A real touch-less auto wash! I brought both of my Hondas here & they look amazing after the wash. I’m impressed with the hot water used in this car wash & the amazing service! I’ll be coming back for sure!

Very nice people but a poor interior detailing job. Car looked felt greasy and oily. Car didnt even smell nice after picked it up. They did a poor upholstery shampoo. I had to go home and clean the entire car by myself to take the grease out and shampoo the area where it had stains (which came out after I shampooed it) .

The guys here are super nice . Unfortunately I can’t trust the mechanics . Brought my car here multiple times and even paid for a detailed inspection because my car was rattling and driving weird . They always told me “everything is fine”. Went for another option and found out my control arms were very damaged, causing my tires to be worn very unevenly and my rims to be bent. Disappointed that Route 62 could not even notice the damage and said nothing about it, even after paying for an “inspection “ .

Do not take you expensive car to this place. They totally messed up my Teslas protective coating by applying harmful chemicals. On confronting them, the manager/ owner completely denied. Pathetic!

The cleaning crew is wonderful but the guy who owns this place tries to upsell and quoted me $50 more. I should have been more cautious but he tried to rip me off.

My go-to mechanic shop! I brought in my Mercedes and Juan and James are very thorough and they fixed my issue! After my service I get a discount on a carwash and I love it because my car looks like-new every time !

I needed a car wash.BAD. I didnt know I was getting the inside cleaned, but I was totally okay with getting it done. I have two little boys that destroy the back seat with spilled milk, etc. The employees did a bang up job. Very happy with the outcome and my boys loved watching the car go through the process.They were quite thorough...I was there for close to two hours. Yup. Needed it. Was great. Will be back soon.

Masks not enforced at all- waiting area feels unsafe/unsanitary.When I arrived I had come for an oil change and full service car wash. There were two people waiting inside not wearing masks. There’s an outdoor waiting area that’s shaded enough, but the chairs are only about 3ft apart and patrons were smoking. I’m pregnant, so this was a nightmare experience for me. I opted to stand in the sun because it just felt unsafe inside and outside the main part of the building. The mechanic was really nice though and I explained I couldn’t wait in the heat for the car wash too, so I just did the oil change. I asked him if I could pay from my car since there were people not wearing masks inside - he ran in and checked with the cashier. The cashier came out to my car with a really unfriendly tone, and told me I was required to come in to finish payment. Since I was concerned about the people inside not wearing masks, she said she would ask them to put them on... This attitude and lack of awareness completely misses the point of safe/ sanitary practices during this time.A note for management: Please help tighten up your policies more to keep your patrons feeling safe and comfortable, or you may continue to lose more business.As for me, I am absolutely floored by this poor experience and won’t be returning!Update: I decided to drive further north to Fast Eddies Car Wash - I am sitting in their clean/mask enforced waiting area writing this review. Masks are enforced with clear signage, no one is smoking outside and customer service is much more friendly!

This is a great facility with wonderful associates who are always courteous and polite. They always go beyond to provide excellent service. This is the only place that I’ll get my car washed. If there was a way to give more than 5 stars I would.

Stopped on my way to my parents to get oil changed. Didnt have to wait too long. No attempts to upset air filters, etc. Easy. I dont price shop oil but it seemed to be a good value.

Great no touch car wash!

Awesome wash on the outside! Tires look great! Ive been here before and had a wonderful experience however today the inside was cleaned poorly. I had them take the car back to do the trunk, they didnt clean it even after I asked them (which happened last time was here). The inside still had finger prints on the doors and dust (crumbs) on both front seats, food prints on the doors, floor mats were wet. Definitely not worth the $50 today. I will go back and try 1 more time. I wish they were more consistent and more thorough. But I cant tell a difference between the $15 and $50 wash.

James, the mechanic, is such a breath of fresh air. He is honest and cares about his customers. He has saved my husband and I loads of money by letting us know what is a priority and what isnt.I went in yesterday because my check engine light was on. He helped and figured out the issue, gave me a quote, said it can wait, and filled my tires while he was at it!I liked him so much, I sent my husband the next day for his oil change. He had the same amazing experience with James. My husband said that he even fixed the rattling that had been happening forever for free. James was like, easy fix, dont worry.With that kind of customer service, Ill go there every single time. I might even spring for the detail!

