New shift cable on F-150 replaced 10/22/20. Arrived home would not shift into reverse without going to Park first. Called for Manager had to leave a message requesting a call back. Truck was REPAIRED the following week. I requested again the speak to the manager. To date 11/25/20 I am still waiting for a call back. Excellent Service is just a sign on the desk!!!!!

I just cant thank the service staff enough. I had JUST heard via the phone that my husbands cancer had returned. Hung up ....and thats when my car started acting funny. Turns out it was the transmission module. These awesome people were a bright light in an otherwise very rough day.

Polite, quality service. They were a little busy and got in and out in approx 1-1/2 hrs. The only issue was we were there for a battery warranty. Peper work stated 3 year warranty but ended up being an 18month replacement and prorated cost for any time between the 18month to 3 year mark. Our battery was 19monyhs old...

We have been having a problem with our Mercury Mountaineer. It appeared to be electrical in nature. When we arrived for our appointment, we were treated very well. The lounge was very comfortable, with coffee and donuts, big flat screen TV and newspapers. They thoroughly inspected the electrical system and located the problem, which two other garages had not been able to do. The service manager. Jeff, arranged for the part to be delivered in the afternoon. We went home and my husband returned to the garage that afternoon to have the part installed. The car has been running great ever since.

I live about an equal distance from the Quick Lane in Starke and the one in Palatka. At the one in Stark you sit in the waiting room and listen to people complain nonstop about the service they are receiving and then when they walk out the door you listen to the staff make fun of them, They will also try to sell you everything you don’t need, they just assume that no one knows anything about cars so they try to upsell or sell you things that just simply aren’t necessary. I actually changed the air filter in my truck went there and got an oil change and they came to me and told me I needed a new air filter. It had been in the truck for two days. They also told me that I needed to replace a tire for $400 and when I asked them why they couldn’t even give me an answer, so I asked them to walk me in back and show me what was wrong with the tire and they couldn’t come up with anything. 30,000 miles later I still have the same tire on my truck. Very unprofessional. That is what led me to coming to the one in Palatka. Everyone is always super polite, the job is done correctly and fast, and they never try to sell you something that you don’t need. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done to your car.
