I recently purchased my first bike here. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Noah was incredibly helpful and made the process easy. The finance department was exceptional as well. Minimal waiting, streamlined process. I will be purchasing from them in the future. Do yourself a favor, go check these guys out.
The service department has been great helping us get an older motorcycle back to tip top shape! We really appreciate the effort that they went to make sure it was done right. Thank you!
Could not have had a better experience here. Dan Miller was the sales guy I dealt with and I really appreciated not being pressured into anything. He let the bike sell itself, and as for the bike...wow! Just wow! Love that thing! Fantastic dealership and fantastic staff. I would give them 10 stars out of 5!!!
We go here often for parts for dirt bikes. We love the customer service here!! Randy and Nick will take the best care of you and make sure you are getting what you need!! Right now it looks like they have a pretty good selection of bikes also considering the so called shortage we are under. Go here,, you wont be disappointed!!
My husband and I bought a Kawasaki dirt bike and a Kayo Jackal 4 wheeler for our boys on the 8th. Our saleman, Dan was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Our 4 wheeler has been a little temperamental and Dan has been readily available to answer any of our questions and he gave us his personal cell number. The 4 wheeler started acting up and not starting. I contacted him and he had the 4 wheeler transported back to the shop to get looked at that day!We got it back and a couple of days later it started stalling and then wouldnt start at all. I contacted him on Monday afternoon, which they are closed on Mondays and he was out of town but he still answered my questions and said hed get in touch with his coworker, Mike. I told him Id contact him Tuesday instead. Well, I forgot to call him due to being busy but he contacted me! I told him it still wouldnt start and since we had no way to transport it he said that he and his coworker, Mike would come out to our house after they got off work and look it over. They did some adjusting and got it up and running great! We are in awe of the customer service we have received! These guys have been so helpful and patient with us! You know they both care about their customers! I highly recommend going here if youre in the market for a dirt bike or 4 wheeler!
Mike Was absolutely awesome! After our ATV being stuck at another shop for over 4 months, then giving up, Mike fixed it in 1 week. Super easy to deal with and very helpful!
Had a warranty issue recently on my Triumph. Mike in Service got my bike in quickly and had my repair completed much quicker than expected. Great service and great folks to work with. Highly recommend.
Very happy with our experience at Youngblood Powersports! Dan went out of his way to help us! We were looking for something to take with us to ride when we are traveling in our motor home. Like I said Dan went out of his way to help us find the perfect fit! Everyone else that we dealt with there was great too! Would definitely go back! PS we bought two Yamaha TW 200s.
I was having an intermittent electrical problem with my Thruxton 1200R and was worried I would get the runaround since I didnt buy the bike from them but their service department did a wonderful job of methodically tracking down the problem and getting it fixed. I found their Service Dept. Manager (Mike) to be extremely knowledgeable and responsive to my concerns.
Bought a new Indian Scout Sixty here and everyone is super helpful and friendly from Dan the salesman to Randy in parts. Will definitely be doing more business with them in the future! They go the extra mile!
As tempting as it may be due to low supply levels run from this place. After multiple changes in management and employees this how they continue business. They are trying to make it better by lying through their teeth. We bought a small quad new. The service department prepped the quad for pickup. Picked up the quad took it around the block twice and the brake lines burned in half.Took it back and was told this is what happens with cheaper quads. We didn’t agree but did asked to upgrade if that was the issue. Was told by the sales manager and salesman sure we can do that but we would eat 2k to do that.I don’t do much reviews but everyone should stay away from the lies, cheating and poor business practices at this place.
Had my Kawasaki mule in for something very minor. Before bringing it in it ran fine. During the service they tried to up sale me for carburetor work and new tires! It ran fine before and the tires have good tread and no cracks! Now it hardly runs! I believe these people are crooks! Never go there again!
Fantastic people to do business with! Will purchase from them again!
