This store is going downhill rapidly. One person overseeing ALL the self checkout lines, no other cashiers, none of the self checkout lines taking cash.The store is no longer 24 hours and closes at night to allow for the extra cleaning and stocking due to covid-19, which is completely understandable, except the store isnt cleaned at night or stocked at night. Almost everything is out of stock, and yet there are piles of stock blocking aisles. The store is hot, dirty, and hasnt been run well in months.

Love the bulk items. Never fully stocked, but definitely more options here than St. Augustine. Staff is usually super nice too!

So many items missing in the food department. Everything in disarray. Checkout was easy as I did self checkout... until I needed help with a coupon. The young lady had such an attitude! Then when my debit card was slow spinning I had to get her assistance... this girl is rude rolling her eyes and not speaking. What is going on anymore!?!? God help this nation.

Technology center was garbage I waited an hour for someone to come get a phone case for me and even went back after doing my shopping to see if someone could assist me. Still not able to get help I left with a small portion of groceries which contained only necessities because of how disgusted I was to shop there.

Not alot of staff around and they took the pricing machines. So if you need to get a price check, you have to bother an employee while they are busy, and even though the employees are always Courteous about doing the price check, I always feel bad about bothering them.

Walmart is Walmart. But no one said anything to me about sitting on the empty bottom shelf. I couldnt walk any further at that moment

Stay away from the automotive center. They rotated and changed tires, and then while driving two days later the wheel flew off while I was going 60. They told me theyd never touched those tires (so they either lied and changed them incorrectly, or lied about rotating them). The manager refused to let us see the security footage of our car being worked on that would have proved if it was or wasnt worked on, and then despite photo evidence he stated that the wheel never came off because it was on the vehicle (the tow truck had sat it back on so it could be loaded onto the truck). They then refused to do anything about it, and asked us to leave the premises if we werent having work done currently. Despite the tow trucks instructions to not move it, the auto manager then got in the car and drove it screeching and creaking away from the auto center and off to the side of the building. The jolt of hitting the pavement had done much damage to several parts of the car, resulting in thousands of dollars in repairs.

Its Walmart. No one wears masks here. Cant avoid it. Weeeee

I went to the Automotive Department. I was told it would be 2 and a half hour wait. Instead I arrived at 1:00 pm. Did not leave until 5:00pm. All I had done was a tire replaced, and an oil change. I was very upset. The service could have been better. I was very dissappointed. 🤣

Worse check out ever. Paying with cash, you have to go to a HUMAN. Slower then a snail. Wake up! Put it in high gear. We dont have to be here 6 or 8 hours. Get them out faster!

The same old Walmart. A lot of empty shelves and the same unfriendly employees. Always reminds me of why I order so much from Amazon.

Has the items Im looking for at very good prices. It does not disappoint except when they sell out of the lactose-free whole milk which apparently is very popular or they simply do not buy enough to stop the shelf

Do not do grocery pickup Saturday. 5 1/2 hours! Canceled order after hours hot car past pick time. Did not get delay alert until after arrival. Many people waiting were getting 10 bins of groceries holding up the wait. Would have been nice to get an alert before driving to the store and waiting. Most of my day wasted when I could have went inside in 15. Update: called me before closing thinking no longer canceled- 9 hours later.

Terrible Terrible management. If you call to speak to a manager they can not find one. The only way they will get back to you is if you escalate through the corporate complaint line. Their Grocery pick up and delivery department is always short-handed and making mistakes. If it was just once in awhile I can understand but it happens all of the time. If there were other options in our small town I would use them instead.

I ordered 4 tires for my truck I was emailed they had arrived I called to verify. They said they had arrived I went down there and they only had three.

Like all Walmarts.. slack on cashiers and the self check outs arent accepting cash.

It was a terrible experience. Went to buy TV no one cold help for 30 minutes. Worker was rude when she arrived. We left and went to Big Lots and purchased our TV for less and received excellent service. I am done with Walmart. I will pay more for an item rather then go back to Walmart. Also had to wait 25minutes to check out at self service. Walmart stinks.

WalMart and its pharmacy definitely my go to place. I sure do miss the cashiers. Shelf pay is fast but theres nothing like personal service

I went to Quest for blood work. Everything was fine. I had an appointment and got in and out on time.

I ordered over 100 photo copies online. At 2:00 I was texted that the items were ready and to pick them up at the photo counter. After waiting over 20 minutes for someone to help me (despite hitting the help me button and finally a call to the main number) an employee named Caris showed up and was incredibly rude. Like I was bothering her that she had to do her job. THEN... she cant find my order. A manager was called who could also not find my order. When I went to the front desk I was told that they couldnt refund my money because it was initiated at walmart.com. So, theyre all making at least $15 an hour now. Youd think there would be better customer service. Ive moved my prescription account to Publix. You know, where shopping is a pleasure.

