I called for help w/our openers & the young man immediately wanted to sell me a new system, because ours was too old (yet still working just fine). Next he charged me $95 for a new remote key pad opener (I later found that this was more than double the online price direct from Genie) and then he wanted to sell me new openers for our cars @ $80 each - again because the system was so old. I later bought 2 openers online at $25 for the pair! He didnt even have the appropriate batteries on board to check the old openers.
