Came here for brunch, very happy they serve it all day! I love eggs Benedict and I for sure was not disappointed. I had a crab cake eggs Benedict and my friend had Belgian Waffles. The portions were huge, I couldn’t even finish. The service and the quaint atmosphere made our dining experience all the more enjoyable. Friendly people and quick service we were not left wanting. So happy we stopped in.

Definitely a locals place, such great food. You wont be able to eat everything on your plate, they believe in large portions. Everything we have tried has been fabulous. Take the time to treat yourself... Cuontheroad

Im not from Palatka and this was my first time here. Ill definitely make this spot a regular on my work trips in town. Great service and food. No negatives yet. I recommend this place.

Had breakfast there with my children, we had to wait since they were fully booked but it was worth it. Service impeccable, meal properly prepared and their hot chocolate is to die for. Definitely an awesome choice.

We heard that Chef Bjourn was cooking the dinners so we had to go!! His food is amazing. Everything was made fresh and we enjoyed all of it plus dessert. The service was wonderful the waitress was very attentive. We had our 16 month old and they were all good with him too even when he started getting fussy. We will definitely be back.

Great menu! I really wanted breakfast but got there a bit late, which was a bummer but plenty to choose from for lunch menu. I got the chicken curry sandwich with the side salad. Very tasty! The service was excellent, everything felt fresh the way I like it. Ill definitely be back there.

I’ve been coming here for years. Everything they do, they do well. Great breakfasts, lunches and brunches. Also for select special occasions they have dinner evenings which they absolutely rock. Their staff is courteous and kind. Palatka is lucky to have this local gem.

We had dinner here the other night. I am SO GLAD they opened for dinner! Everything about this place is awesome, the food, the atmosphere, and despite us going really late and being there after closing time the waitress was so sweet and friendly. Everyone was, even the owner spoke to us and she was very happy to see us there. It was just an all around delightful experience. I hope the rest of Palatka starts following Magnolias lead!

Small eclectic cafe with great breakfast selections. There were 3 who ordered yummy fruit waffles, red neck omelet & biscuits with gravy. Booths & table service and take out. Reasonable prices.

Ate breakfast there 12/30/2019 Had a very tasty omelet, sausage patties were hand patted (not uniformly round like store bought), grits were great. Could not eat it all so brought it home. Excellent service. Its a 45 minute drive from home but wife & I will be back. Thanks

Stopped in for a late lunch this past Saturday. We didnt know what to expect but we were not disappointed! Well prepared delicious food and friendly service. My Mom had the classic eggs Benedict, she said it was the best shes had in a long time. I had the curry chicken salad on crossaint, it was so tasty.

The wait was very long for our order to be taken. We went during a work lunch so we were on a schedule. So after waiting for the food for awhile, we asked for our food to be boxed up to go because we had to get back to work. The lady working the register was extremely rude and mean to us. We never once complained, never threw a fit, just asked for our food to go. She said, and I quote “If you don’t have time to wait, you shouldn’t come eat here.” Well don’t worry. I won’t be back. Which is unfortunate because the food is quite good. But as long as she works there, I won’t be back. We did not deserve to be treated that way. What’s worse, is I am pretty confident that it was the owner that was so mean to us.

Ate here for the first time and it was really good. I had breakfast. Cute place and nice atmosphere. Would recommend to those with little ones and those who are looking to get a nice bite to eat. Good way to start your day.

Went to Magnolia cafe on Saturday for lunch.i had a turkey, tomato basil wrap. It was better than anything I have eaten out in a long time. Such a simple meal with fresh fruit as my side, even the fruit was outstanding. I give this little hole in the wall, A plus.Myra Graham

The food was good. How ever....2 things about my breakfast the toast was not completely done and it was cold also the real home Frys came out luke warm. I loved that you get real butter for the toast. Prices where real good and the amount of food you get was spot on. Just would work on having all food hot when sending it to the table.

Magnolia Cafe is amazing. The food is amazing, the coffee is amazing and the staff is super nice. We are in love with the Cuban sandwiches. My favorite is the vanilla ice coffee. Breakfast is even amazing. The bacon is outta this world amazing. If you have a chance swing by and try this place. You will not be disappointed, I promise.

The waitresses were a bit air headed.Dont go there to order the ordinary breakfast, its just breakfast.The home fries look way better than they actually taste.The 705 wrap was yummy.The potato salad was out of this world.The burger was extremely tasty!Hope this helps.

Was there for breakfast. Omelet was great. Came with home fries and a large biscuit. Fresh fruit was fresh. Only thing better than the food was the service. Ann Marie and Michael made sure we wanted for nothing. Prices were reasonable as well.

