The metro employees are GREAT. Linda and the newer guy working tried their best to resolve my insurance issue that Ive been having for 3 months now. Apparently assurant insurance doesnt want to give me my phone through my insurance claim made 3 months ago. They keep saying my ID picture is blurry Ive now had the metro employees do it on their end AND Ive personally emailed the insurance company to which they claim its still blurry. Sounds like they just want to keep charging me monthly for insurance but not let me use it.

I came in to pay my friends bill this morning and Daniel was there to take care of me. I was interested in maybe purchasing my own line however after 5 minutes of being with him, I couldn’t tolerate the smell anymore.I don’t mean to sound rude but for a place of business, hygiene is very professional.Unfortunately, I paid her bill and left.

I was there last Saturday the guy behind the counter must of been new. He called his boss I told her about the add I saw on TV about 2 new phones she said I had to tell her more they have 500 adds. She was very nasty on the phone I told her I would go somewhere else she said go ahead I dont care. So I did just thought someone should know.

There was a new guy who started today was very helpful. Knew his stuff.

Hagar was extremely friendly and she waived the service fee on my iPhone SE purchase on New Years Eve. I loved my service so much I recommended a friend who went the same day and was not given any discount, and he actually had to buy another piece to go with his phone as they no longer had the iPhone SE that came with the charger, wall piece, and earphones. Instead he paid significantly more than I did for just the phone and the charger cord itself. Not sure why some people are offered deals others aren’t. I was a happy customer, but the referral kinda hit me in the butt haha. Overall 4 star rating just because of the weird situation that happened that day for my friend.

Today I was helped by Jazmin she was wonderful!! personable and helpful. Got me exactly what I needed. She went above and beyond with helping me port over my number because i forgot my pin. It was on me to get that and set it up correctly bu she went thru the process of getting it released from my former carrier and making sure my phone worked with no problems. Im glad i switched today! even better i got to stay in my town. Shop Local

Warning! Unless you have a professional body guard or are ex-military, do not attempt to enter this store without throwing a piece of raw meat in the door first. The girl at the register is unhinged. It is like entering the twilight zone. The wonderful staff they had when I became a customer 4 years ago is gone and has been replaced by a lunatic. Seriously, go ANYWHERE else. This place is not safe for you.

The environment is normally quant. Hagar normally mans the front and is always ready and willing to assist any and all customers with a smile (even with the mask). She has been very helpful in settling many issues within 10 mins for me. She is thoughtful and very resourceful.There is normally never a line and it is an in and out service; which is great for me as Im always in motion. She has personally helped me with roughly 5 problems since I have arrived in Palaka FL.T-Mobile was borderline losing my business, yet she continues to go above and beyond. Went into store to get new phone. The agent there set my phone to primary acct holder instead of my information... what now. Got my old phone working... guess I have to go back to store now in the next town over to get everything changed out. May just change carriers... we were both in store together and she knew the phone was for Gwendolyn Palmer, not Robert Bolen...ridiculous! She said HTC turned off my acct that was why my old phone wouldnt turn on, yet Chat with HTC agent got it rebooted... Staff at PCS didnt know whàt she wasbtalking about or didnt want to spend time doing it right. And no one else was in the store...
