Worst communication from a business I have ever dealt with. After dropping my vehicle off to be wrapped could not get anyone on the phone. After finally talking with someone and assuring me my vehicle will be done on a certain date or he would call me. When I show up on that date the vehicle has not even been started, highly disappointed in the communication and professionalism will never recommend this place.

I’ve used Wrap Giants for 5 of my vehicles now and about to be the 6th vehicle soon.I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Terry is prompt and professional from his customer service to his quality of work. If you don’t have a design or graphic yet Terry can create one for you. I highly recommend Wrap Giants! If you want flawless clean work this is the place to go!

Terry is wonderful to work with, very polite and professional. I needed to have some signs made for my real estate company, he sat with me, did the designs and everything. Fast forward 2 weeks, signs are all printed and look GREAT!

I would give him 0 stars if I could! TERRY is very unprofessional and does not keep his promises! He lies all the time about having your car done. He never answers the phone or calls back! He tried to cuss me out on the phone say I accused him of trying to steal my deposit when I asked for it back! Would not wish this type of business to anybody. He flaunts his other bigger businesses as an excuse on why he hasn’t finished your car when his shop doesn’t even look appealing! I wouldn’t wish this type of business on anyone! He’s a horrible business owner and should learn how to treat people!

Everything is done at the shop by Terry, the owner. Graphics and designs completed and sent for approval prior to printing by the owner. Printers are onsite and all the the door handles and mirrors taken off which allows for a smooth installation.Very pleased with the work that was done. I drive by often and constantly see new vehicles completed waiting for pick up, at least 5-6 different ones a week.I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to get work done. Rolling billboard and worth every dollar.

Wrap Giants has done all the trucks on our fleet, 35. He always takes the time to sit with me and go over my ideas and visions, then makes them a reality!! Searched all over the state of Florida for a place to get my truck wrapped and finally found Terry at Wrap Giants right down the road. Not only was his design and art way better than anybody I found, his price was great. Quality work for a fair, affordable price. He also made me some amazing signs to mount on my trailer. Wrap Giants is a top notch graphics company. Terry not only designed the wrap for the Legal Eagle vette he printed and applied the design to the car. The corvette is not exactly a flat vehicle so it was a challenge to wrap Im quite sure but Terry did a fantastic job. We get a lot of attention in the car and it has become our firm mascot in a way. I was extremely impressed not only by the quality and low cost of my 3x8 banner but the personal attention and professionalism of this company. I submitted a quick turn-around job on Tuesday and requested a pickup of Friday. It was ready on time and done beautifully. The Art Director was meticulous and easy to work with.The next day, (Saturday), I had a BANNER EMERGENCY. I had inadvertently spelled a band members name wrong and the concert was that evening at my home. The company was closed. Warning: To all people looking to do business with owner Terry S Griffith of Wrap Giants/Colossal Signworks at 3051 Dixie Hwy.NE Palm Bay.I met with Mr. Griffith on 8/22/19 looking to get a wrap on my Work Van and he told me that he was willing to do a CASH price because of the big job he was doing for Downtown Produce Trucks. I agreed on a price and left him a CASH deposit because he stated that he could get it done in ONE DAY. But after several calls, texts, e-mails and voicemails he was not communicating with me over a three week period. So i went to his place of business and he told me that he couldnt get anyone to work for him and that he was trying to do it all himself. I noticed that he had his elderly father working for him to complete the Downtown Produce jobs. I also ran into several of his angry customers that were going through the same situation. I received my deposit back today in a company check after a discussion that i felt uncomfortable with his unprofessional business ethics. I would strongly recommend NOT to do business with this company,

I am soo Soo very impressed! I just opened up my mobile company out of an old school bus. Terry and his co-workers were able to wrap the entire bus, highlight my business, and pretty make the bus look BRAND NEW!He sat with me a few times over the course of a month or so to give me proofs. He let me put a deposit down and then make payments over that course of the month too which was great because Im just starting out and funds are a little tight. Im really impressed and very thankful!

We called around looking for prices. Wrap Giants did provide a worthwhile price, as a result we went with them.After some initial miscommunications, we got our van back with dinged paint and improper grammar. When confronted with the issues we were told Your piece of sh** paint job aint my issue. Further Terry said that he would rather keep the van and have us sue him then do anything about the issues. You actually may get your wish there!If you choose this worthless and unprofessional company, be prepared for a substandard experience with them. I would not recommend these guys at all! I hope you fail and go out of business soon! You really have no idea how to deal with clients. Thank you for wasting a week of our time and taking my money that you are not worth!

