The guys here sell FAKE Posh Plus pens. They do not have the proper secured by label or proper Posh branding. When I brought this up to the store owner he was very combative and did not listen well.

Hung up on me. Once because he couldn’t understand me when I asked for a vaporizer. Second time because customer came in so he hung up on me mid sentence. When I called third time and asked why he hung up before I could say a sentence he explained a customer came in.. does your phone have a hold button? You just hang up randomly?

Terrible service. No sales skills, and lacking professionalism but they get away with it and make a profit. Their business will continue this way as long as there is a high demand for the products they carry at a responsible price. However we will only visit this store when we run out of the coals other stores do not carry. We do not recommend this store to anyone, only as a last resort if there is an item you need and cannot find elsewhere.

Highly recommend this smoke shop, this is the first time I read reviews for this place I was actually trying to see when they open in the morning and there was a surprising a lot of negative reviews. I’ve been going there every week for several years and never had a problem. I don’t vape because I haven’t found one I liked but they always look fully stocked on everything smoke wise, staff is friendly, half the time I don’t even need to ask for my brand they just automatically get it for me. They get a little busy in the afternoon and evening but you can’t beat the prices I’m sure, at least for my brand it’s cheaper there than near my house in McHenry definitely worth the trip.

Selling fake product Tropical Mango stigs. I tried the flavor in the store told him it was fake. I didnt ask him to refund the one I opened. I asked him to replace the unopened ones and he wouldnt do it. This guys is a really piece of work, as he was explaining that it wasnt his problem he proceeded to raise his voice at me. wont come back here. I dont recommend anybody buying ecig product here.

They have everything I need in one place and decent or fair pricing depending on what your there to get, there also well knowledge of thete product and if they dont know they will find out. However i think the service could be better they arent the nicest people and kind of make you think your stupid for asking really any question or like its a pain to answer a question almost frustrated from the second you walk in so I do wish they were a bit nicer.

Really great selection but the prices are 30% higher than locations right up the road. They stare at you like you are going to steal something and offer no assistance. If you let them know they are more expensive, they will claim bogus responses about the products being more fresh than others...? Even though expiation dates are at least 2 years out. Would recommend a drive to Vernon Hills and not wasting your time there.

I typically come here during the week. The customer service is poor and the staff is always rude. Also 9 times out of 10 I need to wait 10-20 minutes for someone to open the front door. Keep in mind this is always around 1pm-3pm and the open sign is on. If i could rate this store at a zero of five stars I would.

Its your run of the mill tobacco shop. Although this has all products used in all kinds of smoking it is not a head shop and is more of your standard you get what you pay for place.A customer came in complaining his blunt wrap had mold, the owner looked at him pointed at the no returns or exchanges sign and then he reluctantly gave him a new one, after letting him know this is a 1 time only thing.Its basic. Also the glass was over priced. They had some cool pieces but 50 bucks for a spoon? Meh.

I have been coming here for over 5 years and have never asked for a refund. Last time I bought 4 Phix Pods. One of those pods ended up being a DUD. It didnt work. I simply asked the store for replacement. The replacement is worth 4 or 5 bux. They refused to provide any service and sent me to Phix. I told them that considering the fact I have spent hundreds in the store and they refuse to provide service - they wont see me there again. They lost me as a customer. If you choose to do business with them, remember that they dont provide replacement or refund for defective products.

Best place for rigs for concentrates as well as carrying cases and accessories. If wax/shatter/sauce is your thing, try their double-sided glass poker (to pick up pieces of wax) and pancake (to keep vapor in the bowl).

Their big bright flashing & scrolling LED sign, on one of the busiest intersections in the northwest suburbs, says they are open from 8:00 AM today. Its 8:45 and the door is locked. Tried calling and no answer. I guess they just rent the location for fun.

This is a convenient place to go to. They have a lot of stuff. Prices are average. The clerks are not very nice. They watch you like a hawk from the moment your walk in and its hard to ask them questions because they dont speak English very well.

