The showroom is spectacular. The service department is so clean. They are very helpful and make you feel like you are a VIP! I like that they work fast and deliver your car on time as promised.

Ive been coming to AC Imports in Palatine for years. The Jaguar service people really know the product better than most. I fell in love with the new 2014 F-Type, but finally settled on a new Jaguar XF with All Wheel Drive.I was surprised to learn that Jaguar makes a few All Wheel Drive Jaguars. One of my neighbors here in Barrington said my new Jag drives better than his All Wheel Drive Lexus 400LS, which surprised me, because he loves his Lexus.Thank AC Imports Jaguar for the great sale price too.
I recently purchased a 2014 XJL and I Iove my car. The manager Frank was friendly, patient, and courteous. He did not give me any of that high pressure car sales talk which I can not stand. I was able to leave the dealership in one piece and come back over the weekend to purchase my car. Two weeks later when I hit a massive Cook County pot hole and ruptured my tire and broke my rim they had my car towed in and fixed everything at no charge. WOW!!!!!!! Brian, gave me great service with a smile and I even got a free loaner car for the day. These people know what great customer service is.

Bought an XJ here in 2011. They have the best cared for cars. All indoors and spotless. Buying experience was all good. Car was very good. I would buy from here again.Had to visit this dealer for a repair 4 years later. We were on the road and had a pressing issue we needed addressed quickly. They spent 3 hours with the car, mostly to try to upsell a bunch of service work. Some of it had already been done recently elsewhere yet they claimed it needed it again. For instance, the drive belt was less than 2k miles old and they claimed it needed it again The suspension leak could have been diagnosed in seconds since you could hear the air leak from outside the right rear yet they charged an hour for troubleshooting this obvious issue. As a former mechanic myself, I would have charged 0.3 hour and given the customer an estimate for the suspension issue. I think they spent the hour trying to upsell stuff, some of which the car didnt even need. This sort of thing is typical in this industry. I expected more from a Jaguar dealer.
Great service and helpful staff. Theyve been in business for decades, and have stuck with Jag through all of its incarnations (from British Leyland through Ford and now with Tata).Jake and Fino were clear, organized, and helpful in discussing options, Glen in Finance helped with payment plans, and each worked within the parameters I set in order to get me in a new Jag. Mark in Service was helpful, too, servicing my old XJ.Im loving my new XE; Ill definitely work with them again.
We just bought our Saab 9.3 2010 Convertible and had it shipped to Texas from A.C. Imports. Mr. Fino DAgostaro and Mr. Scott Warner were most helpful and provided great reliable service with quick responses to our requests. This dealership is the Worst of its Kind!! I have to totally Agree with Johns review. Fino the owners son what a Joke this guy is. He talks to you like he could care less what your problem is. He should go to Jaguars customer service training class. When you break parts on peoples cars dont get mad at the customer manup and fix it. I have had my car serviced there several times all they do is Lie Lie Lie about what is wrong with the car. Then they charge you for repairs that they say will fix the car and after you pay for it to be fixed the problem still isnt fixed. The Finance guy Glen Rogers he needs Jaguar customer service training as well. Their dealership is like a trip back to the 60s. This place hasnt been updated since Nixon was in office. Take my advise go to a different dealership for service. More to come!!
STOP! AC Imports dealer does NOT need your business! Nice cars, ok sales people, but the owners son (Fino) was extremely rude, obnoxious and most of all arrogant, he was behaving as if he was being bothered due to asking him a question about a repair that he lied to me about.My experience on the third trip back for repairs due to giving me false information about the car I purchased was horrible.he refuse to cover the cost of a repair after he took my money, even though it was his fault as a dealer for setting expectation of misleading information.I guess Lies and the cost of repair was not a major issue to me, almost all car dealers and sales people lie, deceive and steal your money in a nice way.I would never go back to AC imports or recommend this place to anyone because of the one and only problem; the owners sons (Fino) disgusting attitude and nasty demeanor, it is obvious that he does not have respect for anyone (customers & employees), he does not have any human social skills and should not be visible to customers. I am really shocked to see a person like that in-charge of a Jaguar car dealer.....after all; he is a joke and reminds of the spoiled kid who’s been spoon fed with a golden spoon all his life.I have a business of my own with 60+ employees and will never allow anyone to treat my customers bad or the way I was treated. Take my advice; take your business somewhere else where it will most likely be appreciated.
