I made an appointment with them for my car at 10 am for wheel alignment. During the call, they asked me for all details about my car. On the appointment day, I was there and they told me it will take 2 hours to complete. I left. After 2 hours they were calling me and informing me that their alignment machine doesnt fit with my car. I lost half of Monday because of their unprofessionalism.

Albert and the other main guy were absolutely amazing. Extremely friendly, very honest, and squeezed us in despite being very busy in order to give us a much-needed diagnosis and get us back on the road as we are travelling across the country.

Everything was great until they scratched my rim, exactly 2 days after I had just had all of my rims repaired, and they would not take responsibility for it, claiming that their machine doesnt touch the rims, although you can see in the other pictures that there are marks on all four wheels where the machine does touch the rims. I didnt want to argue so I plan on just sending them the bill at lease return.

Bring all my vehicles for all major, minor work. They do a great job and very proactive regarding virus. Vehicle interior is wiped down

Highly recommended. We had a an urgent problem with our car when passing through Pacifica, so we dropped by the nearest mechanic would could find. The guys were super friendly, looked at the car, and fixed it immediately while we waited. We were obviously from out of town, and were driving an expensive car, and they could have easily charged us a lot, but they didnt. Fast, friendly, honest. Very impressed!

Went in to patch up a flat tire with a nail puncture. Left them with the tire, left to get coffee and by the time I got back, the tire was ready. They put the tire back on and did a thorough check of all the other tire pressures. Friendly and honest folks.

I like how they explain in detail what they will be doing and how much it will cost. The problem is they charge top dollar for pretty average work. Maybe they price everything expecting you to talk shop, but youll be paying a lot for simple services otherwise. Mind you these services are done well and in an honest manner, its just not the most economic option in town.

These guys are the best! I have been using them to repair my cars for 15 years. They are honest about repairs and reasonably priced. For example, a few years ago I brought my Civic in that was losing oil, I thought I needed a new engine. They thought I needed a new PVC valve - whatever that is. They repaired for a nominal amount of money and now my oil stays full. There are many similar examples Ive encountered over the years. I was surprised to read some negative reviews here...my experience says otherwise.

My mom bought her car here and they were very very friendly and professional. They have WiFi if you need to get some work done while you wait. I like the fact they show you the old parts and explain everything. I will be back to get some more repairs done. Thanks again .

Good that they were open when we needed a flat fix and that we could walk to the beach instead of waiting with young kids near a busy highway. Price was high for service provided. Had we not been traveling would never pay that much for a basic tire repair.

We stopped off to have our tire tested and inflated. They were, as usual, quick and thorough.

My oil change took about an hour. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable and I think they did a good job.

They did do what they claimed they would do. They also changed the price, charged me more hours than the estimate by a not insignificant number, and then told me they found additional problems that meant my car was undrivable until they had done another two hundred dollars in repairs and that they could not legally give me my car/let me drive away with my car in that condition.I am not certain they are full of it, but I will never go back and recommend everyone stay away in droves.

We were out of towners with a dead tire, they gave us a very reasonable quote and got us back on the road quickly and cheaply.If youre looking for an honest shop with no upselling, this is the place to go.

I think a last minute desperation call at 1130 for a tire repair that three other local places cant fix before 5:00 with the response: Come down now, ask for Albert, youll be next with the result of a solid repair and all four tires checked, to the tune of $35 earns you 5 stars at the very least! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

They were very busy but made time in the afternoon to repair my flat so I could make it back to Sacramento, good price and very friendly.

Poor service and communication. Took time out on my day off for an appointment I made, but they did not enter the right date and then blamed me for it. Disappointing, especially since Im right down the street.

Person at the front was pretty rude. Everything i asked for...he had a smartremark to. He was right no matter what...i was wrong no matter what...every step of the way.

Bad customer service, I showed up at 5:20 and asked if they could fix a leak, there was know one else in the area and my tire was going flat, he said it was to close to closing time, anyone who has ever had a leak repaired knows it only about 15 minutes but instead he sent me off with a half flat tire and these small companys wonder why they are going out of business.
