I had a tire blowout, it shredded and tore off my back bumper. PNP fixed my Sassy Sally, shes running better than ever. I got 4 brand new tires, oil change and alignment also. Didnt get my car repaired here but I picked up a Penske truck from them. Lady at the front desk was really nice and she helped us get out of there as quickly as possible. They have a cat in the building! Shes the queen of the place - she will come up to you and basically beg.you to pet her! Super sweet.

These guys just did autobody repair on my 2017 Hyundai and it came out like a brand new 2020 coming out of the showroom for the first time. I crashed my car this past May 8th and quite a few people at the accident scene told me my car was TOTALED. I was devastated. A great guy named Bobby came to the scene and towed it to PNP Enterprise. I went to PNP after that and met 2 more great people, Pete and Christina. I decided I wanted these guys to work on the repair and I am so thankful I did. I wish they used my car for before/after pictures to post in their front office because the car was seriously crunched and now it looks and drives like it is brand new. I just want to post this message, I brought my sons SUV in for a Transmission problem, thinking the worse of possible a rebuilt one which can range in the Thousands of dollar mark !! Paul the owner and his mechanics found out to be only a dirty transmission filter, honesty is hard to find in the mixed up world we live in, it only cost $100 for the service and filter, there arent too many honest people in this world and I dont know how people sleep at night stealing or scamming I was at PNP s mercy, just wanted to say thank you,, to all who had anything to do with service, from the great customer service up front to the guys and girls in the back.

This has been my go to auto repair for two years now and feel Paul and the rest of the crew do a good job.

My car was broken down at a local gas station, the tow driver (who was promptly dispatched by AAA within 30 mins) called me to let me know he was about 10 mins away, and actually went out of his way to pick me up down the street at my office, take me to my car, tow it to a local Tires Plus, and drop me back off. He was very courteous, professional, and personable and I was overwhelmingly impressed with the prompt and accommodating level of service. You never want to use a tow company, but if the need occurs, PNP Enterprises is your best bet.

Alternator gave out on way home from work. AAA had PNP come and get the vehicle. They called me shortly afterwards with quote, which was VERY reasonable, and had me on the road again that same day. Great service all around!

They are nothing but a bunch of crooks stay away. They have mechanics that do not know how to properly fix your car and will take many days or weeks to make repairs. After I changed my rack and pinion and they told me I needed to replace my 7 month old power Steering pump I still have a bad leak. They will never give you any good will for them making a mistake and replacing parts that did not need to be changed to solve any problem. They will void any warranty they give you without cause and will falsely tell your credit card company if you dispute the charges that there is no refunds!!

I have had my Pontiac work done at PNP and also had a car checked out before purchase from a private seller. I have always been pleased with the service received. Would recommend them without hesitation.

PNP went above and beyond with my car today. AAA had a long wait time and he drove to the gas station to get gas for my car to see if that was the problem. I’m very impressed with their services! If you need anything done they’re the company to call!

If you use this place, dont expect your car back anytime soon, and whatever they quote you they will probably charge you double. they did a bunch of work to my car without telling me and charged me over $600 more than they originally quoted. Lesson learned, if I ever break down again Ill spend the extra money on a tow to an honest shop. They just reinforced my dislike for mechanics. So hard to find an honest good person that doesnt take advantage thats a mechanic. I wish reviews allowed for no stars.... They dont deserve the one that I have to put down.

I had my rear brake pads replaced in under an hour, with better pads for $50 less than a local chain had quoted me the day before. I will definitely be returning for any services I need in the future and would recommend them to anyone I know.

I was STUCK at an overpriced shop in Palm Bay and called PNP to see about a tow and a quote. They were there w/in 10 mins. Not only did they beat the other shops price but all the staff at PNP are so nice! They completely repaired my front end to look brand new! :) Theyre my GO TO place to find out whats going on and just for my regular maintenance. AND I LOVE the garage cat!!

Was very careful with my vehicle and delivered it to my home.both he and his office were very concerned about my well being and were willing to sit and wait with me or give me a ride anywhere i needed to go. AAA towed and recomended this hoaky shop. $90 diagnosis fee. My experience was that 1990 Miata threw the timing belt and the fake mechanic told me that I needed an entirely new motor $2000+ because when that happens the pistons hit the valves and bend them and I probably need a new head as well which costs more money. ***** The ONLY problem with that senario is that a 1990 Miata has a NON-INTERFERANCE ENGINE that makes it impossible forthe Pistons to hit the Valves when the timing belt breaks while driving....... The belt is a part that must be changed routinely every 60K miles. And a capable mechanic can do it with hand tools and 2 hrs of his time. *****These idiots are obviously not real mechanics and are gougers. Dont use them. Run away.

Was lied to 3 times by the front receptionist. The receptionist told me that I was not allowed to get my personal belongings (INCLUDING MY ONLY HOUSEKEY) from my car. Then the rude staff lied again saying a family member had already gotten my belongings... which never happened. And to top it off, I sold them my car and they made me sign over the title, but forgot to even pay me!!! I had to remind them to pay me for my vehicle... the lady looks up dumbfounded and says, OOOH YEA, WE FORGOT TO PAY YOU. . Absolute trash and was treated very rudely. This is the worst service I have EVER received from an auto shop. Please go anywhere else but this place. Your in for a headache if you ignore this review.

Do not trust these people with your car they will crash it and ask you to sign a waiver so they get away with it....they have a lot of careless Mexicans working for them nothing but aggressive,disrespectful thieves.... They will rip u off, they will take parts from your car and act like thats how they got it.... I cant stress enough Ive never seen ppl so dishonest, lie and evil,......if u say something they will try to be aggressive toward you about your own property that they ruined..... Had an intermittent problem that was hard to pinpoint so they said that it was fixed when it wasnt. I had to show them in person what was wrong with it and they said, It wasnt doing this when I looked at it. I believe them. They tried in earnest and I would still go back there for car trouble.
