to call me or anything. They were very rude and every time I called especially Shaun. I brought in extra parts for them to put on an finally when I go to pick the bike up none of the parts I brought up there were installed and when I asked for the parts because they weren’t installed they started to panic and had to go look for the parts luckily found them. Also they didn’t even try to compensate for not doing it right an charged me for everything including $240 for 3 hours of labor. I will never bring my service back there or recommend them to anyone.

The Service Department does not make appointments. Called to schedule an appointment was advised, “We don’t do that”. “You can drop it off and will get to it in a couple of days”. Not beneficial for people that rely on their ATV’s for work purposes.

Took my pioneer 1000 in for service and install winch plus warranty work. Got it back over a week later with the radiator overflow bottle hanging from the hose and dripping antifreeze. After getting it home I found it did have some of the warranty work done but not serviced. The shifter indicator didnt work and no as supposed to. Its only got 750 miles on it. If they had any quality control inspection these problems would have been resolved. I called and was told there mustve been a communication problem and they would investigate and get back with me. I suppose they might one day. In the meantime I have to find a reputable Honda dealership to get the warranty work done. I will not let them do the maintenance. I drove 90 miles round-trip to take it to them once. Unless they call soon I wont even let this shop finish the work they were supposed to do.I strongly dont recommend the service department at Beasleys Honda, Ozark, Alabama
Got new tires on my bike within 3 working days. For this area thats pretty good for a special order tire. Maintenance guys are great to work with, they have worked on my dirt bike as well. Front staff not as good and their web site does not mention the service guys open 30 minutes later than the store so plan accordingly.
I have bought many bikes from this dealership. Very knowledgeable sales staff and great prices. Most sales staff dont give a hoot about motorcycles but not the guys that work at Beasleys. Give them a try before you buy anywhere else.
Came in to buy a ninja 300 or 400 ended up leaving without buying. Salesman wasnt the best and was in a hurry to get back to his desk after greeting me, Im sure he had extremely important work to do but maybe could have stuck around to answer my questions. Good thing came from this though, I found the bike I wanted for half the showroom price. Place was well maintained and has a great selection of bikes from what I saw.

Sales department was up to par, knowledgeable and friendly. Sales process was easy and they where speedy to respond. I would recommend that you buy from them anytime. Just buy though.The ATV service department is another story. Slow and slower. Took a week for an initial service and a minor repair.Anyone with a little sense and will power could have done the same job in a day or less even if you havent done it before.
Called to order a part I need. The lady I talked to was very nice and helpful.
Took ages to get my husbands tires in. He kept getting the run around. They didnt compensate for the week delay in the order. Took forever to install too as the staff was late returning from lunch. Theyve lost a customer.
Worst service ever the parts manage zena is very rude and does not know how to run a bussiness I will never use this company again they have lost all my bussiness

My spouse came in to purchase a bike and was asking different questions about them was told I dont know thats something you would have to figure out. Thought that would be the salespersons job to know about the items they have in their store room. Lost our business we will be going to Dothan to make our current purchase and any future ones!
Dropped off motorcycle to have tires replace and serviced. 10 days later, no service no tires.Recommend you take your bike elsewhere if youd like your bike done in a reasonable amount of time.
I bought a new unit there. But after an experience with the service department, I wont be back unless I have no where else to go.*Update: Went back last week for minor warranty work. The service department (using that term loosely) cannot seem to keep up with what they told me the last time we spoke. Where do they get these people? It is better to promise me something in a week and have it in 3 days rather than the other way around. I have to plan my entire week around maybe so...or it should be here or thats what they say, it dependsI strongly encourage anyone purchasing anything this store sells to look around - except at Dothan Power Sports which is a little more reliable but charges 3 prices.How do I take away the one star?

The only reason Im giving Beasley Honda five stars is because I cant give them ten!! They provided us with to notch service from the time I first made contact with them over the phone until the job was completed. We brought our son up here to go to college and I was worried about going home and leaving my son with no transportation or even worse faulty transportation. Beasley Honda worked very hard to get my sons bike up and running in great condition the same day we brought it in. You gave me the best gift you can give a mother - peace of mind. Thank you! I would highly recommend Beasley Honda. You wont be sorry.

These guys went out of their way to help us with a brake problem.It was serious and three other Honda dealerswouldnt touch it.We were 500 miles from home and were in danger of not having front brakes which on a Goldwing could be a disaster.
