Always have great customer service here. Shawn the store manager is always professional and friendly. Ms Pam & the rest of the staff are very helpful. If they dont have what I need they will do everything they can to find it and give me the very best prices they can.

Amazing Customer Service, they are quick to greet customers upon walking in and always egger to help find product. If it is not stock on the shelf they will quickly have it ordered and typically in by next day. I would recommend them to any one in need.

As of 1/1/2020 they no longer care to wait on walk-in purchases of less than $50. You now have to order on their website then get it in the mail or come to the store to pick it up. If you dont know how to describe the part you need this is impossible. Then again ... the last time the counter person ordered something for me they ordered the wrong part, which went on backorder before it came in and they discovered the error. Customer service is getting harder to find.

The Staff at Fastenal have some of the easiest people to work with, enjoyable and knowledgeable.

Not enough metric bolts found ones I needed at my local hardware Brawleys. Great service tho,just not what i needed.
