Scott Whitley is the MAN! Ive sent many customers his way that were looking for a little more than what I could offer them, and his customer service is second to none (well maybe one..lol). Being that we are in the same business, to juice another companies reviews are not highly applauded by most owners, but, take that as a reflection of the service you will receive if even I cant help but to give positive feedback!!
The dealership may be a great place, but as for Cole Collins, he is a very unprofessional salesman that must get off on yelling and cussing at his customers! Very disappointed and very upset how my female fiance was treated and disrespected by Cole Collins! We personally hope he loses his job and never works with the public again!

I went there to look for a car. I was not sold on buying one just looking. The manager Scott Whitley personally worked with me and took his time to make sure we could work out a deal. The whole staff is friendly and professional. I would recommend anyone go there to buy a vehicle.
Wont return phone calls
I bought a brand new 2019 GMC and had it had about 3000 miles on the vehicle. I found a bubble on the side door panel. I took it to the dealership and spoke with Matt ( I think that was his name) but they were the manager of the service department. He took pictures of the door and told me he would have to send it to the area manager and he would get back to me. I waited two weeks and he made no contact with me. I stopped by the dealership again. He took more pictures and said the area manager needed more pictures. I waited another two weeks and no call was made to me. I stopped again by the dealership and he looked at it again and took more pictures. At this time I was 4 weeks into trying to get the panel replaced. I said it had been 4 weeks and I wanted it fixed. I told him it should be under warranty. He was very sarcastic and replied well repair it and loose the $600 it cost. At that time went went in and spoke with Mr Lindsey and expressed my feeling. He came out and looked at it and took pictures. He told me that he would have the part in 2 days and someone would call me. Well 2 weeks went by and no call so I call them. Mr Lindsey said the (Matt) said he had tried to call me (LIE). Please let me add Mr Lindsey did not ever know who I was. I had to describe what was happening again. He sent me to Matt and Matt hung up on me and i then called back and he finally help me and set my appointment for the next week. So after almost 8 weeks of trying to get this panel change out on a BRAND new vehicle I got the panel. Again I am not sure Matt is the name of the service manager. But I do know it was service manager. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS BEFORE ESPECIALLY WITH A BRAND NEW VEHICLE. This dealership is NOT the place to do business with. I WILL NOT go back.

I believe I commented on the wrong section the first time unless my comment was taken down. I said Bacon Auto Plex is down right dirty. They took almost a year to fix my family truck which left us walking miles to get to work which is how I make my payments. The people who work here are rude and make me feel uncomfortable. They dont even greet you when you walk in they just sit around and stare at you until you say Excuse me Could you assist me?. Its unprofessional and they should be embarrassed I will never do business here again.

Our Tahoe broke down shortly after we passed through Palestine on a family road trip. I called and two of the mechanics actually drove out to where my family and I were broken down! We limped the truck back to their shop; they fixed it right away and got us back on the road. While we waited, everybody there was super nice to my kids. I cant recommend these guys enough!

Went into service department. Man behind counter said what y’all want. I told him we needed a blinker bulb for a Camero. He said we will put it in tomorrow it’s going to take over an hour to replace. I told him that was unacceptable because we live so far away. I said ok we just need the bulb at which time we were told we would have to come back tomorrow because it is a lengthy difficult process. His attitude was horrible and such a smarty pants. We left, went to Auto Zone where the nice guy got the bulb we needed, AND let me borrow needle nose pliers and within 5 minutes I had the bulb in and it put back together AND I AM A GIRL!!!!!! You say it doesn’t matter but it mattered to the jerk behind the service counter at Chevy dealer. He acted like we were total dumb butts cause we were girls. Smh won’t go back.

Called this morning to speak with the GM Gregg and he basically said since my complaint sounded like I wasnt coming back no need to change anything I have notified General Motors and having this dealership looked into there is just no way this can be acceptable for the people of this town that are basically being forced to put up with such terrible customer service and I know this 1 out of a 100 bad review may not not mean much to them but hopefully it lets other know not to buy here at this dealership.
A Chevrolet dealership that does not accept warranties sold by other Chevrolet dealerships. Bad business there. Also, telling customers you would get to their vehicle that day, and a day later, telling them you wont be able to get to it until the next morning. Serious waste of peoples time. Im glad I took my car to J&R Automotive instead.
