You know those TV shows and movies where theres this neighborhood place that everybody knows you when you walk in the door - like the neighborhood barber shop or the bar of Cheers or something like that. And if they dont know you, youre still greeted with a warm welcome and a smile and they actually bother to get to know you and bring you into the family. The family that runs this place is like that. They always makes me feel welcome.Not only that, they go the extra mile on service, by pricing multiple options for delivery dates to help me find the least expensive price from either UPS, FedEx, or the US Postal Service to get my parcel where I need it to go and when I need it to get there. The mother there is even like Well, you could spend the extra $20 on those guys for 1-2 delivery, but they usually take the full two days and probably wont get your package there until 4:30 anyway. You could save money with this delivery service here that will guarantee 8:30 drop off the next morning. Im paraphrasing of course. The point is, she knows her business, and she knows the carriers and how well they perform.Okay, so thats all the good stuff. Time to razz the mother a little ;-) One time, she highlighted my tracking number on my receipt with the wrong kind of marker and the chemicals in the marker dissolved the ink on the receipt by the time I got home! I still poke fun at her for it whenever I come in to get something shipped :-)-- Jeremy Wilson

I have an Etsy shop and have to ship things often. The staff here is friendly and helpful and gave me tips when I first started out. It is extremely convenient for me to be able to ship USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, and more in one location.

This is my go-to place every time. Paul is awesome and the staff will help you out with anything. They always try to get you the best/cheapest deal and are super sweet about it. Highly recommend!

Always awesome service, but today they went above and beyond. I locked myself out of my truck, and they let me use their phone and personal cell phone to call a family member for help. They saved me the cost of breaking my window, and I am super grateful. Thank you!!

Our company has done business with other locations, however, the staff here was very friendly, knowledgeable, expeditious, and the prices are phenomenal. Needed to get a fast print job done on high gloss paper and Janet and Will took care of me quickly even though big print jobs are not what theyre about. Fantastic group of folks and very accommodating to any request including mine. I am very happy to have a pack and ship center for all the major delivery folks (FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS) so close by.But most of all, they are outstanding folks.
