This company is family owned. My propane heater didn’t work. My husband checked our gauge and it said 30. However, we have no hot water. We called Sumrall and they came out and changed the gauge and informed us they would no longer be able to service us because we have been out so many times. They claim their insurance says they can’t service after so many outages. Last time they were here, the guy mentioned the gauge. They have done a leak test only once. They have NEVER even mentioned being cut off due to being out. I pay for the services, leak test and gauge replacement just for them not to service. There are three adults and two kids and they just say to call another company. I thought East Texas was better than this.
