They had exactly what I needed. Almost had a cardiac when one of the associates noticed me in front of screws and drywall anchors and asked if I needed help. I declined but super impressed with the gal proactive and helpful attitude.

Was there for a new mower and all seemed to be great. Was kinda blown off it felt when asking a question regarding the mowers but its not worth complaining about. It seems like anywhere you go now days you have 50% of the staff who is just rude. But 1 rude person out of the 5 people I spoke with isnt bad. Feel like thats pretty good odds.

Terribly disappointed with online ordering! A 14-hour delivery window was provided, my order has been split into multiple deliveries, and even though one of the drivers called to let me know they were supposedly 45 minutes away mine is now almost an hour late and have not heard anything. Im sorry Home Depot what has happened to customer service? Honestly it would have been easier for me to go to the store and pick up the material myself, not only did I spend $79 for the convenience of home delivery, I now have to waste my entire day waiting at home for these three deliveries to arrive. Ill tell you Lowes is looking better all the time!

Compared to about a year ago the service was great and had no problem getting help this trip.

I went to my local home depot in search of a replacement trimmer and a new edger. I was speaking to an associate about these machines. They did not have my first choice and as I was asking about a different manufacturer another employee walked over and redely started talking over me. It was all I could do not to lose my temper. Evidently Home Depot does not encourage common courtesy among its employees. I will see if I can find what I need on Amazon.

The lady at the paint station was great and quick. Lots of peeps but she multi tasked and kept everyone happy. Not an easy task, btw!!!

I was just at home depot and stood in the doors and window section for over 20mins for the guy to come back to his section. He was sitting there as we looked for items and then ran away when we started looking for him. More worried about his drink cup then doing his job. Well Lowes just got $4,000 for all new doors at my house. Get your stuff together Home ShitPot.

Promised that a battery-power electric lawn mower would be assembled and ready to go on a particular date, and not only failed to provide the mower assembled, but had me go from the service desk with my car to the contractor entrance, and then back to the entrance (where the service desk is), only to point to the mower in a sealed box. Was supposed to get a call the next day from the store manager, Kelli Rodriguez, but no one at all called me. I usually like Home Depot stores, but not this one. Ill never buy anything there again if I can help it.

Inconsistent with their military discount policy but staffs (bad) attitudes are pretty consistent. Lowes is right across the street and I ALWAYS get a military discount and the staff are nicer, not so much attitude. I wont be back to the store. Lowes will get my money from now on.

Ugh!! What’s going on with the Home Depot’s ?? I went into the Home Depot on Malabar road in Palm Bay . I usually enjoy going to Home Depot but not so much lately. This particular Home Depot must be the worst. I usually walk around aimlessly looking for what I need and usually someone very kind will ask if I need help. Not a soul to be found. The few I did find looked like they could be fill ins from the night of the living dead. The paint department has a woman that doesn’t want to be there. I went up to ask for help and she didn’t acknowledge me at all, no eye contact no hello nothing. Her rude tone in her voice when she finally asked what I needed made me say forget it. The good news is the garden center was a different story. They were helpful and friendly

No problem with the store itself. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable willing to help in any way they can. What they have in stock as far as building materials is almost non-existent. This isnt necessarily the stores fault nor are the crazy prices for lumber and composite decking

The staff were all quite friendly and helpful and they all loved my dog! Wish the dishwasher I want would come in stock again. Was looking for some gutter pans and or extensions in white they didnt have any but I guess that is because so many of us have white gutters.

Home Depot installation services is an awesome opportunity to get windows, doors, bathrooms, and more installed in the house by a company you can actually trust who is fully licensed and insured. Most people dont know they will come out to the house to do all the measurements and then order them materials and install just like hiring a contractor.