I am very satisfied with my experience with the RV dealership. From a very competitive price and decent trade (thanks Jason), to the way Sierra (our salesperson) treated us before, during, and after the sale. When I went to pick up our camper, I had a small problem with my vehicle. Rob (service technician) actually loaned me his truck to go to the parts store to get what I needed to fix it. Had a small issue with the camper and the whole service department jumped in to figure it out. With all that said, we will definitely deal with these people again. Thanks so much !
Do not recommend anyone go here. Worst buying experience I have ever encountered. Staff will lie about their products from lack of knowledge. There are many more qualified dealerships in and around Missouri . STAY AWAY
I dropped my bike off for what i was hoping would be a simple fix. I was told thet were 3 weeks out on repairs and even after that, the project required for my bike would be a 12 hr project and didnt want to start it until business slowed down in the winter. I drooped my bike off off the beginning of September. After making a suggestion to the mechanic to make the job much cheaper and quicker, i was given attitude and they insisted my bikes oil pan was designed differently(according to the certified professionals). Said the entire engine had to come out of the frame to get to the oil pan. I finally got fed up and had my bike picked up and brought home mid October. Decided to try to work on it myself and low and behold i fixed the issue in under an hour. I got the oil pan off my bike and didnt have to remove the engine AT ALL. Now all i have to do is get an oil filter and do an oil change and im back on the road. Thanks for wasting the remainder of my summer on a job that took just under an hour to do because yall said it would be 12 hrs and a couple thousand dollars. I said what i said
I do not trust their diagnoses on a Triumph Triple motorcycle. Also, I had a bait-and-switch problem with Sales. That matter was reported to Triumph corporate offices. My experience with Triumph service: I left my Triumph motorcycle with these people (for weeks) to repair what turned out to be a simple fueling problem. Which they just made worse. Youngblood’s Service Manager then informed me that the bike’s entire clutch assembly needed to be replaced!! They estimated well over $600. to replace the clutch. I eventually sought out 2or 3 second opinions, all agreeing it is impossible to be the clutch causing that kind of problem. I took my bike to a different Triumph mechanic and the repair cost was $55.00 ! Yes it was a simple fueling problem, not the clutch. But they don’t seem to care. The Business Manager just argued back when I discussed these service problems with him. The Service Manager wouldn’t even return my message after learning what the “real” problem was. Apparently wasn’t interested in how the bike was repaired so simply.I would like to be able to trust this shop. I would like to feel I could tell others it’s a great place. There are numerous bike riders in this area; many are Triumphs. I hope others do not experience the kind of service I received.*** I noticed that Management only responds to 5-star reviews. That’s a business problem. KK.Update: Yes the dealer returned my bike to me after 8 weeks, but I still paid for a repair that did not fix the bike. I consider this a trade-off.
I can’t say enough good things about this business. I am currently on a family camper trip and I had a problem with my Indian Roadmaster, a broken engine guard. I contacted Jeorgia, one of or the service writer, and explained that I believed it was warranty work, but was coming too town, for only a couple days. She researched everything and got the part ordered for me, delivered to the shop, before I even got to town! She had me text pictures and information to her and assisted in every way that she could. When I arrived in town, knowing I was on a tight schedule, she had me pull in straight to the dealership, drop the bike off and squeezed me into their schedule. All with never meeting me or ever hearing from me before. Superior customer service for travelers, I can not say enough how thankful I am that they were able to help. My home dealership wouldn’t do anything for me, until I arrived back to home and dropped the bike off with them for an unknown amount of time. If I am ever in the area again, I will always look them up! So happy I was able to meet the people there and thank them all so much!