Due to the lack of actual cashiers not only do I have to do my own shopping and spend my own money I have to be my own cashier as well. And lets not talk about the inflation of prices on most everything. Not mention its nearly impossible to find an associate to help should you need one especially in the electronic department.

At store location 00551 I attempted to purchase $700 in brand new tires. At 11:21am I made the purchase order and was told five customers ahead in line. Cool no problem. After four hours and an empty tire change bay I inquired as to the status of my purchase. Tommmy ( yes he used three ms ), felt he needed to remind me of a 3 hour wait. I said you told me 2-3, buts its been four hours and I need to see my vehicle in that tire bay being worked on or need to speak to someone about cancelling the order. Tommmy, at super slow motion speed went to the tire bay, returned and asked, are these your keys? And dropped them in my hand and walked away. I had to leave the tire center with my front driver side tire having exposed cord and separation and a leaking front passenger tire. I attempted to reach management about the issue but was swept aside. Now corporate has been informed and an email sent directly to the elusive store manager! At the request of my attorney he wishes to see the unfulfilled work order and photos of the condition of my tires in need or replacement. Have a great day Walmart and eff you Tommmy!

This is a very unfriendly Walmart. Maybe its the area. I found the people would rather speed up and run you off the road than let you in, into traffic.The cat food is stocked by color of the box, rather than style of cat food.The Meaty Bits, Pate and Shreds all come in purple boxes and was stocked according to the Purple boxes.Its not rocket science.

Our light was going off and the girl was standing right in front of us. She looked at us and went on the other side to help someone else. I told her that our light was going off way before the one she went and helped. She ignored me. We stood there for 15 minutes waiting on her to come over and help. She never did. We had walk out without our products ever time we go there its always something. This is one of the worst Walmarts there are. The people that work there are rude. They never have their shelves stocked. I only go here if I absolutely have to.

I used to love going to this Walmart but they have cut back on registers to check out and you now have to wait sometimes 30 min or more to check out of the store and they also dont have the amount of groceries they once did. They did away with the just my size clothes they used to carry and the clothes they carry for plus size is very dated .

Big store.. must look for what you want. So sales help available

Needs more electric shopping carts for those of us who are really disabled. And need employees to watch who are using them because some people are just too lazy to walk.

No fault of the gentlemen working all by himself at 6 pm at the pick up but this is horrible!!! The pick up parking lot is full and only one associate working. I could have shopped and checked out in the time it takes to get your on line order.

The Palatka Walmart seemed to me alot cleaner, organized and friendly than the one in St. Augustine. Maybe they can share the plan they use. Thank you

The entire experience was terrible. Took forever to find what I was looking for. For some reason the silverware organizer is 3 isles away from the silverware. But more importantly the long lines we completely intolerable... GET MORE CLERKS OR MAKE MORE SELF CHECKOUTS. Until then Ill just order off Amazon

Believe it or not they actually had cashiers working with an open register loved seeing that check out was much quicker and I was able to get a price check without having to ring it up and wait on someone to come void it off.

Went to the parking lot pick up thing, was fast, simple, and convenient plus the employees were nice too

It was average Wal-Mart shopping cant give 5 stars because seems like all walmarts are trying to force everyone to use self check by having one full check out lane open sadly people are falling for it and they should stop and think about it we doing their work and taking away employees jobs mostly

Some aisles are a bit of a wreck sometimes which makes finding things hard, but thats normal with such a large store. Their service is average. Their photo printing is incredible and cheap.

This place is constantly sold out of things you would never think they would run out of. I was trying to get some barbecue sauce the other day and the aisle had several empty spots. The place is extremely crowded. I see people walking around with no masks. Thats pretty typical in this area.

Worst Walmart in America!! Money center is never open, only one register open that takes cash but has 10 people wiring the unmanned registers! This store is an absolutely last resort kind of store trust me!!!

Ok so dont really expect Walmart to be neat & orderly on Sunday afternoon but pray you dont have to go to bathroom while here. + employee hiding in handicap stall, trying to solve family problems. What does that say about how workers r treated: hey maybe she was on break, workers r entitled per osha, but really hiding in bathroom???

Not much for crowds, and at times it is crowded, but I never fail to find either what Im looking for or an adequate alternative. I just spent 15 minutes getting new prescription glasses for only $70, and the clerk had to call another unaffiliated eye doctor for my prescription, then helped me with frames and the receipt. Np 👍 honestly, its a great resource for most needs at budget prices.

Sigh this place years back was OK. Now just is depressing. I only go here if I really need something after hours, when most places closed since covid.One or two check out lines are open at any given time, some times none of them are open. And self check out can go take a long walk off a short pier.When I have more than $60 or more of groceries this is more than a hassle. That or the line your in and the machine stops working. This is the only store Ive ever seen that forces the customers to check them selves out. I only go here if I must.

