I had an estimated install date for 2 months. It ended up taking over 10 months to get my windows. They never called me to give me any updates about what was going on. I had to constantly call them, and they would tell me they would call back and I would never hear from them. No apology, no discount, even though this cost me money on having to wait to move in. I would of gave 1 star, but I like the local salesmen and the windows are decent. But, putting money down on something and then getting ignored for almost a year is unacceptable.Even a poor apology on this review. until we receive the product and it’s not broken it’s impossible to call customers Really!? You cant see that you have someone that has been waiting months? I dont think you really do understand the frustration. A simple apology wouldve of been better, or maybe an easy phone call to say hey, we didnt forget about you, the factory is behind

I looked around and called around for weeks trying to get someone to give me a quote to replace 3 transom windows. Window world was the only business that actually showed up on the day promised and gave me a reasonable quote that we were happy with. Other businesses cancelled multiple times short notice.

I could not be more ecstatic about my window experience with Window World. I was a little nervous going in having a 105 year old Masonry Home and imagining every potential issue. The Rep explained my options well and helped me with my decisions. The windows were measured and ordered. I did have just under a 3 month wait, but with Covid everything seems to take longer. The crew just installed 11 windows today. So impressed! The crew worked quickly and in about 3 hours had all windows installed, work-site packed and area cleaned. They look amazing and Im looking forward to seeing what savings Ill have with my new energy efficient windows. Forgot to mention, I live on a busy road and oh how they quiet that road noise! Our windows have not been installed yet. But our sales person Jeremy, has been outstanding thus far! He has been on time, knowledgable, quick to respond to questions and encouraging as our small church undertakes, what for us, is an expensive project. I have already recommended Jeremy to others. If the windows and the installers are as good as Jeremy then we will be extremely pleased with our purchase!

Jeremy was GREAT. He not only helped me pick windows that would look great and fit my budget he made sure I knew all financing options and types of windows based on their efficiency which is what I wanted. Great salesman without being pushy.

No comment or contact about my post as of 5/18/21Summary:They installed a door that I did not order! It didn’t seem to bother them!...........Jeremy can to my home to help me get a door to replace my three door French doors. We talked about my options and decided on a door system. I was to have three panel sliding door with blinds between the glass. COVID came and months later they came to install the doors. They removed my back door. Then started the install. This is where all went wrong...1. They brought a two panel sliding door instead of a three panel2. No one called me to tell me the wrong door was going to be installed. Obviously, Jeremy did not take the time to even check to see if my order came in right. If production had a problem or if the correct door sent for install. Last, but not least I was only given the the new amount due!3.Jeremy blamed it on the production team saying they changed it because a three panel door could not have the enclosed blinds. Which is very odd since he told me he had checked with them to make sure they could put the blind in the wanted three panel door!I was stuck, a hole in the back of my home. The two panel was installed.The installer told he he was to lower the price of the door and then told me the amount I owed.No sorry you didn’t get what you ordered, just here’s the wrong door here’s what you owe bye!It’s a lovely two door system, very well made I have grown use to it and enjoy the enclosed blinds. I just wish it had been handled differently.

Jeremy was wonderful. He was on time with the appointment. Explained the product and options. I had questions on what to do with the picture window in the living room. He offered the perfect solution. The windows look great. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered every question and concern I had.

I used their website to schedule an appointment. They sent an email stating they would contact me shortly. They never called or emailed me back.

We ordered a large window last summer. It took a 4 months or so to come in which they attributed to COVID. I understand that. But then after the window arrived at their facility they did not schedule us for some time after that citing some of their workers were injured. And we had to call several times prior to being scheduled. Poor communication is an understatement. Installation day finally came and AFTER they finished, they disclosed the window was broken. I was expected to pay them for installing the broken window which I did. And then they told me it would be 8 weeks until the replacement glass would arrive. 8 weeks later I never heard back. I had to call and they told me it is in but they are behind because of a snow storm. I’m beyond frustrated because if they had asked me I would have kept my old window that was not broken until the new glass came in so that I did not have a giant broken window on the front of my house. And now it feels like they are prioritizing other consumers new installations before they fix one that they did not complete properly. I reached out to the person who sold us the window but never got a response. I have complained to the people that answer the phone there. Overall I have received a lack of sympathy and no solutions. I would not recommend using this company for window installation. We still have a broken window.A solution would be to schedule my new glass installation as soon as possible. I was told yesterday that I would be called in a few weeks. In my opinion my broken window that was installed should be a priority given I have already paid and the job is incomplete from last year.Yes, my order is under a different last name. Freeman.

Jeremy came out to meet with my husband and I for windows for our 6000 sq ft commercial building as well as an amazing front door for our home. Unfortunately I am having nothing but trouble. Waiting 12 days for a transfer of warranty receipt which Ive requested twice. An estimator took measurements for a storm door replacement, which he said would take 10 to 12 weeks but he did not enter the order for the damaged door . Then I am told to send pictures. Still no progress. No warrant receipt. Also waiting for estimate for French Doors. Nothing. What is going on?

They actually havent performed any service yet but I had to choose one. Weve been trying to get a replacement sash for 1 of our front windows since October 2020. The seal is no good which has resulted in bad discoloration between the glass. We were extremely patient due to Covid but now almost 1 year later Covid is NOT a viable excuse. We paid $80 to have the window measured which didnt even occur until February.. I called today and was told no clue on when the manufacturer will send the window. Honestly, at this point I will probably forget having a supposed lifetime warranty on replacements and just go elsewhere and pay for all repairs. It is not worth this hassle.. Also, I now have another window showing the same broken seal issue. I will not even try to claim that one.