I would not recommend dealing with this dealership. the bottom line is if you cant say anything good dont say anything at all. I gave them one star because there are no minus stars to give. just take this as a warning buyer beware, they dont care about you after the sale
Literally only bought motorcycle here cause they are they only ones that had the one I want in stock took a total of 3 days to purchase even though I had outside preapproved financing. They made the whole the process way more difficult then it had to be. They change price at time of purchase, over charged on everything on the sale sheet and didn’t even finish the prep on the bike even though they charged for it and never gave a temp tag and now they won’t contact me back. I 100% will not come back here for service on the bike I will gladly drive the 100mi to go to other dealer in Arkansas. Was contacted by sales person not manager 1 month later after corporate called them to finally notify me of warranty, maintenance and accessories that they did not mention at time of purchase and wanted to severely over charge after they tried to overcharge everything on the sale of the bike and by the way still have no temp tag that they asked if I wanted at time of purchase still no apology
Excellent place, great employees. I purchased a Ninja 400 over the phone and Brittany was very helpful. She was quick with the communication. Wes Bowling was very professional, upfront and spoke with clarity. Since, I live 150 miles away, he sent me the papers to look at before I went to the showroom to verify the information was correct and then I paid a small deposit. The next day, all remaining paper work was done quickly and I was out of the showroom with my bike in less than 15 minutes.
Highly recommend youngblood, talk to Dan, great guy to deal with.
Looked at bikes sales guy was informed easy to talk to even took time to tell us about some boats we looked at
We purchased our Big Country 5th wheel from Youngblood RV last fall. At first it was a NIGHTMARE. So many things wrong and no help or followup at all....but then....The people in charge were apparently replaced! GOOD JOB YOUNGBLOOD!!This spring we had a meeting with thenew service team. They have addressedAll of our concerns and have bent over backwards to take care of us.🥳Thank You ERIC GAGNEPAIN and DAVIDBLEVINS for restoring our faith in whattrue customer service looks like. 👍 👍 👍 👍
I was the only customer in the store on powersports side. They didnt even acknowledge me. One employee had friends there, and one if his friends said hi to me. I was there for 15 minutes looking a dirt bikes. I left and went home. Tried to call to inquire about the dirt bikes and atvs, nobody will answer the phone. I actually called 3 times and choose motorcycle sales one time to see if someone would answer, yes, but she transfered me to powersports. Then once again, no answer. Im a Cash customer folks! But I guess they think their the only big dogs in town!
Pretty good cycle shop. Has a lot of sports bikes and some dirt bikes. You’ll need to head to their other side if you wish for more classic or traveling styles.
I dont know why I had such a hard time trying to give this place my money. It didnt seem like anyone was in charge or knew what they were doing. It was difficult getting phone calls returned, and I practically had to twist their arm to get them to process my financing app. I got denied which is odd because my credit isnt horrible. When I got approved through my bank, they suddenly wanted way over MSRP. I ended up going to Marionville Powersports and paying $2,000 less for the same quad and it was a way easier process.
Great place great service!
I wouldnt take a vehicle there for service. Tried contacting service four separate times over a week and they wont answer the phone. They just push it back to the operator.
Terrible place to do business with. I drove 3 hours up there for me to be told that they were not going to honor the price I was told over the phone because I was paying cash. After going back and forth they finally agreed to honor it. A week later, I get a call from the finance team and Shane telling me that they need more information due to them not completing their documentation properly on the cash payment. Once I told them I was talking to my accountant nd that it would be a few days (due to it being tax season and accountants being busy) they threatened to hold my title until they received my SSN.Additionally, the staff has no knowledge of motorcycles. Every time I would ask a question, he would have to run to a manager to get an answer.
Dealt with a gentleman named Matt in parts department...Was very informative 👌 👍 👏. Will be recommending them to all that are in need of service
Working with Amy and the Personnel at Youngblood Powersports made my bike buying an easy choice. I havent been on a bike for about 30 years and I was a little uneasy about it but they helped me through the process. I will definitely be a return customer. Thank you Amy and Sheri for and Personnel at Youngblood for all your help Ill definitely be enjoying my bike this summer
They are not pushy, they do not hover while you look, defiantly a better experience than a car dealership. They have some awesome bikes on the floor too.
