I placed an order on Uber Eats and they cancelled it without informing me and I was waiting for my order to be delivered forever. With such an attitude I wish that they incur losses, run out of business and shut down for good.

No one came to take my order when it was supposed to be open 24 hours just after midnight on Thursday, July 1. If you dont want to do your job, then dont work there. Its embarrassing that this business would allow this to happen.

Just stopped by here in hopes of getting some ice cream cones on a Sunday afternoon. Employees (and a man I assume was the manager/owner) were NOT WEARING MASKS. They had masks looped around their ears, but they were worn UNDER their chins - NOT covering their faces. Employees in restaurants are required by the state of IL to wear masks and gloves as a way to protect the public and the employees. If this establishment is content to ignore health safety guidelines IN PLAIN SIGHT, I wonder what is happening behind the scenes?

We try to have new flavors every time, they have this huge sign try sample and most of the times employee tell us we dont do sample and I asked them about the huge sign right above ice cream bar and they deny. This is ridiculous . As per them owner doesnt allow and it seems so cheap. I complained before and no one reply

Great place with great staff I feel like it is underrated because it being inside of Dunkin Donuts but that should not stop you from trying their delicious flavors

Had a $2 promo card from t-Mobile so I decided to use it on a single scoop in a cup. First of all they had only a handful of flavors available, then the scoop she gave me was literally no more than 3 tablespoons of ice cream and then she charged me $1.10 on top of the $2 promo card. This place is a total joke and I’ll never go to Baskin Robbins ever again!!!

Its really sad that a local ice cream place does not check their own product - their ice cream .. all of it at this time is old, has ice crystals and very little taste .. we were there yesterday and had this experience .. no manager to talk to .. but they sure take your money .. well if your money is good, so should your ice cream . Not planning on returning for a long time. I may also add that the attitude encountered by others is not there from any of the Spanish people who work there, matter of fact they are very courteous and are very helpful . How do I know ? we have been going there for many years

Well, ok we decided to choose Baskin Robbins over our local ice cream shop; lets just say it started there... I ordered a chocolate waffle cone with nuts and wanted a double scoop hot fudge Sunday inside, now that wasnt complicated but the person making it was to busy listening to his head phone and couldnt get the two scoops in the bowl. Then some girl took my ice cream and dripped hot fudge all over it and gave it to me. That was my Sunday.... So I took my family and left. Yep and ended up happy so there is a happy ending to this tradgey.

I stopped there 3/16/19 in the afternoon. My friend and I ordered scoops of ice cream. She ordered pistachio, and had buttered pecan. At the same time we ordered some ice cream to take home. My friend asked if changed the receipe, because hers tasted funny. I didnt taste mine until after I paid....$9.96. My scoop tasted poor and gritty, like sand. Frozen water . I threw mine out after we left. My friends container of ice cream was also bad. I will not be going back there....old product and will recommend to my friends that they go elsewhere for what was supposed to be a treat to end a nice day

Totally understand if you run out of the hard to come by flavor Chocolate but multiple times at an ice cream store?

Bad experience. We went through the drive thru today (Saturday) at 7pm. It was snowing. The menu board mentioned a few sundae toppings and then said, ...And More. So I asked what other toppings they had, and the lady basically told me that I should look at the board. Unfortunately, the board only listed a few toppings. Then I asked what ice cream flavors were available. She said I could come into the store and look. This is not appropriate because the purpose of a drive thru is not to park. There were no other cars behind me and it was snowing. I then asked if they had Snickers ice cream. She said no. At that point, I went to another Baskin Robbins and had a good experience. Based on my experience here and other reviews, perhaps the owner should sell his or her franchise to someone else. I will probably never be back to this location.

Went and although the service was nice I got sherbet ice cream with sprinkles and gummy bears. The gummy bears were so stale I had to spit them out.

Ice cream flavors are not updated either on their website nor within the store, young man behind the counter had an attitude when asked about which flavors were available. Went in with the feeling of being happy left with a feeling of frustration. Will not be returning again.

Dont have giant posters and advertisements for special ice cream flavors that you dont have please.

Had sundaes here and loved it.

The guy behind the counter didnt seem to happy with his job. Made some strange faces when the kids took a while to make their decision and there wasnt any other customer waiting for us.

Got a completely wrong order.