I have no problem finding the things i need for my house at home depot. My problem is their contracts following through. My wife and I purchased a new front door plus installment,- the contractors have cancelled on us twice and we have been waiting almost 4mos. 🤨

I bought a garage door installation from the Home Depot website on April 22, 2021. I spent almost $3600 for doors, hardware etc. They gave me between 6-8 weeks to install because they had a shortage of materials. A guy measured my garage and then I had to pay another $280 to reframe it. After 8 weeks they gave another due date for July 11 and nothing. I called clopay directly and they gabe me July 25: NOTHING. Again I called Clopay and they gave me August 11. Nothing, nobody called. They gave me August 27 and for last week they told me October because they missing the strings for my garage. I went to my store in Palm Bay and asked for a cancellation and my money back with the manager Jessi who said that they were not accepting the cancellation because they had already sent the materials and that I should wait for her bosses to contact her. its been 3 days and nothing. I have the right to cancel and they are taking it away from me. I will south them. Im a loyal customer and they treat me with all this disrespect I’m so frustrated waiting with my broken garage door for 4 month.

Home Depot is Home Depot, it always help to know exactly what your looking for. They do have some very knowledgeable employees that will go beyond to assist your needs. I have to say I am not a fan of the self checkout stations.

Its good store but I wanted to update all my framed pictures that hang with the old fashioned wire. Wanted those sawtooth hangers but needed a lot & too expensive to buy in small packages and didnt have enough variety of sizes. I remember the good old days when you could buy out of a bin. I wanted some plate hangers too but they were expensive and already tarnished. I was able to order some kitchen chair cushions I needed online recently, was able to find the size to fit the older chairs that I have (newer chairs have bigger seats & cushions are made to fit those so you have to hunt for the narrower ones). The cushions were very good and comfy; the cats love them and have to be evicted if people want to use the chairs.

Great place to shop. Need a store like that down here south of bayside! Hate driving all the way up there.

What great service I got! The guy in the paint center was able to mix me three different paints for touch-ups in my house, that I found all at the home depot. It took 7 minutes I was in and out. Wonderful service!

Stopped by to get some aluminum angle bar and self tapping screws to build a computer chassis. Found what I needed as usual and staff was friendly and engaged immediately to help me find the materials. Its like any other one..but cleaner. Customer service can improve a lot compared to Lowes cause help is usually tough to find and when you do some of them dont want to be bothered.

I like home depot but I think taking away part of the veterans discount is horrible and will shop at LOWES.

I’ve been coming to this Home Depot since we moved to the area in 2019. The people in the paint department are always a pleasure. However the customer service everywhere else in the store has gone down hill. We were looking for a few things and everyone either a) didn’t know anything about how to find the product or b)couldn’t be bothered to move from their currently doing NOTHING to help us. One guy literally said “did you try online”. SIR IM IN THE STORE LOOKING AT THE ITEM. JUST POINT ME TO BOX ITS LOCATED IN! When we finally found it, and wanted to check out and have it delivered to our home the check out lady was extremely rude and basically told us we needed to bring it to the register to order it. It was easily a 100 pound item. We told her forget it, we’ll take our business elsewhere. Just HORRIBLE.

Easy to find your items if you look for them on your phone. They give a 10% veterans discount if you provide proof that you are a veteran. Employees are very friendly, except they dont cut arcylic......good thing I had a table saw.

Good mulch selection.... Most of the employees we courteous and offered assistance.

For years Home Depot accepted my VA card and gave me a discount. Then one day they told me they would no longer accept my VA card because it was not on their list. Who made up this arbitrary list and why was my VA card not included? Was it because it was issued back in 1973? Is someone at Home Depot still fighting the Vietnam War? Regardless, they say they offer discounts to Veterans but refused to give me a discount when I have a valid VA card. I contacted their corporate office and was told the same thing. If my card was not on their list, then they would not accept it. I have not shopped there in over a year. I will not shop there again. And I encourage my friends and family to do their shopping at Lowes which is across the street from Home Depot.

So disappointed in this store, Id much rather drive all the way to 192 and avoid this disrespectful store. My husband went in last night. The managers are uneducated and mean and kept rushing him out the door, they would not order him anything that was out of stock. Their customer service is seriously lacking. Please retrain your management and staff!
