Our builder sent us to Fraley to pick out stone for the exterior of our house and for our fireplace. The staff was very accommodating. They showed us displays, customer images, and product images. They explained all the different shape and color combos we could go with as well as custom options (ie we chose Kentucky Brown color for our exterior but they removed all the brown stones). I felt super confident with what I was getting and loved the final product.

This should be the very last company you call for any masonry work. While it all looks good at the beginning, their low professional work shows up soon. Then when you ask them to take care of the substandard work, you get labeled a problem. Then they will tell you how they will fix it. But that too leads to more substandard work. They are fake news, and not someone you would want to take care of your home.

Our home builder sent us to Fraley Masonry to choose which style of wainscot we wanted for our new house. We spoke with Spencer, who was absolutely great. Very patient with us, very knowledgeable about the products. Nice to know that TRUE customer service still exist!

Very helpful, great stone product

The unloader was a bit of a Jerk..Instead of taking off the last 4 pallets, he went to do something else, and when I was Empty I had to figure that out on my own!! And calling them for directions was Pointless!!!!

Im not sure how Fraley masonry is, they were not open when I called them oh, and when they did reopen they never called back

They were very helpful, came in with a picture of the rock thats on the front of my house, I wanted more of the same rock for an outdoor Bar, I was glad they had it there.
