Excellent curbside service. The young woman was polite, respectful, and helpful. Clearly they care about their patrons. She wore a mask- PROPERLY- and even wore gloves. I am so grateful to feel that I can safely shop curbside at this location. Thank you!
Very helpful service! Had Christine&Felisity help me find what I needed and assisted me in returning an item I did not mean to order! Felisity even helped me sign up for rewards and helped me to understand how they work, and the chair protection plan I got with this purchase will definitely come in handy with my clumsy self and my animals! Seems they’ve hired better staff this go around some of the last ones were inattentive and rude, almost made me want to quit coming to this store!
This is the primary office supply store in our area. They offer office furniture, paper, computers, and everything else you may need for your home or work office. They offer printing services for mass prints, business cards, or large prints. The staff is helpful with finding anything you may need too!
We needed to print out a few blueprint drawings. When researching online if Staples could do this I was pleased to discover I could electronically send the files to Staples. I was a little skeptical as I couldn’t ask any questions but it said 100% guaranteed satisfaction. So I placed the order. We received email notification that our copies were ready (hours earlier than scheduled). Upon pickup I examined our copies. They were perfect. And inexpensive. Had we had our architect make an addition copy it would have costs us quadruple the price. The printer area associate was helpful and explained their process. Excellent service.
I went into the store looking for a chair to purchase. I found a chair that worked for me, so I looked it up on Amazon. I showed it to the cashier, and they would not price match it. $80 difference.Since they would not price match the chair, I simply ordered it online. No big deal, right? Well, here’s where things get interesting. Staples delivery truck drops off the chair on my porch the next day.Why in the heck would they waste my time, their employees’ time, gas, vehicle wear and tear just to let a 3rd party get most of the profit I would assume. That’s asinine. Just bad business practice in general.This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this store. They always find a way to waste my time. So if you don’t care about overpaying and getting messed around, then check out Staples.Edit: I was out of town for the weekend and just got back today. I finally put together the chair Staples sent me. The back support cover on it is all busted up. Must have been from all of their careful shipping and handling for less than 5 miles. That’s great. I get another broken product from Staples that they most likely won’t replace. At least this time it was only a cosmetic issue.
I mostly use this store as an Amazon returns drop off. They are always very helpful and polite.
Gage is very nice and he helped my parents out tremendously. They have never had to return anything and he made it very easy. He made sure they had the proper paperwork to prove to amazon it was returned. I would shop here anytime with how helpful they are. It was a broken Jimmy Buffet record so they could get their new one, which meant a lot to them.
Came in to change something on a business card. I have done this before 2 times. The lady at the copy center said she can’t do it. I told her I have done it before at this store, that I drive a hour to get to, twice before. She won’t even pull up the card on the computer and try. The manager comes over and I tell her what’s going on and she still won’t do anything about it. She is very unprofessional Or unskilled on what she does. I hope everyone reads this and goes to another place to get your cards made. I’m supposed to be at a job in 30 min and need these cards and I’m still sitting here waiting on something to happen. I am being ignored.
I went it to get some shipping labels printed yesterday and the print area was quite busy for mid-day on a Wednesday. The Print Manager, Dakota was beyond helpful! She was very attentive, took care of everyone in a timely manner and very polite. Retail places need more employees to offer this friendly customer service to their customers.
Amanda was so wonderful to me, I was on the clock ran to get office supplies and my petty cash fell out of my pocket I was devastated and freaked out left to go see if I lost it somewhere else another customer found it after I left and turned it in she called me because she had saved the receipt with my rewards info on it to tell me it had been found!! She was amazing from start to finish!! Wish there were more people like her!!

Avoid this store!! Poor service - dismissive, unresponsive and rude employees. After nearly 20 years of shopping there and buying printers, computers and office equip. for my business and personal use, Im done.As I attempted to explain that my shipping problem had been solved by others in this store in the past the clerk refused to listen, told me to go somewhere else and just walked away. Its inconvenient to take my business elsewhere but as a customer that is the only way I know that my concern is addressed. Good help is hard to find so I wish them luck because I doubt I will be the last customer she drives away from their door.
I went in to the store to have a couple of letters printed off the phone and was there just a few minutes and then I was going to Post office. Fast, respectful young lady helping me was very incredibly good at her job. Awesome experience !!!

This store used to be so helpful in their printing department. Now they have ladies that just sit there and when asked to help, they tell you they cant do what you need and dont offer any alternatives. The cashier was more helpful than the people that were supposed to know.
I went into the store to buy a laptop today July 3rd and I was talking on my phone while inside the store. I stood in the computer area for about 10 minutes and no one asked if I needed anything, so I walked to the front of the and asked for help as the manager was walking pass me. She immediately stated youre on your phone. I said and I know what I want. I pointed out the computer that I wanted she looked at it and walked away without saying a word. I waited in the computer area for about ten minutes thinking that she was going to return. Well she said never did. I walked to the front of the store while still on my phone and saw her standing at the and I stated I guess I cant buy the computer, and the young man at the desk turned around and looked at the manager. She looked at me and stated you are on your phone. I became very upset and didnt buy anything. I then asked her if there was a rule that says you cant buy a computer while youre on your phone. She said no, but I didnt want to interrupt you, I was raised not to interrupt people. My question is how are you interupting me when I asked for help? I will never purchase anything from staples again and will tell everyone that will listen about this.
The employees here are always helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoy going here because I always get the help I need.

Previously I had written I had several poor experiences with this branch. Since that post, Staples Palatka has undergone management changes that have improved service. Travis, the General Store Manager, seems to really care about customer experience and goes above and beyond for their customers. Thank you Staples Palatka for listening to customers! Kudos!
One of your average supply stores. They have a large selection of goods and the staff is pretty friendly. They do need more staff at times. The place is well lit and clean.
I were unable to do something that was very important to me and staples was very helpful they got it done.

My recent experience with you Palatka, FL store was unsatisfactory. I dropped my laptop off on Friday 3/29/13 with intentions of purchased Office 13 to have it installed on my laptop because I have Windows 8 on my system. The tech (Mike) seemed very helpful so thinking things would happen. I also purchased a printer. He also agreed that when I come to pick my computer up that I would get assistance in loading my email account. It was suppose to be ready on the following Monday. Monday computer was not ready I had to call them twice to get this information instead me getting a courteous call. Ok, Tuesday I get a call say it was ready. So after I get off work to pick up my laptop, and we begin completing my installation we run into problems; 1) person helping me is not tech support, 2) could not get Office to load on laptop. 3) email not setup on my laptop. 4) trying to assist with something I didnt know about (which was the purpose of paying to have it done. 5) sitting in the store a hour or maybe more and leaving with my laptop pretty much as I brought it in. Well I was able to load the printer. I work from 8-5 in another town, which I told the tech on Friday. I had a paper that I needed to turn in by 5 p.m. today, I thought I would have had my laptop back with what I asked for, but that was not the case. The store refunded my program fee, but I had to tell them that, thats what was gonna happen. Now I have purchased the Office 13 program, which I cant seem to load....
