These guys are awesome. Radiator hose sprung a leak and pulled in here by chance (I was down the road for an interview) with the car smoking. They took care of the issue in an hour and the charge was VERY reasonable. Just two small complaints, I didnt get an invoice for the repair just a receipt, and I wish the mechanics spoke a little more English. Quick service, friendly guys, would recommend!

GWB Towing is a life saver! My car died in the middle of a road while driving due to alternator damage. I kind of panicked and called to bunch of different mechanics in the area. I just had my Chevy Impala fixed in this location, they charged me 120.00 less than what i was quoted in other shops, the staff is very friendly, got my repair work done quickly, and my car is now running perfectly with no issues. I would absolutely recommend them, and will go there again for any auto repair concerns. You guys rock!!!!

Been to GWB few times. Great service and good price never had anything major done there. Had a tune up, another time came to have tires rotated and most recently my radiator flushed and serviced. Each time they put my car through free diagnostics system, always ‘clean bill of health.’ I like that they’re never trying to sell me something. I keep meticulous service records on everything done to my cars. Last winter upstate NY drove up Jiffy Lube for oil change, they tried to upsell $450. I thanked the guy he was friendly, slowly backed out of the bay, waiving goodbye.

Had a great experience with them. Changed 4 tyres and it turned out one was faulty. Once we realised that (took me a couple of weeks), they took ownership of the problem and fixed it at no cost. Great customer service.

4 months ago had my 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid Manual Transmission clutch repaired and installed. I was driving regularly after that because I was afraid of ruining it. One day at a stop sign when I re-engaged 1st gear, something snapped. Now the car wont even run. I assume transmission was not properly installed. Not only they overcharge me, they didnt do a good job reinstalling everything...I would not recommend this place for mechanical work.

My husband was on a road trip someone hit his small trailer. He was towed to this location. Shop ask $ 400 for repair which is price for new one;) My husband asked if he could live it there and send towing track to get it again in few hours when he get to hotel and get to call insurance again. First they agree then they call my husband and told him he will need to pay $200 for parking there. Very unhappy with what seams to me dishonest people. Seriously! Person out of state looks like easy bite to take advantage off not to christian thing to do.

Not too long ago i had an emergency on the bridge, i was literally on the highway directly next to their shop and they charged me close to 100 dollars for a tow that was literally up an exit ramp. as i arrived the owner started diagnosing my problem without even looking at my car and automatically told me my transmission was ruined, long story short there was a loose hose and i just needed transmission fluid and for the hose to be reconnected. its sad that people like him try to take advantage and get the most money out of people rather than help them in a time of need. and to top it all off he charged me another 150 for about 2-3 quarts of transmission fluid and a zip tie

I was towed from I 80 to the gwb garage, the guys check my van and found out that I run out of gas (driving to long on the empty) . They fill gas and charge me for towing and 10 $ gas only.just great place i recommended with a full confident.

Incompetent. Not too long ago, my car broke down, due to a snapped belt. I called them, as they were the only garage open on Sunday night near Edgewater, NJ. For whatever reason, the bearings on the idler pulley for Jeep Liberty CRD are notoriously susceptible to failure. Maybe Chrysler put a gas part on a diesel engine, whatever. And it is a problem I experienced in the past, so I am well aware of it. I told them to just replace the belt so I can drive to the dealer that I bought the car from, and have them address the problem (as they usually give me a deep discount on labor, are more familiar with my car, and generally do quality work, and might be able to get me the part for free). They refused, and insisted on fixing the problem themselves. As my car wasnt working, and a tow to the dealer would cost over $100, I relented (big mistake). After removing the alternator, the AC compressor, the water pump, and fan; bugging me at work with frantic calls about how each of those parts was broken and in need of replacement; making me wait 2 weeks as they order replacement parts, until they came to the conclusion that the problem was the pulley as I stated, replaced the pulley, put back the original parts that were still good, and let me and my car go, 15 days later. Unfortunately, they drained out the coolant and forgot to re-attach my oxygen sensor, leading to some more emergency repairs courtesy of Autozone. If there is any solace for me, I am comforted knowing that the repair ended costing GWB Towing & Auto Repair far more than it cost me, as they now have an AC compressor, water pump, alternator, and fan they cannot use, and may not even be able to return either, as according them they were all special order items. In conclusion, GWB should stick to what they are good at, which is towing and emergency roadside repairs. They should not try to branch out to mechanics, unless they have the competent staff and above all, they should learn to listen to their customers a little better.

He got 40 dollars for recharging my battery, but the battery was still empty. He is rogue. He tries to find people in bad situation and get much money as he can from this situation.

I do not open the door to another place on Sunday, but once I go there, the service is very good, and even those who work are professional. Ill just go here from now on. The price is also cheaper than other hotels in Palpak.I always get my service done right here. Their owners and the workers are very friendly and professional and they are open on Sundays. I really like it! (Very cheap price too)