Thanks to Kyle and Lance for great service on our motor home this week. This was our first experience with Youngblood RV, and we were especially happy with the quality work that was done and the customer service. Kyle was friendly, professional and made us feel welcome. A special shoutout to Lance for taking the time to explain repairs made and to ensure we were happy and had all our questions answered. When we need additional service, we will call Youngblood and request Kyle and Lance.
Its been almost 3 months and I can not get a title to the Harley I bought. I am being fined by my bank and now the Department of Revenue because I have not been able to put tags on my bike. This whole situation has been a mess from day one. I will never do business here again.
When I got to Youngblood motorcycle store I was greeted by a young lady named Amy she was very knowledgeable and helped me all the way through the purchase of my new Indian Road Master. She is also super sexy guys and a down right pleasure to talk to. Thank you so much for your help Amy and Wes. So if your looking or thinking about purchasing a motorcycle please go by and see these two people you want be disappointed.
These guys seem to be really nice and knowledgeable. Ill gladly give them my business.
Friendly helpful staff. Great personalities. Made shopping a pleasure.
Stopped into this place out of curiosity but was blown away. A super nice person, Linda T, was so patient and explained each of the different vehicles my son was interested in. It actually surprised me how knowledgeable a young gal could be about these things. We now just need to get my husband back down there as she convinced me that even I could have fun on one of those side by sides.
We bought a camper from them last year...first I’d like to say that Leighton Youngblood was our salesman and was a sweetheart. Everything after that apparently had to be taken care of by manager Marty and that’s when things started to get sour. We had a terrible time getting in contact with Marty during the buying process (we had been to several dealers and drove almost 2 hours to this one in particular) but we finally got the camper bought after several weeks of being treated as if selling it wasn’t a priority whatsoever. We would have purchased elsewhere but this was right after the pandemic started shutting everything down and campers like the one we bought were in short supply everywhere we looked. We have started having couple issues with the camper that should be covered under warranty and now have been unable to even get a phone call back from this business. HORRIBLE customer service.
Amy was great knew her products customer service was out of the ball park very happy with my new Harley Shannon was great in finances very clean and organized store with lots of friendly people. Was in the store with an issue about my extended warranty card that I never got asked financial services twice Amy and Cheri jumped right on it made all the phone calls and got one being mailed to me Cheri and Amy went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of great customer service
Thanks to Nick in service for helpfulness and product knowledge. And to Cheri and Bill, I look forward to see you again(in better weather). Thanks
I came in with my boyfriend looking for a bike and Linda was SO helpful. She was very educated about what she sells. She made the whole experience so much better and is so good at what she does. She’s not pushy with her sales but a great worker. We would definitely come back again!
I went to look at a camper that they had in stock - its actually rare to find one of this particular model on a dealer lot so I drove from a couple hours away to look at it. The sales person was waiting and ready for me which was fantastic (I had called the day before to make sure the camper was available) Unfortunately the trip was very lackluster - the rv had trim falling off in some places and was completely missing in others and the roof had some very common bubbling on the edges, a known issue that Grand Design covers under warranty but it would be nice if the dealer would preemptively take care of things like this. The sales person spoke very confidently but unfortunately was wrong on many things about this unit. They quoted a 15 year roof warranty when the promotional material I was staring at in the camper said 12 years (The promo material could potentially be wrong but it was an official Grand Design poster so I doubt it) The difference between the 2 is trivial to me, its the fact that the sales person was at best uninformed or at worst lying was a major turn off. I looked in a few other fifth wheels that were very clearly 2020 models due to a couple changes missing that were added to the 2021s (and I just confirmed they are listed as 2020 models on Youngbloods website) the sales person was adamant that they were 2021 (again not a big deal but they didnt know what they were talking about and were using them being 2021 as a way to charge more.)The absolute worst part was when talking