Food (burgers and a Benedict) was outstanding. Beautiful place for a tiny town. The service could have been better. An acknowledgment can go a long way when you first walk in and have never been there and have to wait and wait at a table where we werent sure we should sit at.

Charming small town eatery. Soft drinks are served in Mason jars. Some of the menu items are a bit fru-fru for my tastes, but they also have a decent patty melt.

Magnolia Cafe has the best brunch on weekends within a hundred mile radius from Saint Augustine. Their food is always fresh and organic...including the coffee and prepared by the Chef to perfection. I always enjoy going to this cafe and its ambience makes it cozy and comfortable. Well worth the drive no matter where you live, as this Cafe is a well kept secret that all the locals eat at all week long. Bon Appetite!

Drove an hour to try this place. Food was very good, the red neck benedict was on the money. Home fries were a little undercooked but I will travel there again because the biscuits and gravy were excellent. You can build your omelet, all in all very good.

I ate here with a couple colleagues on Monday the 7th. Lunch special was a roast beef dip and it was awesome. On the way to wash my hands I looked into the kitchen door and saw them slicing the fresh cooked beef. Nice to see a restuarant actually making fresh food. Both colleagues are regulars and they raved about the rueben and the fresh salads. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Ill definitely come back the next time Im in town.

Think twice about going here. My sunglasses were left on the table in a Ray Ban case. Waitress said she didnt see them. How do sunglasses in a case disappear from the table? I will not return. When I called to ask that they call should the glasses turned up....

Very limited menu. breakfast steak a challenge to chew and most not eaten. Would have much preferred a smaller but better cut of meat. Potato salad had no taste (not mustard based). We wont be back.

Very easy to find, and convenient to the access from the main through highways of Palatka. Curbside parking is available, but is not suitable for tractor trailer access. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant was tidy and well organized. Restrooms were clean and well stocked.This restaurant has an vintage-antique feel from old farm style tables to various antiques on display throughout. The restaurant has chalkboards throughout for doodling or just leaving your signature letting others know you have been there. We had breakfast on our visit; the food was prepared homestyle and came with generous helpings. There were four meals at our table, two were perfect, and two had problems; there was hair in the food on one plate with a side of water that came out brown, and raw eggs in the middle of an omlet on the other plate. Wait time for a seat was very low, but wait time for food was a little slower that average during a busy time. Prices are reasonable based on the plate size and food quality. Based on recommendation, we did drive thirty minutes to try the Magnolia Cafe for breakfast. This restaurant has a lot of potential, but will need significant improvements in the kitchen to be successful. Based on a 50/50 failure with our breakfast plates, we will not be returning the the Magnolia Cafe, as there are many competitors within a short drive to sample.

Pretty darn good fare for a local eatery. Shouldve asked for sliced tomatoes on my Grilled Cheese sandwich w/Tomato Basil soup. Desserts are homemade, too.

We recently went to a festival in Palatka, and were graciously given a space to do our Aura-Scanning and Essential Oil consultations, by our friends Tiffany and Jeff, inside their stones and crystals shop, The Hidden Gem.They recommended this place for lunch, and I must say, I wasnt disappointed.Simple old-school semi-victorian interiors...Spacious seating around circular tables, including spots next to 2 bay windows in the front.This place hands down has the best organic food in the area, and they even use glass jars and organic straws to serve drinks... 2 Thumbs up!!! 😌😇😊(P.s- We were lucky enough to meet and make friends with the owners later, who even took an Aura-Scanning+Essential oil consultation from us! ) 😌

This is a real gem hidden away in Old Palatka. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was excellent. I highly recommend checking it out. One of the few restaurants that actually gets how to make Grits right too!

Went there for breakfast this morning. After waiting more than 30 minutes for our food and noting that two tables that had come in after us were halfway through their meal, I asked the waitress why it was taking so long. She went to check and came back and said that because I had ordered pancakes that required a different and our order would take longer. Im like, What? I then saw her go to the station where they input the orders and put in an order and saw the cook take it off the machine in the kitchen. Id bet my bottom dollar that was our order just going in. If you screw up, just admit, apologize and go on, but do not lie to me. When she finally brought our food out, my pancakes were covered with strawberry slices (which was not noted on the menu). I told her I did not ask for strawberries and she told me that on the weekend the pancakes always have strawberries on them. Another lie, because we have eaten there quite frequently and I have never had my pancakes served this way. I am highly allergic to strawberries, so trust me, I would remember. I really felt that at least one of our meals should have been comped, but she did not offer to. Dont think I will be going back any time soon. The food is good, but the service sucks.