I have waited over 5 hours for my delivery. I called the store and no one answers. The pharmacy finally said they would page a manager and asked me to hold After 30 minutes they said they have tried but could not find a manager. Gave me a corporate number to call. The corporate number, which was a call center also said they could not get in touch with the store. Terrible customer service. Terrible Management, Only big store in town but if you can find stuff elsewhere. I would go there.

Wal-Mart doesnt seem to care about the aged/handicapped enough to have enough electric carts to go around. I am barely able to walk into the store, and once in, not a single cart availabe. All I could do was go home, but not a single chair, or bench for me to rest on, for the very hard walk back to my car.And I know Walmart isnt bound by law to have carts, but so many stores have ample carts, we naturally come to expect them. I find it very hard to believe these Walmart dont make enough money to have plenty of carts available for those who desperately need them.

I only go to this Walmart to help out a friend and after making a 25 mile one way trip today for kitten food to only find an empty shelf I think it might be better to order online. Have seen an employee leave the restroom without washing her hands. Would never use the pharmacy because of long lines into the store. Typical Walmart, too many registers, not enough open, causing long lines into the store, not enough employees. There are refreshments and a Redbox inside the door near the McDonalds if anyone is interested in that.

This Walmart has a variety of merchandise but the store is filthy and they are always stocking during the day. Huge boxes and pallets in the floor. Thet act like you are in there way. You have to go two rows over with a buggy just to get by. Its always crowded. You have to fight for space with the grocery pick up and delivery pickers. The registers are always full or closed. Why they close the other side of self check out at dang 8pm is not very smart. They close at 11, but should stay open longer. The helpful and friendly employees are few. They are all mad to be working there. The parking lot is a discrace.

Have to wait in line for self checkout which I dont like any way. I dont work here. There are only a few things I buy here. I will go to a pricier store where I am acknowledged as the customer...like Sav a Lot.

Stop letting 1,000 people order for online pick up every hour when you can only process 10. Maybe then I wont have to wait an hour and a half past my hour window every freaking time. Or maybe your employees wont be so rushed that they say theyre out of stock on 9 items that they actually have. At least it takes so long that I have time to run in and grab the 9 items they said were out of stock. Get it together or Ill take my $800/ month grocery bill on over to Winn Dixie or Publix.

Walmart here in Florida has stocked shelves, people were nice, but only 2 checkout lanes were open.. and there were alot of shoppers upset that only 2 lanes were open..

Grocery pickup keeps forgetting items, smashing boxes, bread, and eggs. They never pick up the phone when you call. If I was in better health I would shop for myself.

Went to Walmart to get one large item. Needed help to load item in my truck. Asked 5 associates for help. Two told me that they could not help, two told me they did not have radios to call for help, and one associate just walked away. Finally, the cart runner helped me and apologized for the store. It is sad that Walmart can not hire problem solvers. I can not help is not good customer service. Wont be back.

By far the best Walmart around. Well stocked, clean, great deli and bakery. And one of the few that carries Texas toast for making french toast. Large lawn and garden. Even when crowded easy check out.

The garden center is the best! With attendants that love gardening and very knowledgeable of products that works.. I am please with the patience of my helper because I am a beginner.. as I was walking away.. I was told if you have any trouble just come back... I just love Walmart!

Wal-Mart in Palatka Florida seems to be running off customers. Tried to call 5 times and hangs up on me every time. Will take my shopping business somewhere else.

If you have cash dont go to this store no one who works here knows how to keep the self checkout so you can use cash you have to wait for the few cashiers replace the fen self check with more cashiers then.

The only downside I have ever seen to the Palatka Walmart Supercenter is that they have 16 isles for checkout and seldom do they have more than four or five open at one time. People are backed up four and five family groups in a row to get to those few stations that are open. I am 70 years old and I know standing and waiting for nearly 30 minutes to get to the checkout clerk seems ridiculous when there are 12 empty check out stations in a store that size.

If you need it, Palatka Walmart is likely to have it. This is a must when visiting family. The hard part is remembering where everything is when we only shop there once or twice per year!

It seems I have been a frequent customer of Wallyworld lately. But ours that really surprising? I mean they have a little bit of everything in there. I got a new mountain bike with drink holder a speedometer and lights because I love riding at night. The bathrooms were dirty but the subway sub was great

I truly like coming to Walmart; however, they really need to open MORE lanes which would somewhat improve customer relations.

This location was clean, well staffed all employees were kind, curtious and knowledgeable pleasent experience here..lines were a long at regular checkout . only two or three open ( other than the self checkouts) but lines moved quickly!!

Absolutely love shopping at Walmart but it has been very depressing to me to go in and not be able to find anything in stock.