about price - while standing in the camper getting a price quoted was solely dependent on how my credit came out. Then when we were about to leave they said I could get a price without running my credit so I sat down. I was quoted a price at least $4,000 more than you could buy that same camper at most dealers (based on the actually purchase agreements shared by owners on many Grand Design forums) Of course the price was contingent on financing through them but the ONLY information about the financing was that it was $3000 down and $295 a month. I asked what the interest rate was and was told, You wouldnt agree to something you werent okay with ... well obviously which is why Im asking. So I asked a different question that would give me the same answer (I wanted to know total cost of ownership - I dont care what the payment is) I asked, How long is the loan? I was told, Its a short term loan. Literally thats all the sales person knew. I never did get a straight answer as to how many of those $295 are there. 84? 120? I guess Ill never know.**Just for your benefit I ran the numbers and it seems that the loan they were quoting was a 10 year loan (120 payments) at 7.99% APR.** Please note that this is not official it is just me figuring out based on a 27,449 purchase price, $3,000 down and $295/mo. The actual monthly payment if it was 10 years at 7.99% would be $296.50 and over the course of the loan you would pay $11,132 in interest. (TCO $38,581)Now to be fair the loan could also be 8 years (96 payments at 3.99% APR) and the actual monthly payment would be $297.90 and over the course of the loan you would pay $4,150 in interest. (TCO $31,599) See how these details really matter? One of them you would pay off 2 years sooner and save literally $7,000. The former is a horrible deal and the latter is a fantastic deal - being an informed sales person truly makes a difference. After my experience I understand how they had one of the quickest selling floor plans in the country sitting on the lot - poor customer service, uninformed employees, high prices, and terrible financing information. The crazy thing is that if the sales person would have just been quiet about the things they didnt know and quoted a reasonable price I likely would have purchased it on the spot.EDIT: I just saw their response - no one reached out to me personally - only a canned google review response. I have purchased a camper - got a fantastic deal on it elsewhere!
Purchased an older ATV from the internet, Just wanted a professional to give it the once over before we really started using it.Youngblood was beyond timely, honest and fair. They could have Ran up the charges. Instead, they changed all the fluids/ filters. And said everything else is fine. And they turned it around in a few days. Not weeks.Highly recommend!
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to doing more business with them. Got a great deal on a new Indian ftr 1200! What a sweet bike it is!!
Great place and friendly staff.
First time to visit this business, my only suggestion would be that when someone comes in that they be greeted. I had to approach the sales person which is okay because I could tell that he was a little busy on his computer. He then introduced himself and proceeded to show us the units that we were interested in seeing. Leighton was thorough in the walk thru of the travel trailers we looked at. I would recommend this business in the future.
5 star, A+ service! Randy, Arlie and Gary are the best in the business for motorcycle repair and service! Just had a new clutch assembly installed, front and rear brake pads and tires replaced, and oil and filter change on my Triumph Street Triple which now runs better than ever. Always quick to get parts ordered and in, Randy keeps in constant communication about service options and status of repairs, and the team works hard to exceed expectations. We love riding motorcycles, street and track, and Youngblood keeps us in the fun. Great service with an awesome selection of new and used bikes. We’ll be back for more.
The salesperson I talked with was named Matt, he was knowledgeable, kind and seemed to enjoy what he was doing! Will be back!
Went there Saturday to buy a bike. Apparently they were not in the mood to sell one, I couldnt get the time of day out of anyone. I was there over an hour with no other customers in the building,. Well I was thinking Triumph or a Honda, I guess Honda it is. If they do not care about selling I can only imagine how their service will be. I know Honda of the Ozarks will take care of me.
All I wanted to do was get a price confirmation on a new quad from Mikala (sp?). She was going to check with her mgr. right away and call me right back. 3+ hours later I had to call back and get her answer that they could get where I needed. Missed a sale and cant believe the lack of concern about some Customer Service. All I needed/wanted was a phone call back. For this I can not recommend.
Highly recommended and among the best in the business. Visit and live a little.