In 2015 we contracted Wrap Giants to wrap three vehicles. We first went through the design process and I was very satisfied with Terry and his crew. We finalized the artwork and proceeded with the first vehicle which was a brand new Nissan NV200. I made it known to Terry that it is very important to have my vehicles in and out of the shop cause my vans generate me anywhere from $2000-$5000 per day. I also told them I was prepared to wait to bring in the van until a time where they could guarantee me a quick turn around. We agreed on a date and I was told that if i drop the vehicle off (which was a Thursday) I would have the van back by Monday, no later than Tuesday. Needless to say, the van was not completed for TWO WEEKS! It wasnt until finally I threatened to take the van and go somewhere else, they finally got it done This should have been a major red flag! When I picked up the van, at first appearance it looked good. I was in a rush so i got into the van and drove off. I stopped at a gas station and while gassing up I started to notice all the imperfections. You could clearly tell it was rushed! I immediately turned the van around and brought it back. I pointed out all the things that were wrong, Terry has a very hot head, you could tell he was ready to blow a gasket and he just walked away. So i finished discussing with his partner/co-worker which I think his name was Allan, I could be wrong. He agreed the van had major problems and deficiencys. Terry came back out and I agreed to let them complete my other vans with the understanding that they would make it right and redo the NV200. They promised they would and even told me if they had to re-wrap the van they would. I let them complete the other two vehicles and they did a decent job. I own an a/c service company and was not in a hurry to get the work done because it was our season, so I waited until the cooler months to set up an appointment to bring the NV200 in. Needless to say, I called and left several messages in November of 15 to try to set up a date for December, I never got a call back. I stopped by the shop, Terry was never there. Then I tried to set up an appointment in January or February of 2016. Again, no response. So, I finally called and threatened Terry with litigation and to call the BBB. This finally prompted him to call and leave me a voice mail challenging me to Be a man and come by the shop! and he didnt give a damn about my threats!. So bottom line, dont be suckered in with there low prices like I was. Spend a little extra money and go somewhere else. They will not stand by their word or their warranties! We will be suing Wrap Giants.

So far after four months 200 dollar deposit and trying to get in on a schedule the finally came for me to bring my truck for my appointment.i get there and was told itll be 4 more days before they can start it not real thrilled about that being that i need it for work . hope fully itwill be done when the gentleman said it would butso far they havent been very reliable

Terry is hands down the best when it comes to truck wraps, signs, logos and basically all types of print marketing. He does take a little bit of time, but its well worth the wait. I would rather him take 2 weeks and do a great job then rush through it and leave me with a sloppy job. Thats why I dont mind waiting. Just schedule in advance and he can text you when he has your next on the rotation so you dont have to wait!

My company was in need of updating our brochures. What we had was very old and out of touch with our customers. I called and talked to the owner Terry on the phone and I instantly knew that he was the man for the job. He understood exactly what I wanted and by the time he sent over the proofs that same day, he had given our company’s brochures new life, even better than what I could have ever dreamed of. He knew what was appealing to the customers and made everything flow so beautifully together that it was perfect! I cannot wait to continue using Wrap Giant for the rest of our business needs. He can do everything brochures, business card, banners, t shirts and I am even going to have him wrap our company vehicle. I will never go to anyone else, Wrap Giants you are the BEST!

After paying a deposit of $600 on August 7th, 2017, here I am almost two months later without any product or installation date for what I paid.Initially, when the deposit was paid, timelines which were communicated to me was a week and a half to two weeks before an installation would occur. When that time had passed, phone calls, voice messages and emails went unanswered for weeks. As a result, and after multiple attempts to speak with someone in person at his shop, I was finally able to speak with his employee, who was gracious enough to connect me with Terry by phone. When I asked Terry the very obvious and simple question of, Why havent I received any updates or follow up to the messages Ive left for you and when will my wrap get installed? Terrys exact words - “Well, I havent called you because I have more important jobs dealing with and youre just going to have to take a pause. This then led to me requesting a refund of my deposit, and for which Terry made clear, is simply not possible as he has already ordered the materials.After many email exchanges where I demanded a refund, all efforts in doing so were unsuccessful. I was told I would either have to forfeit my deposit or have the deposit applied to any of their other products, or go the route of small claims court.Now fully aware of the quality of an individual, or lack thereof, for which I now have to deal with, I agreed via our exchange of emails on August 28th, 2017, in allowing Terry to complete the job as time was of the essence. Here we are on September 26, 2017, still without any further communication from Terry and Wrap Giants on an install date or my deposit which I would now consider as being stolen.Perhaps the worst interaction Ive experienced with anyone who considers themselves as a business owner. No sense of ownership to his lack of follow-up, nor any display of concern as to the manner in which he conducts business. An unethical and dishonest business owner ready to take your money without delivery.With that being said, the lies and excuses can’t continue forever as they do eventually catch up to you. The process for legal action is now imminent and begins today. A bit of an inconvenience, but Terry has been given more than enough time to make right of the situation and for which he has failed at miserably.****ADDING THIS UPDATE (12/26/2017) AS A RESULT OF THE OWNERS UNETHICAL AND UNTRUTHFUL RESPONSE****Im now convinced more than ever, that you are a delusional business owner, as there isnt any truth to any of the statements made below as to our interactions, discussions of bartering or you making any effort on attempting to contact my business partner or I. I also find it quite amusing that this is how you exert your time and energy in doing business with customers and clients. A bit counter productive, dont you think? Your recollection of what happened here is clearly that of another customer, and perhaps potentially one of the many which have reached out to me directly to share their very unpleasant experiences in dealing with you personally. Lets just say that the Wrap Giants brand is not represented well by its ownership.Im a business owner myself, and understand the importance of maintaining a professional demeanor while communicating with customers and vendors, regardless of the situation. This also held true throughout the entire process of battling for a response or reply from you on my project, which then led to my battle for a refund request. A refund which came only due to the power of Social Media and your attempt in having a negative review removed. Is that an honest way of doing business?With that being said, the story telling was a good read as it was quite entertaining so Ill give you credit. Ill stay tuned for more interesting reads on this subject by others as I focus on running a business and managing customer commitments, and while you defend your lack of communication to customer deposits after they are received.

