My sister was in the store I was on the telephone.The ;service agent was so kind to send me pictures of the items as we made our selections.We were shown care !Delivery person arrived with smiles.The delivery on time and set up was efficient, placed perfectly with no scratches! The furniture is so beautiful, sturdy and comfortable.Shipping bolts for washing machine was notremoved during installation, this caused the machine to move erratically in the spin mode. I called Ivans, maintenance came next day and removed bolts.The only safety measures I highly recommend is that mask and shoe coverings be worn during inside deliveries.When look for home goods I recommend giving Ivans Furniture and staff a visit!Thanks you Ivans Furniture

Ordering process was quick and easy. I was in a rush and they got what I needed the next day. I was called to pickup the following day. I asked 3 times to see if there was someone there that could help me with tying it down since I didnt have a truck. They said no problem. The guy assured me that he would have it fixed up for my short drive. He tied it down and I was on my way. Then, I had to pull over twice within a mile since I was about to lose my order. I then had to go back and have him redo it. Where the second time he told me he couldnt figure out how to secure it without it moving around. I finally suggested we try to get it in the back of the vehicle and we were able to get inside. In the end, it worked out but if you have time, go with the delivery option.i

Easy to order online and had the sectional couch delivered with no issues. Easy set up by the staff. Excellent purchase and this is a very comfortable piece and will return to look at other pieces. Nice staff and very professional!

Laura and her group were absolutely amazing. I had bought a bed off of Facebook Marketplace. (Never again!!!) Long story short, bed was missing several pieces, mattress ended up having water damage, etc.... Laura helped me find a great mattress and then had the rails for me. My daughter was very happy because she had her new bed and I was happy because everything worked out. Ivan Smith has been our furniture store for the past 15 or so years. They are amazing!!

We ended up getting extra ordered material and charged about $400 more then we should have been but in delivery their guy noticed the error and called it in for us a refund which was awesome right before Christmas. Really appreciate the observance, honesty and the refund. All staff from start to finish were extra and went above and beyond. Ivans has always been good to us. The only thing that could be better is military discount year round not just one day in which we missed so there is no military discount. Any other time I walk out and dont have business with a place I feel at that point doesnt support our military. Ivans, the militarys service is something to consider.

Bought several different things, this time two beds. Which was a easy and as always priced right.2021 Lauren made it so easy to get my handle on my couch fixed. Came out and installed a new pull lever. Couch is well out of warranty, but always taking care of us. THANK YOU

I cant get over how great the customer service was over the phone. I called to place an order for a new bed and some nightstands but I noticed the price was different on the receipt than was advertised on their website. I called back a few days later to verify the right things had been ordered and of course they were but a simple price adjustment needed to be made which I swear took less than a minute over the phone. Super nice people and refreshing to deal with. Highly recommend this place!

Sharon, helped so much. I bought the oversized sofa and chair along with the ottoman. I did a special order. Looked at this set many times even picked out a fabric last spring, unfortunately that fabric had been discontinued. Sharon however graciously helped with my new choices.Now that it has been delivered, set up especially in time for the holidays. I am beyond pleased, it is absolutely beautiful.My husband, who usually has no comments or on any other occasion, would say it’s a couch, so what, you sit on it. We had a wonderful experience with Ivan Smith. We were in a rush to meet a deadline and they were able to have our island delivered in just three days!! I buy most of my furniture here. They have decent prices and have something for every taste. If your credit is good their credit card program is unbelievably good here. They are easy to return items to if something is broken or damaged and they dont mind assisting you to load up heavy items. They dont pressure you to buy items and have no problem helping you find the perfect peice. Friendly people, good products, and a great location.

Absolutely love the staff, when the wife and I go shopping we feel like family, they are very patient and helpful in all aspects and honest, prices are great and the selection is good, compared to the other furniture places here in town you don’t get that “cheap stuff” feeling, they will work with you to help choose what you are looking for in be it furniture or appliances, even when coming in to pay your bill your greeted with a smile by everyone. They will deliver and set up and clean up behind them when done, the delivery guys are very professional and courteous, never have I heard them complain of anything. I will sometimes go shopping at the Tyler store only to contact the Palestine store to get what I am shopping for because I know the people working in the Palestine store will do a better job.

Altho I did have an issues with the delivery Not satisfied at all but that was Tyler who delivered not Palestine was not pleased one bit with their delivery merchandise was left at my front door outside they did not attempt to put my merchandise in my home luckily my husband was home for lunch if not my merchandise would have been stuck outside for about 5hrs

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I found a bedroom set I wanted online, sent an inquiry and Ashley contacted me as soon as possible with what I needed. Went to the store a few hours later, got to see it in person and did the paperwork in a short time and walked out very happy. I got more than I went in for but it was definitely worth it. It takes a few days to get it sometimes but they deliver it and set it up for you. I would recommend this store and the salesperson named Ashley to anyone looking for a hassle free furniture shopping experience.
