Jess is super sweet and helpful. Also, very reassuring and knowledgeable to all questions I asked.

The staff is polite. The unit cost me a sleeper sofa and an all leather love seat because the roof pour water right into my unit, but they were quick to tell me they are not responsible and i should have purchased rental insurance.

This is a great storage unit! They have trucks and all sorts of moving supplies to help you in your move . ive never used a unit before this month but its been great so far . hopefullly we wont need it much longer, but if we do i know my belongings will be safe .

It is very clean and no bugs. The manager and employee s are very nice.

Very nice people both at the front desk and in the field.. I would hire them in a minute :) The main gate is broken but is supposed to be repaired but they have an on-site live in that took away any anxiety. We had a small issue with the gate that Jose came flying (on his golf cart to fix) and once I learned to step on the door the issue was solved! Great team, clean storage, good location.

Be careful !!! I bought an abandoned storage unit at auction. pay a good amount for storage. opened the unit i saw a lot of lost boxes. I was robbed !!! and the manager did not answer my questions. no one called me back. Be very careful when leaving take photos of your stuff

This was a painless experience! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, they took time to explain the units and sizes and prices as I was unsure of exactly what I wanted. I look foward to using this place for a long term facility

Ive had multiple units with Champion for 4months now and only have great things to say. The staff is wonderful. Jose is always on site and willing to help with anything you need. These are the most friendly people you will ever meet and I feel my belongings are in completely safe hands.Update - Ive now been with Champion for a few years and couldnt be happier. Jessi just consolidated several of my units into 1 larger 1 and Jose took time out of his day to help me move and get set up in the new unit. You wont find better staff anywhere... Been a customer there for 5 years and loyalty doesnt mean a thing to this buisness. They locked me out of my unit for a mear $15.00 when the whole time the fault lied with their paperwork. Do be cautious when dealing with them. I have since took my business over too Discount mini Storage. On a personal note the one that answered my call was extremely rude and also lied to me when I asked if another employee was working so I may speak to him.

Tabitha was very kind and helpful. Was going through a lot and she made everything so easy. From helping me find the right size storage unit to renting the Uhaul truck. She explained everything to where it was easily understandable. The grounds keeper/maintenance guy Jose was also very helpful and friendly. Both greeted me with smiles and friendly conversation while we were doing paperwork. Would deffinatly recomend them to family and friends. Thanks so much!

Went in saturday morning needing a Uhaul and a unit MS. Tabitha hooked me up with a great deal on both. Was professional the whole time i was there no matter what happened. Got me a great unit at a great price.

Staff are extremely friendly and it is a great location. Very pleased with everything. Rent goes up a small amount each year but it goes up no matter what storage you use.

Tabitha was Very friendly & nice throughout the whole process. The uhaul was nice & clean with no problems. If you ever need a uhaul please be sure to use champion storage. Once again you guys are the best so far & will rent from you if needed in the near future 😊

Being in the military, I have used a lot of storage facilities and the help I have received from Mrs. Bonnie, Jessica, and William, was well above just simple customer service. It was second nature for them to cater to all of my needs without hesitation, even after closing hours. They even helped me find a last minute hotel, since my apt wasnt ready when we arrived. Thank you Champion Self Storage for chosing a great team. And thank you Mrs. Bonnie, Jessica, and William for everything.

Do not get a unit near the retention pond area.They do not pay for claims for mold and mildew and have very bad customer service through claims dept. Over all storage manager was great and helpful. But will not deal with this company again .

Ive been using them for a while now. If Im going to be late Ill call to let them know. Its never been a problem. Well I moved two hours away and have been paying over the phone to uhaul because this is the number given to you to pay online. I havent had a problem till now. I went down two days ago to pull stuff from my storage unit. I lost my keys so I asked them to cut the locks. They said it would be a $25 fee. Its my lock not theirs. I say nevermind Ill go buy bolt cutters and do it myself. They say I cant do this. So I cant get into my unit unless I pay them. I call the police to speak with an officer. He said theres nothing they could do with the police if I decide to cut my lock. He said he would call the storage place. He calls me back and tells me its in the policy we signed. He said by law you wouldnt be breaking any laws if I cut it. He said but they could sue you for breaking policy and have me removed from property for tresspassing. What?? I just want my stuff. Im living in a motel and I needed my stuff to sell it off for money. The policeman told me its not worth it because he can see them charging me for a whole new door and making up bullcrap to get more money out of me. So I decided not to do it. Today is the 1st. My payment was made online like last month and I never had a problem. Now they call me saying I have to come in and sign for my payment. What?? Im 2hrs away and now for some reason you need my signature for my payment but didnt last month?? She told me we will double lock it till then. This place is ridiculous. Also there is mildew and mold all over my stuff from moisture in my unit from the pond near it. They will not be held responsible for that either. This place is a joke. Bonnie the resident manager is nice till you upset her. Then shes rude as hell. Its unbelievable that my storage unit is being double locked when its been paid for and they are demanding my signature.