We have been using Wrap Giant for over 3 years now for literally EVERY sign or banner we do, for pour store or our Eggfest each year. Just recently had our Big a Green Rgg truck wrapped too. I would never ever entertain the idea of having anyone else do our signs and banners. They can do it alll and they do it all very well.

If you want to wait three weeks for a simple mock up of your trailer wrap, sign up with this guy. We didnt need anything extravagant for our trailer wrap: One professional photo from one of our installs, our high res logo, and some text. Mind you, I provided all of this to Terry the same week of our initial contact. It took him three weeks to get the mock up to us. But that wasnt even the most dissapointing part. His communication was terrible. Between my husband and I, we had emailed and called him a handful of times in two weeks and never heard anything back. No, actually, there was ONE email where he said he would have something to us by the end of the week. Well, that week ended, the weekend flew by and surprise, surprise, no emails from Terry. It wasnt until I sent him another email saying, Im assuming you dont want our business that he then finally emailed me back. His excuse was that his girlfriends daughter was in the hospital that day. Obviously, Im sorry to hear that but we had been trying to contact him for the past two weeks. What happened to the other 13 days? Poor communication/follow up is such a pet peeve of mine. I get it if youre extremely busy, but if you cant do it all yourself, hire an assistant to help you. Anyways, he did finally send us mockups for our trailer wrap following that email but honestly, we waited in total, three weeks, for something I could have created on Publisher myself. Dissapointed again. I asked him to add our website and widen a photo on his mock up and he told me, yes, quick fix. No surprise, it has been one week and we still have yet to see that final mock up design. Ridiculous. We went with another company in the area who gave us a mock up within three days and honestly, gave us a much more creative design too. Dont waste your time with Wrap Giants. There are plenty of other signage companies in the area that dont come with the aggravation.*****UPDATE*****So immediately after posting my review, I received a rude and long email from Terry. We have been emailing back and forth since then and he still hasnt apologized, doesnt even try to rectify the issue, and just keeps placing blame. I now so even more 100% agree with all of the other negative reviews left on here of him. As another reviewer wrote, you can in fact tell that Terry is a hot head simply from his responses. I let him know we found another company who gave us a mock up in three days (instead of 3 weeks), had better communication, and honestly a better design and that he will hopefully take this as constructive criticism, improve on it, and move on. Another wonderful response from him after that was, Id be very interested to see this design that is so much more creative that has been already created on the limited budget you had for your trailer. Ummm yes, Terry, there are other companies out there who can output a better product and customer service than you at times. Please let that soak in and stop attacking the customers who leave a negative review of your poor service!

I went to the people of Wrap Giants so they could help me with a professional vehicle wrap for my Chevy Astro van. After literally a 3 minutes --standing next to a computer consultation, a $600 deposit, and a 3 days waiting period. I was presented with a two papers print-out proof, that my 9 year old could have done better. They even had my companys name as LockSafety, instead of Locksafety on one paper. Weird, because I never asked them to re-design the business name. When I decided to cancel and asked for a refund, I was told by the owner to come pick up the money in two days. So I did. To my surprise, I was refunded my money, minus $50 for design time spent on the two papers print-out. Never even got a receipt for it. Now, right on their website, Wrap Giants advertises $0.00 for professional design services, with no mentioning that a purchase is necessary. Why they decided to keep my $50 --beats me. Such fee was never put in writing or verbally mentioned before. I didnt ask for an explanation and went home to write this review. But I felled robbed for sure.Beware everyone, Wrap Giants is fast to take your money, but slow and hesitant at giving it back. They do not ask questions, and listen very littler to your input for a design. Only false advertising seems to be at what they are very good at. As for myself... will never go back --ever!