Bought the 16.95 wash and vacuum. Wash was good, vacuum was not great. Lots of areas not addressed.

I was very short on time but needed a quick detailing of the exterior and interior of my car. Not only did Route 62 Wash and Lube provide wonderful customer service, I was also extremely pleased with the amazing job they did cleaning my car! Even though I was cutting it close on their closing time, they made me feel welcome and helped me out in such short notice. They have definitely earned my business!

Really Bad service. Everyone was in Hurry to leave. I paid $28 for The Works package and Rain X. But the service is not done properly. One of the Hubcap is kept unclean. Tire shine was not applied on all tires. There was dirt on rear right car door.Manager was asking me to pay more to get it done properly with other package.Totally wastage of money.I will never go here again.

Purchased the big package clean inside and out. Pointed out to the guy hey i need vacuuming done in the trunk etc...well they took their time BUT THE SEATS WERENT VACUUMED THE THIRD ROW NOT DONE, TRUNK NOT DONE! I said i need vacuuming done under the mat in the trunk...NOT DONE. So much oil polish that im slippin and my arms are caked and greasey but not what i paid for OR if you needed more money to do the job right then why not charge me

One of the stupidest service ever. The workers and the managers are rude. They did nothing to the car and lied to our face that our car was really dirty and they made it look beautiful now. I could see all the stains on the car seats and had to fight them to clean it in front of me.

1. Mechanic lied to me to give me price before he start working on my car. Half way done they said full syenthtic oil change is $80. It costs me $50 at dealership.2. Manager after knowing about wrong doings of his employee, claimed dealership puts used oil to get away. Seems he himself preachs unethical behavior in this shop.I rate them negative. Would not recommend anyone stoping by. They are crooks and would lie on your face.

Worst service. They charged $45 for their ultimate wash service and did a worst job. I had to take my car back as they havent even vacuumed or cleaned the car properly!!

I left this place not even 5 minutes ago. Literally reversed my car and left due to the unprofessionalism of the staff there. I was told to wait by a staff member which I have no problem doing but then another car pulled up right infront of me instead of having them wait because I was clearly next he waived the car right infront of me and serviced them where I had to wait because I look young even though I drive a brand new Chrysler 300 he then walked up to me without apologizing and said what can I do for you today!!!! Never going back you guys should be ashamed

They upsell you to more expensive package saying it includes exactly the same items than the less expensive one plus additional items which is absolutely not true! It happened to me there twice. The second time it happened they said they are going to re-run my car through with all items I requested but is did not happen. I was there for an hour and a half and return my car with dead battery. I did get a rain check but when I went back today I was told my rain check expired and they did not honor it. When I asked to speak with the manager I was told hes on the phone. When I said I will never come back, the indifferent girl behind the counter said... thats fine. Great customer service! Lol I have been going there for years - NEVER AGAIN!

This place has very poor service. The back of the truck wasnt even washed in their wash. An oil change takes over an hour... come on man! The bug cleaner they use doesnt work. This experience happened twice, now theyre on my X-list.

Scheduled a exterior detail for monday Dropped off the car told them I work at night and need to pick it up Tuesday morning. Went to pick it up Tuesday morning and they didnt touch the car told me it was scheduled for pick up Tuesday .... Duh

Jamie was much more friendler, knowledgeable & efficient than the jokers at woodfield mall Nissan who were happy to charge me a whopping $320 for oil/air filter & lube change but did not have the courtesy to change my service meter in my 2012 murano, i am not even sure if they did change anything at all, no follow up no next service alert or sticker, but they did try upsell a $700 service that i did not even need . Gave me a $5 coupon for the car wash and did not expect a single buck in tip, i am going there again !

Worst car wash ever. I did take $20 plan. Car was still dirty by windows and back windows on top as well wasnt washed. The worst part its a smell inside car after wash. I should leave my car with open windows for couple of hours. Its was my 1st and last time I did go there.

Went there to change diff fluid, brought my own fluid, was charged 76$ (for 20 mins labor), their posted price for diff fluid change is 49$ (with their fluid)Wasnt going to argue too much, just not going to come back, and advice everyone to stay away.
