The staff is very attentive and helpful. There was a concern regarding the mounting and balancing of new tires on my 2500 pickup. The staff responded with a positive attitude and addressed the concern in a timely manner. Pleased with results and look forward to continued business with them.

Been trading with Discount tire for over 12 years in different cities. they do a good job. fairly good at competitive pricing. I like the lifetime balance and rotate. will continue to trade there. waiting time is sometimes long and once in a great while theyover tighten a lug and twist the stud, but theymake it right by replacing the stud and finishing the job.

They fix flats for free, which is amazing, and they try to sell you new tires, as expected.You may not want to simply take their word that you need new tires asap. In my experience, they sometimes say your tires are worse than other places say they are, so you may need three opinions before you figure out how long they might actually last.Sometimes there is a long wait, but theyre very upfront about it, and usually very accurate about how long the wait will be.

Brought a company vehicle to get tires checked and really glad I did bc the lug nuts were loose. Brandon took really good care of me and I feel much safer on the road now. From now on I will bring my personal vehicle here. They certainly earned themselves a new customer!!!’

I’m just here trying to save some other people from wasting their time and money at the new discount tire in Palestine. I will not be doing business with his store again. We had two bad tires that we bought from here that had 37,000 miles on them. They had two flat spots and one was worn completely uneven. The tires were separating and they would not honor the warranty on them. We have ten dually pickups and every other time we have had tires with manufacturer defects we have had the tires replaced free of charge but not from discount tire. It’s funny how you go to discount tire to pay more for tires then anywhere else and get all the warranty and road hazard stuff then they won’t honor it. I was so happy that Palestine was getting a discount tire but now it’s just a store I will pass by to go somewhere else to buy tires. On top that I bought two tires Since I was there and in a hurry and the guy had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to spend the extra $60 for all the warranty and road hazard stuff. I laughed and said I might not be the smartest guy but I’m not that stupid to be shafted again so I told him no thank you I don’t like throwing my money away when you don’t honor your product. The worst part is I could’ve gone right down the road and saved $100 on the two tires at another shop. So buyers beware of their scams.

This place is amazing. Called in for a tire rotation and they said come on in. Checked in at 240. Out the door 15 min later. I’m used to the discount tire in rio rancho New Mexico and this is a breath of fresh air. Fast and hard workers here. Definitely come here if you want a good job and fast job. Polite and efficient. Very satisfied.

As much as I can, I try to support local businesses. Extenuating circumstances left me in a position where I had to buy tires from another of this chains locations. Since then, Ive been going to this location for follow-up service. Every interaction Ive had with this shop has been impressive. The staff is courteous, efficient, and professional.

I went in to get some air in my tires and the gentleman asked me about my front tires. Knowing that they were close to replacement, I asked about a ballpark quote for replacing them. He ran in, got the price and ran back. I did go into the store to talk details and was immediately greeted. We have been buying our wheels and tires from Discount Tires for over 25 years and have never been disappointed. We may have to wait on occasion, we will be getting our next tires from Discount Tires.

Courtious staff with prompt service. First discount tire where I order tires online and when I go to get them installed they didnt try and add on the price with this and that and try to sell me on something else. I would be giving 5 start but on my back driver side tire I guess they broke my valve stem or the air sensor off when installing and didnt put back on my valve cover that were the nitrogen filled with the green tips. And they never told me about replacing the valve stem. So now I have 3 mismatched valve stem covers and 1 mismatched valve stem. But other than that great experience.

I am unhappy with this store. I told them to leave my TPMS sensor alone, DO NOT REBUILD! They did not listen to me, did it anyway. But if you look at the pic the installer was lazy. The yellow dot is where you are supposed to put the stem so it balances better. But no, it is not anywhere near it. So they end up putting a bunch of weights on it to correct the imbalance they have caused. Its not right, and it is just lazy on their part. So they rebuild my sensors, and alas they are not working. I did not want them to mess with them, but they did not listen to what I asked, and it is in writing. I am not happy with the outcome so far. Fords are a pain in the but, but they did not make anything easier...

However all of the employees were so nice to us at this Palestine location! They were polite, helpful and fast! Their prices were great too! When we get rims and tires this is the only place we will go from now on! Their customer service is excellent! I would highly recommend this discount tire to anyone!! Also, the store manager was really great! We are very impressed. Years ago we had a terrible experience with a discount tire at a different location so we said we would never go back to one. They were fast, courteous and professional. We blew a tire while visiting the area for a wedding. Although they couldnt change and rotate all the tires until the afternoon, they quickly got us in to replace the blown tire so we could get to the wedding on time.

The workers were very friendly and welcoming. I ended up blowing out two tires, and they were able to quickly get me new ones and fix it up. I also needed to go to a concert that night, so the guys actually let us leave the car there overnight so we could get going in a different vehicle while they worked on mine. The prices were fair as well. Not something I would have liked to pay, but what can you do when you need to replace two tires and deal with labor costs? They definitely did a great job and I really appreciate their help.