My husband and I have been looking to purchase a side by side soon and went in to visit and check out our options. Linda, the employee working on the sales floor was great to work with and she was so knowledgeable about the models and answered all of our questions. We are looking forward to making a sale with her in the near future!
Great dealership ..”Scooter” took such good care of us. We got an amazing deal on a used Indian Chief Vintage (Red) One of the best rides ever. Absolutely beautiful bike. Service department was equally amazing. Thank you so very much for our new bike!!
Good positive experience buying my used Street Glide from Youngblood, fair price, decent trade in, the staff was extremely helpful throughout the deal. Thanks to Amy Butler for walking me thru the deal.
Very poor customer service, staff was extremely incompetent. Every step of buying a bike here was infuriating. Poor communication on their part led to me coming back multiple times before I could take my bike home. I called ahead to see if it was ready for me to pick up and they said it was, but when I showed up guess what hadnt even been touched! I was told it would take 30 minutes, 2 hours later I was still waiting. When I got the title in the mail it wasnt filled out currently, and was lacking the signature of the previous owner, they took a week to fix their mistake. They were also completely unapologetic. I honestly dont know if I have had a worse customer service experience in my life.
My experience with Youngblood power Sports has been amazingly positive.Salesperson Linda T. was very knowledgeable about their inventory and their programs. They have a great selection of 5th wheels, travel trailers, motorcycles and all types of power sports.
I’m a happy customer! Went in and found a bike that I liked and drove out a couple hours later. They stayed late for me on a holiday weekend so that I was very appreciative for. The people selling need to be more informed on what their selling would be the only thing that stuck out to me.
Wonderful customer service! I believe the young lady who helped me was Linda. Very enthusiastic and knows her stuff. Will come here again!
Mykala and the team at Youngblood did an outstanding job in getting us in the machine we wanted. The whole process went smoothly, and we were happy with our purchase! I’d highly recommend seeing them for all your power sports needs!
Beautiful property n excellent customer service! Anything you need to have fun thats where to go for sure!!
If you go look for linda! she’s the best! i went with my dad the other day and she was literally the most helpful and made the experience easy and fun! very knowledgeable as well. 10/10 experience thanks to her!
My son has been trying to get a 4wheeler here for a week now. Was approved for financing with down payment but when came down to it...he put down $1750 and now no 4 wheeler and needs another $500 more down to see if another bank will finance him. So he decided to not get it but they will not give him his money back but stated they will mail it to him. Never called him once to inform him of any issues after he had been preapproved and 3 trips up there and they want more money but dont know when they can give him back his deposit . We would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Lets hope he gets his deposit back!!
Went to get a bike from here, drove 6 hours for a new bike..Show up and the bike has scuffs on it, and thats just not right on a brand new bike.Especially when you had over a week to have it ready. On top of that Aaron our salesman was the most rude un professional person Ive ever dealt with in purchasing a vehicle period. When someone wants to test drive a brand new vehicle before they buy it, you dont give a snobby attitude and ask why I wanna test ride it.Other than that its a nice place!
I was looking to buy a four wheeler or something similar so I walked in not fully knowing what to look for. Linda helped me out and she was so kind and sweet and let me test drive them to make sure I 100% loved what I was buying. Although I did not buy anything and was just shopping around, once I make a decision on what to buy I definitely will be going back.
Had a deposit on a bike they (blaze) was holding and saw note on bike when they pulled around with my buddies name on it he was going to do the final paperwork on it but it was sold by one of the other salesman moments before we walked in..... if thats how they want to run a business so be it but theyve lost mine
Very pleased with the initial service of my new Triumph. Service personnel were knowledgeable, efficient and extremely pleasant to deal with.
Unbelievable lack of customer service with this dealership. When trying to purchase a used PWC they negotiated and backed out of their own deal on multiple occasions, would not return phone calls, falsely advertised their inventory and even after all that I was dumb enough to purchase the used PWC from them only to learn I cant title it because they have incorrectly done the paperwork and apparently dont have what is necessary for me to title it. They have a great line of products but lack in the things that could make this place great including knowledge of their products and services and customer service. It is very unfortunate they care so little about their customers. They dont really deserve the one star.
