Today (10/28/19) at 3:33 p.m. I was at the store to make an another line and get a cellphone. By the way, I explained the situation to the salesperson and was terrifying attended by a Woman that was working in the store. When I explained my order she put her hands on her head and looked like impatient. Furthermore that disrespect with the costumer, she was not helpful with us. Therefore, if you have self-respect, dont go there in that weekday and hour. Save your money and your dignity.When we are going to buy something, the minimum that we wish is a respectful attention. But there was not here.I am completely disappointed with that situation and I am seriously thinking in cancel my line.Sincerely,Arthur Veloso.

Purchased a phone at this location and the phone hasnt worked since made the purchase. I called to find out if I can exchange the phone and they are telling me I have to wait for the person who sold it to me to come back on Monday. Their policy is if I exchange this phone I purchased on the 17th of August (today is the 24th of August) I have to pay again. I have literally had this phone 7 days and it never worked. I can return the phone but I cant until the person I purchased from comes back. I will return my phone and never go there again! Ill be making my new purchase else where