If you are looking to wait several hours this is the place. Well have you out in 15 minutes turned into 3 hours for a tire patch. Do not recommend this location to anyone.

From the moment I pulled up I knew it was going to be great. I parked my car and immediately a guy named Trevor came out to ask what he could do to help me. Everyone was so nice. They treated me like royalty and the whole environment was just extremely pleasant. I ended up finding out I had a nail in my tire and they fixed me up just like new. I am not looking forward to anymore nails being in my tires but if I need anything to do with my tires. I will surely be going back to this tire shop. Trust me you will be very pleased. This poor rating is not for the Palestine store in particular, but to the Discount Tire operation as a whole. I have been dealing with Discount Tire for about 35 years or so, beginning in the eastern Dallas area in the 1980s. Soon after that, Tyler got a store and I started dealing with their branch. Now Palestine has one. Over the past several years, for some reason, Discount never wants to fix flats. They will tell you that “this tire is not repairable.” They are the only tire chain that I hear this from. My wife’s car is all wheel drive, therefore needs all the tread to be pretty close in treadwear to avoid ruining the drive train. A few months back, she got a flat on the edge of the tread near the edge of the sidewall. Discount would not fix it. I went down the street to a local tire store and they fixed it with no problem. This was the third or fourth time that exact scenario has played out in the past few years. Today, we have another nail in that same tire. This time in the dead center of the tread, nowhere near either sidewall. Discount said they won’t fix this one because it has a “bad plug“ that someone else put in, at least a foot away from the new nail. This is not the first or second or even third time I’ve heard this from Discount in the past five years or so. (Lots of flats courtesy of someone who recently roofed a house and didn’t bother being careful when they hauled away the scraps, roof tacks all over the road!) My coworkers keep telling me to quit dealing with Discount, but I have been doing business with them for several decades and it has been hard to want to change. I have about half the tread life left on this set of high dollar Perrelli‘s, and with all wheel drive, I don’t want 1 new tire and 3 half used tires which could and probably would ruin the drivetrain. As much as I hate to, I will be ending my 35 years of being a valued customer with Discount Tire, anyone have any good suggestions?

If you get to tire with them they will fix it for free if you have a flat tire.

I had a nail in one of the 6 tires, I bought at another Discount Tire, 3 years ago, for my truck. They replaced the tire, and rotated and balanced all of the tires. Zero hassle, great customer service. I recommend them over anything else. Not only do they have great deals and warranties, but if you want something they dont normally carry, theyll get it. Also if you buy from them, theyll offer you free services on other vehicles youre driving such as a U-Haul. If youre going to spend money on tires, get something that will keep you going when times get tough, and why not a good deal too. They are very good at time management, I never have to wait long.

This store went out of its way to make me happy. I ordered the tires and made an appointment online because they didnt have the tires I wanted in stock. One of the employees gave me a courtesy call to let me know the tires came in to the store. I showed up at the store to find a very courteous staff. They were offering free bottled water to customers. Im the kind of person that likes to watch the work going on with my vehicle. They have a huge window wall in the customer waiting area to the workshop area. It has a bar with charging stations. They knocked my order out very quickly and went above and beyond on my order. This kind of service is rare these days and I was glad to see its not totally gone.

This place is the best tire shop Ive been too. They couldnt repair my flat, and I couldnt afford a new tire right then. They sold me a new tire for $30 since that is what I could afford right then. Was making my way back home after a lengthy trip. Had a flat and figured Id stop here and get it repaired. They wouldnt fix it because they are a tire repair and install facility without the proper parts to do it. Of course they wanted to sell me a new tire. Had to wait till i got back home and had it repaired without hesitation by a local shop.

I love Discount Tire. I worked for them in the late 70s-80s in Michigan. Good place to purchase tires and wheels.

I just left Discount Tires and let me tell you... they provided me with the best customer service when it comes to buying tires. Tyler, Tim, Trevor, and The other guys went above and beyond to make sure I left there with great satisfaction. They are not about selling you tires or selling you something you don’t need. They are about customer service and giving you a fair price. I could say customer service is better than at Chick Fil A... Well maybe not better because they don’t sell chicken but pretty close! I recently bought tires at my dealers and at Discount Tire they were willing to fix my tire free of charge when my dealer wouldn’t. I bought 4 tires, they replaced all my wheel lug nuts free of charge since they were damaged, and they also gave me a credit on my old tires since they didn’t last “60,000 miles” as advertised but 1/3 of that and they needed to be replace already. Did I mention my dealer didn’t do anything for me? I am definitely doing all my business with DT from now on. Up to 20% discount or $70.00-$100.00 mail in rebate this weekend depending on the tire brand you get. Thanks DT Team!
