This pharmacy is the worst we have ever had to deal with! We full time RV & fill our scripts at different Walgreens as we travel. This place was a nightmare! I was hung up on, told we were asking to do something illegal even though our situation was explained to them. Such poor customer service.

This Walgreens at the Pahrump location, the most of the staff have NO customers service skills. Very rude and lackluster unless theyre accusing customers of things that didnt happen. They will hang up on you when you try to explain something to them and one pharmacy employee accused me of picking up my prescription then trying to get a second supply. He swore I picked it up the same day it was submitted by my doctor, when I was 2 hours away. He also said he was going to check the cameras, as a kind of gotcha but he never called back because surprise, I didnt pick up my prescription. This guy was so rude in his insistence that I did. A staff member called today and said it was shipped out to my home, therefore I was right.

I went in to fill a prescription using a SingleCare coupon. The coupon said it would be $3.34, but when they gave me the cost is was over $17. This was the third time (third prescription - all different meds) that they gave me a significantly higher price than the coupon price. I have used the SingleCare and GoodRX coupons at other pharmacies and the coupon price was exactly what I was charged. In addition the person checking the price was extremely rude to me when I questioned why the price was so much higher. Walgreens is not honoring the coupons, my suggestion is to spend your money elsewhere. They clearly dont want business.

Literally I want to cry every time I call this Walgreens. Their hold time is literally out of control and I’ve been hung up on more times than I can count. It’s so frustrating.

The worst worst service my son had a blood transfusion and he need ithis medicine and the a staff member told me she did not feel like provide me service because im a latina or mexican person and she walk away

As always this Walgreens was spotlessly clean and well organized. The only complaint would be that their prices are a little steep. However thats the price you pay for geriatric convenience. The staff is helpful. And they are open late ...

Omg... where do I begin? Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. I cannot transfer my prescriptions fast enough. Long lines ALL THE TIME. No urgency from mgmt or pharmacy to add employees to assist. Automated system says prescriptions are ready, and when you go in and wait in line for 30 minutes to pick them up, NOPE. Not there. This happened on too many different occasions to count. Prescriptions sent to other Walgreens pharmacy w/o my approval. Again, on too many occasions to count. 🙌

The incompetence of their pharmacy staff is unequaled. You give them a paper prescription (as they are incapable of processing an over the phone one) and they tell you 90 minutes several hours later you get a text saying your prescription is delayed due to insurance reasons. I actually got a pharmacist on the phone ONCE and was advised that there is a diagnosis code that the tech didnt enter in the computer, because their system doesnt recognize the cide when they scan it. Instead of TRAINING their techs and staff to enter this, they just ignore it. I started telling whomever I gave a prescription to to enter the code, the pharmacist just last month said you dont need to do that, our people will remember so today I dropped off my wifes prescription, was told 6 hours SEVEN hours later she called to check on progress, low and behold its delayed due to insurance reasons, the arrogance and condescension of the person on the phone (I heard as it was on speaker) was insulting at best. And they told her if she wanted it today, now 630pm, youll have to wait about 2 1/2 hr but you have to be here 1/2hr before we close. Why my wife has loyalty to theses fools is beyond me, but I have to share and I truly hope a member of corporate management reads this and feels free to contact me!

Pharmacy is by far the worst Ive dealt with. They take forever to fill prescriptions (as in more than 5 hours to even days). They do not communicate with their clients - Wouldnt it be standard procedure to call or text if there is a problem filling a prescription? Or they are out of a medication? Or if the prescription is ready? Just waited on hold for 30 mins to check on the status of a prescription and the automated line hung up at 31 minutes. Im not calling back or using them ever again.

This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever been involved with. The staff is friendly and they actually care. They take the time to know your face and your name after you become a regular customer. All other pharmacys should model after this one. I will never do business with any other pharmacy . I want to say thank you to all the staff and pharmacist there. Thank you all so very much.

Pharmacy did not honor my GoidRx discount:( There was a 10 person wait in line.

I phoned in my refill prescriptions on Monday morning and robot told me it would be ready Tuesday after 11 AM. I went to pick it up on Wednesday afternoon and they said it wasnt ready and that it would be ready in 2 hours so I left and came back the next day and only 1 was filled. I belong to the Walgreen card system and the prescription has always been $ 30 but this time it was priced at $ 168. I am a retired pharmacist who was a district manager and this is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. I told them to return the pills to stock and Id have the Rx transferred to another pharmacy.

The pharmacy is the worst ever. Expect long lines any time of day whether in the car line or in store. Usually just one employee serving both lines.Expect to wait at least two hours to get your prescription filled whether you hand deliver it (after waiting in line for thirty minutes) or have it called in.

Pharmacy is inept. Doctor called script in an hour before they went on lunch. It didn’t get filled, and when I showed up four hours later it took two phone calls from my doctor and a total of one hour to get out the door. Reason provided was script didn’t contain details, when I had them print it out they were clearly there. Abysmal.

Im sorry but when you have 7 people in the back of the pharmacy area and one poor cashier with customers waiting, at the counter and the window I think your focus is not on customer service.

Really confused communication there, the gal that just showed up at the photo department and did not introduce herself after I hit the help button for the discount seemed like she may have just came from a eastern block country or the Russian Gulag. I Have spent a lots of money Walgreens at different locations,Immigration is great as long as Walgreens teaches them how to deal the American Public The Iron Curtain is over and get over it! I was glad Zack was there and American Born I can tell!

