Disappointed in this store. Stood for 8 mins waiting for someone to come out to cash out my purchases. Walked to the back on the “break area” and there was nobody. Stood a little longer and said aloud “HELLO?”. Finally called the store while I was in there and some kid ran from outside in and said he’s been there the whole time. Flash forward to today and I have called 4 times since the opening hour of the store and can’t get any answer. This location has very poor management and staff.

Love this place definitely worth going. Theres something that can benefit you guaranteed if you are looking for a healthier life. Do your research and find what benefits you the most and the guys that work there are helpful and good dudes. The one in Palatka I can speak for. Good dudes. But good luck and stay safe and healthy! Best GNC I have been too!! And just FYI, for those complaining about not being refunded without a receipt, mayne you would of know if you didnt throw it away! I always keep my receipts!!!

Just tried to stop by at 11:15am and lights on, but no employees and doors locked. Google and store sign say open at 10am. Tried calling and no one is answering calls.

On January 12, 2018 I bought some pre workout (C4 from Cellucor) from the GNC in Palatka, Fl. Upon opening it the next day, I found that it was as solid as a rock and not usable. I returned to the store 2 days later and was told that i could not exchange it because I no longer had my receipt. In 2018, who does this? I have never been to another store of any kind that refused to take back merchandise that was unsatisfactory in any way, with or without a receipt. I even offered to show the bank transaction to them but they still refused. I cannot believe that GNC would treat their customers this way. I will never set foot in another GNC ever and I will tell everyone I know that they shouldnt either! I hope that stealing my $50 was worth it GNC!

Sunday, Nov 19th... GNC in Palatka should have been open at noon. However at 12:25 PM, after a 35 min drive for me, they were not open. Very frustrating.... One hour trip for nothing.