Very poor customer services. I got approve and then unapproved. How does that happen. False advertising with special financing.. I spoke to 3 different people that was handling my case. Just horrible😞 approve another location,,,
Brittany and Ben were simply amazing. We walked in with no intentions of buying, we were just tire-kickers. We ended up taking home a Kymco scooter and becoming a customer for life. These two were above and beyond friendly and knowledgeable. Way to go, guy and gal! See ya soon!
I normally use Rainbow Cycle and Marine out of Rogers, Ar. I saw your website and decided to go to you, since it’s a closer drive. My 2018 Brute 750 was not running. I met with your service Dept. The male employee that greeted and assisted me, was very professional, courteous, respectful and helpful. Just because of his respectfulness and professionalism you will have my business from now on. Thank you!
Honestly I would give 6 stars if I could. I don’t usually leave reviews but very impressed with this place. Other motorcycle shops may be good, but this place is great. Selection, prices, and service definitely sets the bar. Thanks to all sales associates, Mike, and Marty for making my purchase hassle-free. Customer for life!
Staff was very helpful and answered all of my newbie questions. Good selection of bikes, new and pre-owned. Ill be going to Youngblood for parts and service when required for the pre-owned Suzuki Boulevard I ended up buying, as well as when I move on to another motorcycle.
I had a bike in mind before calling Youngblood. I was able to handle 90% of the transaction before ever stepping foot on the property, as Im not local to this area. Made the whole process easy-peezy.
Bought a used polaris sportsman. Very clean and well maintained machine! Sales staff were very friendly and amazing with kiddos as i had to bring my 4 year old boy with me! Thank you guys!
All new staff, not to knowable on motorcycle
Have not had a lot great luck with this company. Bought brand new travel trailer. With in 6 months clear coat was peeling off. Have waited another 5 months trying to get it painted with no luck. They had it for three weeks in which time the threw some paint on it so we could use it for travel. Was supposed to get in touch with me to get it sanded and painted for real this time, with a new decal then clear coated. Still waiting.
Krysti was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. She did not pressure my wife and I and we really liked that. In a month when we are ready to purchase. We will be going back and requesting her.
Wanted to get a triumph from here because it was well priced but could not get help from anyone. You would think with COVID they would be better at helping customers over the phone. Asked multiple times for some numbers on both the bike and my trade in, and was given nothing. I live an hour and a half away and am a Disabled Veteran. I asked them to deliver the bike and pick up my trade. They said they would have to again charge for delivery and they don’t have contactless. So I suppose thanks for nothing Youngblood. Ended up going with a rival dealership paying more but much better customer service and understanding.
Youngblood RV Awesome dealership! Sales team great to work with, knowledgeable and courteous. Warren had great patience and didn’t rush us when looking at RVs on lot. No pressure sales! Great trade in value! Will highly recommend Youngblood power sports, sales team & staff to friends and family for high quality RV purchases. Carl and Lorie
BEWARE... Finance department messes up your paperwork and blames you for it. Management doesnt seem to care they treat it as business usual.
Was looking to buy a Teryx. Looked at the vehicle in the lot thinking someone would come out. Finally I decided I had to go inside to get information. Several employees looked up at me when I walked in but never spoke or acknowledged. After a few awkward minutes I decided they had all of the business they wanted and I left.
My dad and I came in to buy a kxl 140 wonderful bike mkayla was our sales person. Very informative if you are going to buy a bike from this store I would highly suggest to go through her
Had an awesome experience with them purchasing a Kawasaki ninja 400 ABS. Follow up was good considering it was amid the covid 19 pandemic. Service overall was excellent. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new motorcycle.