Most unhelpful. I am 61 years old and I called to see if they had cough syrup because the governor said if you are sick STAY HOME. I had to cough up a lung to get the girl Janice to look on the shelf to see if they had any cough syrup. After she rudely announced she didnt have time to keep track of what they had in stock and she would have to stop what she was doing to go look on the shelf. And she was busy helping other people so I would just have to wait. They did have cough syrup and refused to hold it, so I jumped in my car and ran down there. I live 5 mins from the store. And the store was empty. One person was leaving when I got there and 2 were milling around the store. So who was she TOO busy helping to help me or could she just not be bothered. Either way she would rather me come to the store SICK and look around myself, than help me over the phone.

This is outrageous they are making me and who knows how many other left high and dry. Oh we dont have that but you can have it moved down to 1mg......ok....no I have to call the Dr office everyday. I have to call and Im on hold for 24 min and was next and they hung up on me😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡cant transfer my own script to a walgreens pharmacy without dr approval. So I get to suffer because they cant help me Im 4 days over now....

This is the WORST Walgreens weve ever dealt with. We call in prescriptions, and when we go to pick them up, they Havent been called in! Also we are told that they need refills, and then that our insurance is having trouble.... the list goes on and on for excuses. Glad we are leaving the area. Hopefully the next Walgreens will be more competent!

I have always had excellent customer service here. Very clean store.

Sometimes has long lines inside and out but moves along. Probably no longer than 15 minutes in line.

The pharmacy tech today was a rude, loud mouth! I was going to get a flu shot, but after interacting with her, decided to take my business elsewhere. Plenty of places around where they treat customers respectfully. Dont need to shop here again.

I was very disappointed I have always used Walgreens for my medications and we moved to Pahrump and this pharmacist Chelsea was so rude when I dropped my medication of she implied i was a drug seeker when i questioned her she said she didnt have time for me. She wrote all over my prescription so I left them there but I wont ever use them again.

Go there for the pharmacy mostly. Ive had experience with almost every pharmacy in town and theyre all awful in my opinion. Walgreens is the best choice. The workers are fast and customer service is a priority.

They kept saying my fathers medicine was ready, he went down there and they said it was still being processed, he called later after 4 pm and they said they couldnt get any until the end of December? Were they just lying or so incredibly incompetent? I noticed all of the pharmacies in town are having problems keeping certain medications in stock, but dont lie to the customer and say it is there and make people drive down there for no reason. Pharmacy offices are small and there shouldnt be such a communication problem between employees. This is an update, later that day my dad called back and talked to the pharmacist. They had the meds in stock the whole time. ??????

This is a great Walgreens has a great photography area, Pharmacy and pretty much a little bit of everything else you need but they also have a photo area.

Marissa was totally RUDE!!! We were told by another pharmacist a couple hours ago thats my grandfathers rx would be ready in 10 minutes. She was being very rude in trying to explain why it wasnt ready. I have my 89 grandfather in the car. Our 3rd trip because they were 8 people deep before. God forbid she ever deal with patients instead of customers, theyd all have heart attacks!

Love this walgreens. and the corvette man comments. he is leaving out a lot of info. and it is so wrong. they do a great job. corvette man was trying to get a drug he wasnt suppose to get.

Staff and pharmacists are very rude, inconsistent, horrible communication, think they r dr.s. in this small town they are mean cuz they can be not alot of options.

This pharmacy is a joke!! They do not LISTEN to what the customer shares. I have a couple of RXs that must be verified be a call to my Dr. in another state. I have told them repeatedly that my Dr. in not in the office on Friday. I take the RXs in several days early so they can call.Did it happen? NO! I have had to do w/o over a weekend and a holiday due to their incompetence. In two years of coming down here, this is the third time they have not called in a timely manner.If any of Walgreens competitors were an option, this Walgreen s would never have gotten a call. I had another rx that the Pharmacist admitted he didnt even know what it was. So I a lay person told him what it was. He probably makes $30. + an hour. Shame, shame, shame!Do you know what the call the person who graduates last in pharmacy school and medical school? Easy...its Pharmacist and Doctor!The rest of the story is...they finally called me Dr. and didnt like what he had to say. They refused to fill as didnt fit company guidelines.. The good old CYA!i will never spend another fine in a Walgreens. Cool me once shame on you....cool me twice, shame on me!

If there is an option of 0 star in here, I will choose 0 instead of 1. The pharmacists named Will is VERY RUDE. I called them and asked if they can accept a DOD prescription (military prescription) since my husband was in a motorcycle accident yesterday and fractured his right #6 rib and needed a strong medication for pain. This guy is really RUDE and said, were not trying to be repeatative here again and giving you the same answer. NO, were not going to accept that .... IN A RUDE TONE OF VOICE. He started with a RUDE tone of voice until the end anyway. So I answered him with, ok I will just gonna let my husband die from pain, thank you very much and hang up the phone.So guess what Walgreens pharmacy, starting this day I am NO LONGER shop in your store and I am taking my PRESCEIPTION away from your store as well. Thats right, my husband and I have been a loyal customers of your for years, but with your RUDE employees (pharmacists) your store will no longer take any money from us.
