Had to have some important documents printed, notarized, scanned, and emailed back to me, and then the originals mailed out... Thats a lot of services and they were organized, very friendly and fast. Time is money and this place saved me a bunch during a stressful time. Thank you, Josephine!
I drop off packages frequently and Ive always found the staff here to be efficient, helpful, and accommodating.An explanation for the people complaining about rudeness:The last time I was there, four people in a row walked in either without a mask or with their nose uncovered. They have to constantly tell people to wait in line outside. This must be super distracting when trying to help the customer in front of them. Highly visible signage directing people about where to stand would resolve much of this.In addition, UPS has not provided them with the right tools to do their job. The taller guy had to use his personal phone to take pictures of peoples QR codes to help move the line along more quickly. This is ridiculous. UPS should be providing scanners etc. The fact that the guy went out of his way to expedite the experience even though it makes his job more complicated shows that he does care about facilitating a good experience.
Needed something notarized. Got there when they opened at 8:30. Seems the notary doesn’t come in till 10:30. Killed 2 hours and went back at 10:40 only to be told she’d arrived and left as there was no one there waiting for a notary at that point in time. The guy said she might be back at 1:30. Not thinkin I’m gonna wait a total of 5 hours. I won’t be back

I dont know what these other reviewers are complaining about for real. These guys are always super efficient and take care of me quickly. This UPS store beats any Ive gone to in SF, East Bay and Peninsula by FAR. Nice dues, quick service, nice location.
Young skinny kid is so incredibly rude. I poked my head in the door to see if it was clear to enter (fewer than 3 other costumers) and was startled to hear him yell “MA’AM WAIT OUTSIDE”. He seriously needs to take it down a notch.The customer who exited so I could enter even commented about how rude he was.And the time before he told me he couldn’t read my label so he refused to send my package. He’s on a power trip.
I drop many packages here, and they are fast and efficient. However, I have to agree with a couple of comments about wanting to nickel and dime customers, and being pricey. So, knowing that, I try not to ask for anything, unless I have to. Although the Amazon instructions state that UPS or Kohl supposed to package for Amazon clients. Havent pushed that issue yet. I simply take my tape roll with me, just in case.
Im renting a mailbox here and its fantastic. At the time I rented it was around $80 for 3 months of mail service, including package delivery with a 5-day hold. Weve had great service here and have zero complaints! Thanks for all the help, guys.

There are many better UPS stores a little farther away. If you need convenience and can tolerate certain customer service staff, then you’ll get what you need. I only go here to drop off packages, and even that can be a pain.
I had a box at this location for several years and was always VERY happy with the service. I only gave up my box because I moved to San Mateo and Pacifica was too far. Rose and her crew took VERY good care of me and were very competent. They helped me with getting good color copies on difficult material and didnt charge for bad copies as some places try to do, and the staff is excellent at anything tech-related. I also like the San Mateo (Campus Drive) location that Im using now, but Ive just moved closer Pacifica once more and will probably move my mail drop back there again. I cant say enough good things about these people!

Posted hours say it should open at 8:30 on a Monday but it is 9:30 and the location is still closed.New edit- apparently they do not take USPS packages anymore. I was told they never did, and that is not true as Ive dropped my USPS packages off at UPS for years, as long as they have a label.
They now charge one U.S. dollar to use a small strip of tape the greedy bastards ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha Ha. Do you know how much money I spend in your store? Bah humbug.I will just drive down the street to the next UPS store from now on.😆
