Hit a curb coming into town, bent wheel and blew out tire! I had a spare and a jack, but no way to take tire off or put spare on... its raining and cold, I walk to Car Co in Hopes they have a jack I can borrow and they did better than that! The owner introduced me to his mechanic and without hesitation, the mechanic sent 2 of his guys to do my tire and bring car here! Its not everyday that people help to help... I will definitely recommend to everyone! A+... 5 stars...

Got fired for absolutely nothing.. after the lead mechanic came in yelling and screaming over something that had nothing to do with me. Went above and beyond for them and instead of them seeing the problem and fixing it they got rid of the person that wouldn’t put up with the disrespect!! Good luck to anyone trying to work there!

The owner and receptionist is great I purchased car the stood behind it I purchased vehicle used before had problems had take CARE of it myself but car co has been great Shure the added on my payment on repairs but sometimes I never had the money do it myself so I do appreciate that I buy again from them singed a satisfied 5star customer

If I could give negatives I would. Dishonest as they come, cars are all salvage title and flood damage. They dont disclose this even though it is illegal. Many many other illegal activities going on but Langdon has connections in the city. The DA is his childhood babysitter and hes got attorneys, police, and City officials in his pocket. I helped him aquire some unknowingly. They encouraged me to bring my toddler daughter to work with me knowing and not disclosing that the foreman is a sexual preditor and has been in prison for it. They lie about the reasons I no longer work with them and I had to leave my home because of stalking by this company

Ive gone to every dealership in palestine to find a vehicle and no one would even dare to work with me because of my credit score. As soon as I walked in to Car Co, I felt like I could walk away with something. And I did! I had been in an accident with a car that was discontinued and Langdon helped me choose my new car! I was less than a payment behind. And they repoed it. Mechanic told me that the owner ran it into the ground and was broke. I had everything worked out with the owner but mechanic said he didnt care what the owner and I had worked out, and that I could not get the car back. Dont buy here