We had an appt with Jeremy Conrad on March 29, 2021. We wanted to purchase 11 new windows. He promised everything would be done professional. That was until AFTER we paid half of our contract amount. All of his promises went out the door with him. When I text him after almost 3 months of silence. He was rude & unprofessional. The salesman from our livingroom no longer cared that we had been left hanging about our windows.We had to contact Window World about where our windows were. Then they scheduled us 2 different times only to cancel. The days were sunny. I even sent Jeremy a photo which he all & out called me a liar. I have all of his texts, I can provide them. He got really hateful when I said I contacted Corporate.I would NEVER RECOMMEND JEREMY CONRAD TO ANYONE. HIS REPRESENTATION IS AS FAKE AS HIS SMILE.

Jeremy was excellent to work with. However, window installer did not show up first two times appointments were made. Gutter installer did not contact me Eminem they came. I just noticed when I had new gutters and they took aluminum from previous downspouts.

I have to say I am truly disappointed in this company; I do not know if other city/towns have the same issue, but I have never worked with a company of this stature be so bad. I cannot get a return call ever with any updates and if I call one day I am told the box is in and I am just waiting on the company that installs the siding to call them back. I understood the Covid holding everything up, but I never understood no call back when told they would. I was also upset with the quality in front of house, which has still not been fixed. I tried to get my up front money back to go somewhere else and due to the windows being worked on at the factory, they refused, so now I am still dealing with a company that will not return a call or know what is going on with my order. I do not recommend this company and I have learned a very hard lesson here.

They never called me for my consultation, so i dont know how they are. I used them at my old house and they were good but that was about 7 years ago.

Would not recommend to anyone. Worst communication and customer service I have ever seen.Where to start.. let’s see, I had them come out mid January to give us a quote for a couple windows and everything seemed fine. We accepted and gave a deposit. They came out about a month and a half later to install which was fine but one of the windows was the wrong size.. it happens, no problem. But then the installer asks my wife for the rest of the money and then gives her a hard time when she tells him we’re not paying till the job is done! Another 2 MONTHS go by and they finally set something up to come back out for the last window. No call, no show. Rain postpones everything for a couple weeks. Then we set up a day and there’s no rain and we get another no call no show. I even have to call the next day to ask what’s going on! And they just act like nothing happened! The next time they set up a day to come out we get a call that morning saying the window is broken and they need to order another one. That was almost two months ago. All the while, I have never gotten one apology and have asked to talk to a manager on multiple occasions and they apparently couldn’t care less. P.S. it has been over 6 months since I gave them the initial deposit. At this point I guess I’ll just cut my losses.

In my opinion their cost is way to high. Otherwise they show up on time and are very professional.

I used Window World for my doors and windows. I was disappointed in the mess they left behind. Once we began remodeling our floor we noticed rotten wood around the door. We still had water leaking in after the new doors were placed. The wood rotted in several places. I called WW for two weeks, left 10 messages, and never once got a returned phone call. I finally got ahold of someone in management. I needed an answer regarding our warranty on the doors to repair the wood. I was told, it would cost $75 dollars for someone to come to inspect the door and $500 for them to uninstall and reinstall while my guys repaired the wood that Window World should have replaced in the first place. After they installed the door, they informed me there was rotten wood and did not take the initiative to replace it. I would recommend you finding someone else to do your doors and windows. Customer service is not important to WW.

Window World of Paducah recently installed windows in our older country home. I was initially apprehensive in calling them due to some comments from a friend. But I made an appointment for the WW rep to drop by for an estimate. He was very friendly, cordial and prompt. The overall visit was not pushy or stressful His quote was less than expected. After a quick discussion we made the order. After our windows were installed we were so happy with the quality of the window and of the installation. Once our budget is ready well be ordering more. I recommend Window World of Paducah for great windows at a fair price.

We contacted window world in Paducah, KY to replace our siding and gutters. Billy, our sales man, came out to the house and sat down with me and explained the different types and their warranties. He answered several questions I had as well as my husband. We jumped on the schedule to get the siding done and the gutters. We waited 3 months to get siding done. It was finished but had problems with the installers. We called Billy and he and the company made it right by fixing the problems and being very patient with our questions. Our gutters were done about 6 weeks later. Both items makes the house look much better. Thank you window world and Billy for sticking with us through all the issues and making them right.

I have had my windows for about ten years the installation didnt go smoothly but not bad enough to motivate me to leave a review. The issue arose when I tried to order a replacement after my neighbor broke one of the windows. Replacement took two months. I called three times to check on the status and was told after the third time that they had had it for over a week. I am having to wait another week for someone to come out and install the window. Needless to say I was not impressed by the customer service.Once the installer came out he told me they had ordered the wrong size, here it is three weeks later and still no window.

From the beginning, the people at Window World were great! They came within a couple days of my online request and took measurement and have us a quote. They had many options and their prices were reasonable. Windows were custom made to fit my house and were ready for install in 3 weeks. Install took less than two hours. Said he wasnt going to sale me that day and was going to talk to installer and get back with me within 2 days. Here it is the 17th and have not heard back from them. The only good thing was, somebody did show up.😕😞😣
