I’ve been taking a very simple bp medication for 2 years and have never had a problem getting it until I tried the Walgreens in Palestine. My prescription is for a 90 day supply and they gave me five pills the first time, four the second and after 9 days I still don’t have the prescription filled. All I get is that the prescription has been ordered and this last time trying to talk to someone I was on hold for fifteen minutes before they hung up on me. So tomorrow I get to go without my medication and needless to say will be dropping the Palestine Walgreens as a source for anything.

Went to print a document and the lady that works there says she dont know how. That is literally all she does.

DON’T COME HERE!!! I have been using my Medicaid insurance without any problems since moving here when today I was turned away and the lady was incredibly condescending and rude when she told me they apparently haven’t taken Medicaid for over 2 years?! Absolute lie. Staff is incredibly unprofessional and you will never see me or my family here again. Staff also don’t know how to talk to people with respect.

The folks that work in the photo department are friendly and professional.

Clean store was able to find what was needed fairly quick. Was greeted as we walked in and while checking out the cashier was very nice.

Walgreens never has enough employees to work. I’m always waiting around. My pictures were messed up, I had to go and return them, of course they didn’t have anyone to help them so I waited for 30 min for them to tell me they can’t fix them right now. So now I have to go back, again. Really annoyed.From Beth

This Walgreens is trash. Just trash. They are rude, slow and incompetent.The employees are a nightmare, the environment is unkempt, and the prices are not worth the frustration/irritation you are guaranteed to experience if you go there.

Seriously everytime my mom comes for her medicine which is every couple days they are always out of some of her medicine! Literally everytime! So she has to keep coming back everyday to get medicine that they are out of!!

Personally, I dont feel this one star is deserved. The girl working the drive thru window, Tara, has a serious attitude problem! I received the text that my prescriptions were ready for pickup at 11 am. I came to town at 2 pm for pick up, and she told me it would be 30-45 mins. I politely said ok, and went to run a few errands. 20 mins later I received another text they were ready for pick up. I go through the line, and she tell me I told you another 30-45 mins, not 20... I tell her I received ANOTHER text that they were ready, she informed me no they are not. 10 mins later I get the text again, I go through the line, put my phone to the glass showing her I got ANOTHER text for pick up, she rudely says, yeah, because I just went and did it for you! As shes rolling her eyes at me. Not professional at all, extremely rude, and completely unnecessary. If youre going to have people like this working the window, youre going to lose quite a bit of business.

The pharmacist was very accommodating when the cashier lost my prescription and coupon and gave me someone elses perscription. This will be the last time I use this Walgreens. Their service has gotten terrible.

Pharmacy made us pay as uninsured when we had insurance coverage. Pharmacy said OUR insurance card expired. Insurance card does not have expiration date. All would be resolved with one call which they would not make. This location is the worst Walgreens ever. Scamming hardworking folks out of their money is the lowest of low. Too bad in a small town like this there are not more locations to choose from. Store literally makes us sick.

Pharmacist is always available to talk and go over all details of each new prescription. Staff is always very friendly.

Went to try to fill a controlled drug there and its from HOUSTON MD ANDERSON CANCER CENTER and they wouldnt fill it because its too far. What a joke!!! I wont step back in there.

The workers where so serious,they didnt offer me any help on what I needed.Even in some moments they where being a little bit mean I also had a offer in my card and they just told me that I couldnt pass it and they didnt even tried to help they just ignore it they didnt even told me an explanation for that I would want to know why do you put offers if its not gonna be valid.