Poor service at their service department. We took a motorcycle in for repair and after a week there was no communication and failure on the service manager to return our calls. After finally insisting on talking to someone we were told the parts were on order. Then, another week went by, still no communication or return calls when we inquired on the progress of the motorcycle. We finally had to go to the establishment and were informed they could not get the parts because the place was closed for now. We called a local distributor to whom they do business with to find out they had the parts. We spoke to the manager and they offered no apologies for their lack of communication or for the lack of professional service. We will not return or recommend this establishment.
The staff was very attentive and welcoming. Decent Inventory as they are a multi brand shop.
A beautiful girl named Linda greeted me as i looked around. Took great care of my friends and I. Really made the whole experience feel vip. 10/10 would recommend! especially with linda in sales.
Riley, Randy and the other members of the Youngblood team were absolutely AMAZING! They all made the process very simple and extremely enjoyable! I will definitely be repeating business with them in the future and will recommend everyone I know to do the same!! Every time I go to Youngblood it’s always VIP customer service!! Keep up the outstanding work you guys!!
Nick in service, took me in without an appointment and helped me swap a rear tire with no hassle after being turned down by every independent shop in the area. Sweet dealership btw 👍
We bought a used rv for 15 000 and was told it was in perfect shape we had to replace all tires, the roof has a hole in it and camping world told us it needs replaced and should have never left the lot in its condition. The outside shower was broke when we turned it on it flooded the inside and we were told everything works as it should and it had been gone through before we took it home the battery was bad so we had to buy a new battery, the trailer emergency break away was broke and fell out locking breaks up, and we were told both propane tanks were full camping world in alabama said they were both empty and filled them for us, Patched the hole and gave us 4 tubes of caulking to fix leaks when we got to fl. We are very disappointed with youngblood they just want to make a sale and lie about the condition of the rvs they sale!! buyers beware!! In fl the slide quit we called the insurance company we supposedly bout insurance through to have it fixed they said we didnt have an account well we paid 3k for it when we bought the rv. Just because it was used . Better safe than sorry right! Well the contract was re written because of a date issue with the rv it was a 2013 instead of 12 the loan guy at rv place didnt add the insurance on that copy so where is that money? Our contract says we pd 19k for a used 2013 rv when we could have paid 2k more and had a brand new rv. Stupid! The price of the rv was 15k to begin with we made one payment then paid it off! And it shows we put the money shows applied to the rv. The two ppl we delt with were fired or let go when we called to ask why we didnt have insurance when we paid for it and they said it was their word against ours on what was agreed on and was on the first contract since they shredded it and ppl where no longer there. Very upset and we are now back in mo and see that youngblood has no rv’s on the lot ? Hmm why?
Everyone here is so friendly and the staff makes a great team! I loved my experience here and would recommend anyone looking for top notch service.
Not trying to push you to buy anything they are very helpful with finding the right bike and the bikes are higher quality than any other place I’ve visited near by
Great place and great people. They took great care with making sure I got what I wanted for a price I could afford. All around one of the best buying experiences I have ever had.Update, Just went in to buy some gear today. The guys in the service department not only helped with the purchase but went above and beyond. I needed a service manual for my bike and they didnt have one but after I left they found one online and sent it to me. This is what customer service looks like and they have made a lifetime customer in me.
**See edit below** Wasted trip. Called ahead of time to make sure they had a factory filter for my 2018 FJR1300. Was told the had some in stock. Ride all the way there, nope. No apology, just a Did he put his hands on one? Then some excuse over buying out the former Yamaha dealer (which was last year).Unhelpful, didnt offer to order one, nothing. Basically the attitude was too bad so sad bye byeIll be doing business with another Yamaha dealer from now on.Recommend you go somewhere else, these guys (and gals) just dont care.***Edit*** I received a call form the service manager a few days after posting this. While the issue was not with his department, he did apologize and said he would look into this and have a talk with the parts guy that I spoke with. I moved my review from a 1 to a 3 based on our discussion. Still not sure Id go back, but at least an effort was made.
