Publix is NEVER disappointing.Just wish there was one closer to Keystone FL where we live. All I have close is Hitchcock and Winn Dixie. For the prices they charge, I think Publix is the best. And you certainly have the BEST customer service in the industry in my opinion.

My favorite place to grocery shop. Love that I can order online and pick up with no waiting.

I absolutely love Publix which makes this review hard for me. Over the weekend the bakery lost my cake order. The store has new bakery employees and failed to prepare my order on time Saturday. As a result the employee lied and stated “someone” cancelled the order. As a result the order wasn’t completed until Sunday…the day after my order. I’ve never had this experience at Publix and I hope it is not a new trend.I’m giving them two stars only because the customer service manager was prompt and helpful.

We absolutely love shopping here we dont like to go anywhere else because the employees at Publix make you feel like family! They are so helpful and kind especially the seafood department the young lady that works up there always remembers what we like and asked about my wife and how were doing and just feels genuine and wholesome!

Always friendly and courteous staff. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a welcoming smile. The store is always clean, and the shelves are always fully stocked with a wide and diverse selection of products. And if they dont have what you are looking for they will gladly order it for you. This is an outstanding store. And the staff is second to none.

They always have the best fresh deli, fruit and bakery items..they also have a lot of BOGOF items every week.. I love Publix

I asboutly Love Publix supermarket no matter what you get you know its going to be top Quality Especially their subs they are out of this world. The bread they make for their subs is Amazing, their hot foods will blow you away with awesomeness. One would think you have Gordon Ramsay working in the back. The bakery hands down just like the rest of the store deserves a Michelin star they are that good. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO EVERYONE, HANDS DOWN TOP NOTCH, THE BEST. Better than WAL-MART there are people to Help with were things are people to Help you out to your car. With a smile and good attitude.

Store is clean and shelves full of colorful items. Staff gladly lends a helping hand if you have trouble finding an item. Carts are sanitized before distribution to customers. Bathrooms are kept as clean as if they were their own. Wide selection of grocery items, dairy, deli, bakery and produce products.I just wish they had a bench towards the back of the store for us elders to take a pause.I LOVE MY PUBLIX! I drive approximately 25 miles one way to shop here.♡

Whats really nice is if you want something that no stores around here carry, you can go to Publix and they can order it for you. Also the deli/bakery/produce in my opinion is the best in town.

Publix offers high quality products and reasonable sales. The produce is always fresh, and the select is great. The staff is always helpful. I like to use the app to make a list before and it makes shopping so much easier when you can tell aisle by aisle where things are.

It was almost as good as usual. The man behind the deli area I think was the manager of that area seemed a bit stressed & short with his ppl. He was working in the frying or prepping area. The store wasnt terribly crowded but there wasnt any chicken except fried chicken & there wasnt any corn nuggets & he said they were out. None to even fry. The potato salad that was on sale barely had any in shelf so he asked (yelled) to have it stocked but there wasnt any new York style which I wanted. But I survived.

The best place to pick all the ingredients for a perfect lunch.. The sub sandwiches are so fresh and prepared right in front of you..The best by far!.

I called in an order to the deli.THEY set my pick up time at 4:00pm placed order at 2:34pm.Got to store they had nt even started my order.This was at 4:12 pm.Great deli and manager......NOT!!!!

This Publix is top notch. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. The bakery and deli are phenomenal. Everything you need they have or can get. The only complaint I have is that Taylors Pork Roll is $10 a pound. Favorite place to shop.

Didnt feel like cooking today. So to Publix I went. Got a sub, a cannolli, for dinner. No problem. I live my Publix.

My first time in this particular Publix. Sunday afternoon and its was busy. I found about 3 items I use on sale. The deli line was to the moon so I wasnt able to get anything from there. Many of the items were crazy over priced like bacon for $7. Also,the frozen dinners were all on their sides where you couldnt see what was in the box, I guess they dont want to sell many of them. The store was fairly clean and the employees were extra nice as 4 of them spoke and said hello before I got to the check out. Over all a nice shopping experience, sadly I had to stop at Dollar General to buy drinks, cereal, chips and pizza which were some of the over priced items I just couldnt bring myself to purchase there at Publix.

Staff members are always helpful like shopping there.

It was easy finding most things we needed and everyone greated us with smiles. When we couldnt find something. All we had to do was ask an employee and they didnt point. They took us right to it. Checkout was also easy and all items were well bagged. The guy bagging went with us to make sure we got it loaded.

I love the quality and selection. The prices are a bit high...but sometimes its worth it!

I go to Publixs because the vegetables are fresh and other items I buy are very good. The Bakery. Cakes are really good and not dry. The employees are very helpful if you need help. I Like the every thing about Publix.

This Publix location is always clean and the employees go above and beyond to help any way they can. There is always a great selection of fresh baked and deli items. There is a huge seafood selection also.I have ordered several platters from the deli and the staff is always timely and professional along with the food being fresh. Every time I order a cake, it is done on time and so good!

They used to be a whole lot better.

I had a salad there it was pretty good but I thought it was a little high priced 6.99 and I ate the whole thing so it was not that big but it was pretty good

Very clean store. The staff is very polite but I spent over 300.00 dollars and the bag boy didnt offer to help me to my car. After all that shopping I sure wasnt looking forward to unloading the groceries into my car I get to unload them at my house. Lol

I love Publix, employees are always friendly and helpful. They will ask you as you shop if you need any help finding things, if you do they will take you to where its located. They have exchanged things without a receipt, much, much different than a place like Hitchcocks! Excellent customer service, the store is very clean and well stocked.