Wish I could give this place zero stars, they dont deserve even one. The owner here is so awful he made nasty pigheaded comments to a customer which I wont even repeat. If you want to buy from a place with inflated prices and poor people skills then this is the shop for you. If you want basic decency and a good deal try the place on Mchenry in Buffalo Grove.

Go somewhere else. Plenty of places within a 5 mile radius with better service and prices. Staff/owner was on the phone with his wife the entire time. No hello or thank you. Just took my money like he was doing me a reluctant favor.

I love this place! They have a wide variety of everything tobacco, vaping, pods for your Juul, or whatever alternative smoking product you may use and a big assortment of CBD oils along with a cigar room and tons of hookahs! Ive compared prices from 10 other smoke shops and this one is the cheapest. The service is always professional. The employees have been able to answer all my questions and know each one of their products very well. If youre buying your first vape machine or getting a new one they let you try it out before you buy! I really like that! Also they have also been able to explain the difference between the ton of vaping machines they have. Plus they seem to be the only smoke shop open within a 15 mile radius from my house thats actually open till 10pm. Other smoke shops close at 7pm to 9pm on weekdays & earlier on weekends, not LAKECOOK SMOKE SHOP! 😁Everytime I go here I always have a great experience! Check it out!

People here are rude. I showed him my Vape and asked if they had more like it. He responds with that is garbage I don’t know how you even use that. I have had this Vape for three years and has worked great I just want to new one. Never coming back. They always treat you like a jag off here.

Extremely high prices, employees who dont care about business/customers, lack of knowledge, and a dirty store. Theyre absolute garbage employees. Im constantly going in and they keep asking for an ID... Im aware its their job but chill. also, they are always in a bad mood. its like they prefer not getting customers than to get any. when you ask to see a piece, they make this nasty face. never going back.

They have everything here and at the most reasonable prices in the area. If you need vape supplies (juice to mods), cigars, glass, rolling papers, swisher, or some unique glass pieces like grav pipes. All of the glass averages in the low $100s and the vape supplies are all below the market average. The best part is its in lake county instead of Cook so the taxes are much more reasonable than other nearby smoke shops.

I have to agree with everyone who says they treat you like you intend to rob them. You cannot freely look around the store by any stretch. You might as well ask one of them to hold your hand if you plan on walking through their store. Additionally, they are ridiculously overpriced and had he even tried to argue that with me, I’d have happily performed “market research” on my phone for him. I won’t be going back unless I absolutely have to. The way they eyed me and followed me, they actually DID make me feel like I was doing something wrong and I purposefully walked in with only my wallet establishing my intent to pay for whatever. Bad customer service. First time I came in store they let me buy 15 packs of swishers for $14 and some change. I get this every two weeks, now for some reason he say they cant give it to me for that price sense Im getting different flavors. So I guess I will take that drive to Ash Smoke shop in Addison on lake st. They give u 15 packs for $14 no tax as long as ur paying cash and they have great customer service.

The people who run it are lacking customer service skills. They will sell things at highest possible price but they do carry almost everything and they are open longer hours and more days than most shops though.

I like this place. And the guys are always friendly to me. You just have to get to know them. And the reason they watch u is because people DO steal from them. Also, Ive been in there plenty of times to see/hear the nutjobs theyve got coming in there. After a day of that hell, Id be a lil cranky too! One guy threw a lighter on the floor and broke it b/c his gf handed it to him to try and it shocked him (one of those prank lighters) He went nuts. Anyway, they have a pretty big selection and no Cook County taxes yay!

Cigarette prices are different everytime you go in. I buy the same thing everytime and they never scan the package they just type it in the register. One day it will be $3.55, another day it will be $4.78, and yet another it will be $5.25 all within the same week. The price on what I buy is marked $2.49 but apparently that doesnt make a difference in what they actually charge you. Something fishey is going on here. I wont go here anymore because of this.
