Loida and her team are so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. They welcome you in as you walk into their showroom. They are very nice and friendly. She is the best all around and knowledgeable furniture educated lady in Pahrump. Her prices are very reasonable and if you cannot find it in her warehouse...you can order from her many catalogs. Terrific choices of inventory and free delivery!Give her a try, you wont regret it.

Classic business furniture scam. I am surprised she did not have a going out business sale sign.Spent well over two hours in show room looking at catalogs. She made promises like- her own staff will make needed changes to furniture-anything in the catalogs can be customized. Well I could keep going, but why sit here and lisent to talk tale stories. Gave her a deposit with the understanding that I needed to see furniture prior to delivery. We both marked it On the receipt. See, I had already tried my purchase at RC Willies. They were not able to delivery the correct product and got my money back. At 200 less cost for same incorrect product. In comparison to this rude, yes rude once you get to see the real side of her. Now she refuses to refund me and demands I take products I did not order. The rest of the furniture she did not provide. Claimed they were all discontinued. Well I guess that was a waste of two and some hours for nothing. Scam lady who is rude. I will get my money back.

The first time I stopped in was just to look. I had moved the day prior and had a clear vision of what I wanted for my bedroom. I did not expect to find what I was looking for but to get an idea of what was available. Lo and behold I saw the perfect bedroom set on the showroom floor in addition to barstools needed for my island. The ladies are WONDERFUL.They give an opportunity to look without hounding like at other stores. They DO NOT try to push a sale or get you to buy something youre not in love with. They have a clear understanding that furniture is an investment and each piece must resonate with the customer. Not only did Loida sell me the floor models ( since I needed furniture immediately) she gave me such a great deal with money off on everything. She even added me onto the delivery schedule for that same day. I have since gone back to order a matching tall dresser. I consider this my store. They do not mind pulling out the catalogs and are efficient at finding things based on my description of what I envision. Needless to say, I have my living room picked out and am returning to furnish a second bedroom. I can not write this review without adding that the delivery was great as well. Professional and efficient, they do white glove delivery and set up. Give Loida and her wonderful ladies a try and you will see why they are my go to for all of my furniture needs. The only furniture store thats been a family owned and operated since 1992. The only bad reviews is because those are the people that does not get their way and wants something for free and abuse kindness. Furniture Warehouse motto: We treat people the way we want to be treated.. Furniture warehouse honors manufacturers warranty...

Cant say enough about this place.Great prices and customer service is beyond excellent.Dina (sales manager) is very friendly and accommodating and will go above and beyond to make sure you extremely satisfied.Delivery was promptly on time.Will definitely be back in the future.

I dont know what kind of business they are running here, but its definitely not a furniture store. Tried to be patient with my product in getting it fixed or replaced, but now I feel like the business is giving me the run around on my product. All I want them to do at this point to come and pick it up. I dont want it anymore and rather take my business else where.

Ordered a bed set and broke the first night. Called for solution and still waiting for my bed to get fixed, for me to sleep back on the bed. All we getting is FALSE PROMISES, bad customer service and still waiting on the manager to contact us. If you care about quality, great customer service and better promises I RECOMMEND YOU to go some place else and try your luck with another furniture store, because this one is not your best option.

Ordered a mattress and bed set. Was told it was going to be delivered today after 2pm. Called them to see what the ETA would be. Was told that they didnt go get it and they wouldnt even deliver it today. I told them I had taken the day off and that we moved the old bed out. Asked what they are going to do for me. Was told they will deliver it tomorrow after 3pm now. Asked for a discount and now was told that they would ask owner of they can even do anything for us. Told her this is bad business. Will wait and see what happens tomorrow!

We have bought 2 couches from here, their prices are fair and the couches are holding up well.I wish they carried more of a selection of different things, too many sectionals taking up too much space. With a town full of retired empty nesters and snowbirds? 🤔In the Pahrump area there are MANY RVers and tiny homes, so I think they would be better off carrying smaller items, like kitchen carts, zero clearance chairs, & smaller dining sets. Comfortable dining chairs like captains chairs with wheels or padded seats. And maybe some patio furniture?All in all, its a good place, I just think they are missing a large market in Pahrump. whoever is doing the ordering needs to learn their market better.This isnt Vegas...and people here wont spend $2k on furniture.
